Helpful with an extra room we needed. Good waffle breakfast. Room clean but no tv - don’t really mind up early so good night rest appreciated. Good to be so close to park!!

This is a pretty rundown hotel and was most certainly not worth $313 a night. We had ants in our room, the door to get in from the outside had to be wiggled just right to get it to open, there were dirty socks from another guest left under the bed… The breakfast is the only redeeming quality….

There are few places to stay in Three Rivers that are national brand hotels. There are vacation rentals and locally owned cabins and motels that are convenient and quaint. This was a disappointment. We stayed for two nights for our visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The hotel is older. Our tv didn't work at all but after messing around with it, fixed. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The front staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was also open so I assume it's heated. Many were using it and the hot tub. The pullout coach was also uncomfortable. The hotel rooms could use a little TLC. If you want a HOTEL then stay here, but the motels and cabins in the area slightly better due to their charm and some also had restaurants. Three Rivers is a very small town so do your research.

Stayed here for our trip to Seqouia and Kings Canyon. We were disappointed to say the least. Pros: It’s close to food/market Plenty of parking Free breakfast (which we didn’t have) Cons: The room didn’t appear to be serviced There was a quarter roll of toilet paper and when we requested more they had to check with the manager There was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel (we had to ask for extra 3xs before we got them) We found bugs in drawers/cabinets The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard The AC/Fan didn’t work and the room was musty/had an odd smell Overall we didn’t enjoy our stay here and couldn’t recommend it to others. If these issues were resolved we might reconsider, but for now we would definitely look for a different place if we went up again. I did send a message to the staff about the issues when we arrived but never heard back.

Very adequate for a weekend trip. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. We had to call for an extra blanket, and there weren’t enough towels but that was minor. The hotel has a decent free breakfast which is nice, and a small shop at the desk for basic necessities and snacks. Would stay again.

We checked in at 4 pm today and checked out at 7pm today. I was with my husband and 9 year and son. The room was decent. Bathroom was not clean but i could have gotten over that. The problem... We saw 3 roaches in the room and decided to make the 4 hour drive home instead. The shower also looked very dirty. Literally better off sleeping in your car than here. I thought after checking out after 3 hours the person (same one who checked us in) they would ask why but they didnt.
