The stay overall not bad. They were doing some remodeling. If I had to speak on something it would be the parking everyone was parking all over. The room I had was nice just hat room with the couch did not have bedding and was hot

Side door doesn't work. Motel stinks throughout and people make too much noise. The bed is very uncomfortable.

It's a fine place to stay and I've stayed there several times and will again in the future. The only issues I see are maintenance related. Leaky faucets in showers, water pressure in the sink in room 111 is ridiculously high!

Room was ok. Comfortable bed and large room. Blood on the wall and the safety stop in the door jam was missing. Other than that... it's ok.

the suite was a good option for the price, good space, working tv, fridge and microwave. area around the motel is slilghty sketchy. room was good but had to drop a star because of a couple shower bugs. also not a lot of places to eat past 10pm

I went in expecting to register and get out of the heat as soon as possible. They informed me that their internet and cable (no tv) were down and they couldn't get me registered and to come back in a couple of hours. Very inconvenient. No tv or internet all evening. I was quite disappointed that the pool was closed also with no signage stating so. I believe it was being worked on which was not on the website. I felt that with all the services that were denied on my stay, they should've offered a discount. On the positive side, the staff member that came in that afternoon was a little more resourceful and got me checked in.

Truly wasn't expecting a lot for the price point, but there was almost no pressure in the shower. Rust/grime on the bathroom walls, and some odd folks loitering in the parking lot after midnight. Will be looking elsewhere for future trips to the DFW area now that I'll be headed that way frequently for work.

So the people (staff) were very nice and polite. The hotel looked like at one time it was in better condition and even in the pictures so I was suprised when I got there but didn't want to cancel because this was my first time staying in Dallas. There was a certain odor that was overwhelmingly strong. The sofa in the suite was dirty and there were little roaches that would come out at night. I honestly feel bad being honest because they were so nice but I don't want anyone else booking the room thinking it is going to be something else. Maybe they just need to update the pictures here and info

Great staff and nice hotel. Very affordable..the rooms weregreat. Only negative thing to say is not enough bathroom linens,no continental breakfast,shower necessities or coffee maker in the room.

We had to change rooms due to blood on the pillowcases, sheet and wall. A smooth transition, though they forgot we were staying two days, got locked out of room. Not a great part of town.

They said they didn’t get paid the money by Expedia and charged me way more.. lol sounds like a scam to me. I’ve contacted Expedia & Motel 6 corporate next is my attorney because my debit card was certainly charged by Expedia. On top of the absolute overwhelming smell of Pot in a state it’s not legal in so obviously it’s about the $$ not the safety and cleanliness for customers.

There was mold on the wall of the bathroom. There were no real blankets, only sheets. They claim to have complimentary coffee in the mornings, but only had watered down decaf and hot water.

just needed a place to stay after the bars.

When i went to check in I was surprised when i was asked for $100 deposit. Which i didnt have. I explained to him that Im disabled and homeless and didnt have a job. That i had to borrow the money to get the room. He didnt care. I asked if i could charge my phone and leave my things on the cart he said yes. Ten minutes later he tells me to get off the property and get my things off the luggage cart. My phone had charged 10% and asked him to plaese let me leave my phone charging while im outside. He said no. I stayed outside on the bench for over 4 hrs. This is the kind of heart this establishment has. So i need a refund.

Front desk person was very polite and helpful. Property is older but freshly painted, and rooms are very large. Location is not great as there is a gentlemen's club two buildings away, and parking lot has questionable activities going on all night.

Price and size of the room was great! But there were roaches in the bathroom!!!

This has been the cleanest and the most nice-smelling Motel 6 I have ever been. Cheap and clean is hard to find.
