It was awesome.

Helpful with an extra room we needed. Good waffle breakfast. Room clean but no tv - don’t really mind up early so good night rest appreciated. Good to be so close to park!!

Room was very clean. Comfortable pillows.

This is a pretty rundown hotel and was most certainly not worth $313 a night. We had ants in our room, the door to get in from the outside had to be wiggled just right to get it to open, there were dirty socks from another guest left under the bed…
The breakfast is the only redeeming quality….

There are few places to stay in Three Rivers that are national brand hotels. There are vacation rentals and locally owned cabins and motels that are convenient and quaint. This was a disappointment. We stayed for two nights for our visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The hotel is older. Our tv didn't work at all but after messing around with it, fixed. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The front staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was also open so I assume it's heated. Many were using it and the hot tub. The pullout coach was also uncomfortable. The hotel rooms could use a little TLC. If you want a HOTEL then stay here, but the motels and cabins in the area slightly better due to their charm and some also had restaurants. Three Rivers is a very small town so do your research.

Stayed here for our trip to Seqouia and Kings Canyon. We were disappointed to say the least.
Pros:
It’s close to food/market
Plenty of parking
Free breakfast (which we didn’t have)
Cons:
The room didn’t appear to be serviced
There was a quarter roll of toilet paper and when we requested more they had to check with the manager
There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel (we had to ask for extra 3xs before we got them)
We found bugs in drawers/cabinets
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard
The AC/Fan didn’t work and the room was musty/had an odd smell
Overall we didn’t enjoy our stay here and couldn’t recommend it to others. If these issues were resolved we might reconsider, but for now we would definitely look for a different place if we went up again. I did send a message to the staff about the issues when we arrived but never heard back.

Very adequate for a weekend trip. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. We had to call for an extra blanket, and there weren’t enough towels but that was minor. The hotel has a decent free breakfast which is nice, and a small shop at the desk for basic necessities and snacks. Would stay again.

We checked in at 4 pm today and checked out at 7pm today. I was with my husband and 9 year and son. The room was decent. Bathroom was not clean but i could have gotten over that.
The problem...
We saw 3 roaches in the room and decided to make the 4 hour drive home instead. The shower also looked very dirty. Literally better off sleeping in your car than here.
I thought after checking out after 3 hours the person (same one who checked us in) they would ask why but they didnt.

East to walk to restaurants, staff dont seem overly interested in serving you when at reception and you can hear through other rooms

Everything was amazing about the stay , me and my family all agree!

Important things first:
1. Cleanliness is key for me and this is 5 stars! Without cleanliness, I can’t get comfortable enough to sleep. Win here!
2. Comfort is up there. We slept well. Could it be like home? Unrealistic expectation with that. Everyone’s mattress comfort is different. I was glad there were no dips or valleys to fall into during the night. The sheets are splendid!
3. Quick check in is always a plus especially after a long day. Check in was less than 3 minutes. The clerk was kind and friendly.
Those are the Cliff’s notes…
As an interior designer, I look for a few things to determine my stay. This place exceeded my expectations.
1. White bedding. Why? Because it’s more likely the bedding is bleached and washed at super high temps. No bedspreads to harbor stuff. White shower curtain was a plus.
2. Smells/odors. Walked into the room to a very pleasantly clean smelling room. No cigarette smoke. No pet smells. No mold smells.
3. Clean bathroom with no signs of dust, dirt, debris in the corners, under the sink, in the shower.
4. Misc; free breakfast offered which we haven’t had yet. No individual shampoo bottles!!! Joy to the earth!!!
We got a hot shower and a great nights sleep after a full day hiking in knee deep snow at Sequoia National Park. This is the goal! I recommend and will not hesitate to stay again.

Overall it was okay, first time staying at a Comfort Inn. It would have been nice to have a working toilet. Good thing my kids and I are pretty regular and don’t have any issues when needing to use the restroom.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to the 2 parks and it was great. the staff was super friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and overall it felt very safe. i am a paranoid person and so is my friend, but as two women staying alone in a hotel that’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, i seriously felt so safe. even the town that was up the street had the most amazing, friendly, and helpful people. i would highly recommend staying at the three rivers comfort inn and we will definitely be back.

My stay was pretty good. Complimentary Breakfast has lots of options.

The ground is well maintained and the room is clean and spacious with a microwave and a refrigerator. It’s next to a very cool supermarket that sells groceries, fancy drinks, BBQ and all sorts of food (such as crocodile and ostrich jerkies) and supplies. Definitely not the typical small-town store. The Mexican restaurant is also right next door with great soups and excellent fajitas. Note that their pools are closed in the winter.

Our stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say was the girl who checked us in was not friendly at all. We stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi and fireplace.

We stayed in a room with a fireplace and indoor jetted tub! I was disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was closed and I wasn’t alerted when I originally booked the place, as it was one of the reasons I booked here, but having an indoor jetted tub made up for that immensely!
The front desk worker was incredibly welcoming and helpful and even came to my room right away when I had a problem!
We were very close to Sequoia National Park entrance!
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here already have recommended it to a friend who is booking with you soon! Thank you so much!

Very nice room with easy accessibility. Quiet and very easy access to the main road.

Worse hotel I’ve even been to. The room seemed to be clean however it smelled awful, the mattress were even worse and we could feel every single spring of them. Hot tub was closed and the building I was staying in with kids had no elevator. Also the bathroom door was getting stuck and it was very loud to close/open during the night. Do not recommend this place, luckily we were there for 1 night only.

I liked the the area which it was located. Less than 5 mins from the entrance of the park!

Well i didnt know they allowed pets so we had a neighbor with a dog that would bark for every person that would walk by their door. Lights in-between bed didnt work and it was 30 mins just to get your breakfast.

Really helpful front staff to get me and our friends in rooms next to each other. This was a last minute request made during the check in but was accommodated. Thanks for your help!

The customer service at the front desk was the worst I have ever seen we asked if we can check in early they said no we asked if they can notify us when a room was available they said no I asked for the manager his name was Joe he was also unresponsive. They said they do not notify customers when the room is available and he said this is not Las vegas.

They let us set up early in the breakfast area.

It was too crowded and noisy. Everything else was good.

Parking lot had cigarette butts and used condoms near the front lobby door. Housekeeping entered our room when we went down to breakfast even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign inserted in the door lock. No elevator available for second level guests. We weren't able to check in until after 4pm.

Good breakfast before heading to the nearby park. Clean. DIRECTV.

We’ll maintained hotel, friendly helpful people, conveniently located to our destination. Great place to stay!

Place was just fine, a good value for what you got. We were luckily enough to get ungraded, I think because there were problems in their system. The person at the desk worked hard to straighten things ourside and I guess upgraded us for the problems. The upgrade was worderful and we were very thankful.
