Yellow stain on our sheets, room smelled like cigarettes with the room stating it is a "Non smoking" room. Very noisy, we didn't get much sleep that night

The places was a joke, very dirty, there was bed bugs, too noisy, they need to clean the room daily, which I doubt they do, never again, I’m so disappointed

This is an old property. We only needed one night so we figured it would be OK. Walls are paper thin, even outside walls. Son- in- law couldn't sleep due to noise. Breakfast was really a joke. We went to IHOP. Towels were old and thin. Over all it was OK for me for one night.

There’s no pool, it’s storage. It could use some TLC and the towels and toiletries are cheap so you definitely get what you pay for. The room is better than everything else but I’m not coming back here.

The hotel was old and not maintained. The bill was higher than my Expedia confirmation. They charged me a utility surcharge. Aren’t utilities included with the room? Haha. Not worth the price. Never again

Floors were dirty, bathroom had mold and mildew on tub very poor!!! caulking was black!!

Staff was friendly. Did not like that the smoke detector was missing. The A/C did not work well. The refridgerator was full of someone else's food. The Continental breakfast was not good, only bread type foods. Not enough towels

Loud people all night. Noises early in the morning. Didn’t get any rest after along day of seeing drs. Very disappointed. Furniture in room was VERY old and floor had stains-maybe urine. Telephone cord had a huge wad of hair tangled-GROSS. No ICE. A/C knob broken. Not recommend and won’t be staying there again

I drive from Austin Texas to Los Angeles once or twice a year and after initial research and 'testing' this has been and continues to be my 'go to' stop halfway there. It is conveniently located right off of interstate 10, easy to check in and out of, clean, quiet, and has free wifi, which makes it perfect for a place to stop, take a shower, catch up on email and such and sleep. I also like the parking area being well lit and close to the convenience store next door, which means is is probably safer. Highly recommend it.

I stop off here halfway from Austin Texas to Los Angeles just to sleep the night and it is just fine for that. It is a bit up from a Motel-6 but has deteriorated a bit over the past year or so. The room was clean and checkin was easy enough. Had to wait a bit but that is no big deal.

We were very satisfied. It is an older building, but they keep it clean. The location was great for our needs.

Ice machine was broken, furniture in the pool, guest's dogs barking through out the night, room heater not working, waffle machine was broken so "breakfast" was cold cereal but the milk was warm, homeless people hanging out in parking lot begging for money, some kid screaming bloody murder.

The property was getting some repairs and updates. Staff very friendly and helpful. Told us what our rooms may be missing and to let them know and they'd bring missing items.

Stay was good the so call continental breakfast wasn’t what is stated or pictured online for the price of the the stay should have had better larger portions it’s business they can cut there inventory short so are time was short too

Everything is standard. I didnt like the dusty curtains, no coffee in the room and not so cold air conditioning. Very good that they have breakfast!

Decent place to rest for one night, but very noisy. No outside access to rooms so you hear everyone walking by, slamming the doors and even room level conversations. Train rolls by and must blare horn at least 3 times during sleeping hours. Staff is nice, skip the breakfast

Very friendly was told about what service they provided, restaurants close by. Room was a little dated but very clean hotel is being remodeled, bed is very clean and comfortable! I would stay there again!

Nobody at the reception for almost 15 minutes. First Room smelled really bad. The next room was ok. Found out later we didn’t have any toiletries and toilet paper. Will not choose this place again.

Don't believe the pictures for this hotel. People are living in this hotel. It's very unsafe and very dirty. Lock and AC were broken. Water clogging.

Awful! The parking lot and lobby would make anyone keep going but I had booked and paid for this on Expedia with no refund available. Rooms, bedding and pillows smelled like musty dog.

I booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a bed bug on one of the beds. My daughter killed it and packed up, left to a near by Holiday Inn Express. I called the front desk to inform him. He said sunce the rooms had already been paid for we could not get a credit. He said he will let his GM know.

I paid with Apple Pay online when I made the reservation, at check in , I only had my digital card on my iPhone, so the counter person made me pay a $50 cash deposit but did not provide a receipt he said he put it in the notes, also bed sheets are stained carpet looks dirty.
