We came for the Stock Show in January. This hotel is in a great location to easily get around Rapid City. It was clean, updated and had friendly and helpful staff. We had some minor issues with our bathroom, but all were fixed promptly. A hot breakfast was most welcome.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating! The pool was a big hit and was very kid friendly!! The breakfast in the morning was top notch and had lots of options! 10 out of 10 would recommend for families!

Pool area could be a little warmer for small kids, although the pool was warm. Rooms were fairly clean, beds were ok/too firm, pillows were good. Breakfast was fair, would love to see waffle station.

Went for a family reunion, we had a total of 5 rooms, they did their best at keeping us all close to each other on the same floor and offered to open up a meeting room for us to socialize. The front desk staff was very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Rooms were very clean.

Our room was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were really good. It is a great pool for kids.

The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish on our 3 day stay. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts that were available 👍. The door to our room had damage to it and there was extensive tile damage in our shower, but all was clean and the cosmetics didn’t give us any trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the area

We love this hotel. It is our go to everytime we go to Rapid City. Compared to other hotels nearby this one is the best. Rooms and hotel are always clean and the staff is always very friendly.

Bathroom very dark, exhaust fan broken. Room smelled musty. Cook set off fire alarms at 5:30am by accident. Hotels offered no discount for disturbing guests.

Overall great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only complaint is my bathroom ceiling had a bit of mold that needs to be repaired and cleaned up.

I reserved and paid for a king room. When we arrived giving a double Queen. They said they could not give us a king. No other rooms available.

We were in town to Christmas shop. Really, only was in the motel for probably less than 12 hours. Breakfast was great, beds were good (even though they were soft, LOL), but overall, it was a wonderful stay.
