Older hotel with some room improvements, not great. Breakfast nothing special

It was terrible. I didn’t even get to stay and was still charged money without a refund.

The area was not the best. Room was not clean. Spider webs on walls. Cheap towels, which leaves lint on your body. Blow dryer did not work. Wood blocks were used in place for bed casters. Bottom of bed sheets stained. Will never stay here again.

The lobby closed at 8pm. I could not find it at first only the little Days Inn sign by the road the big sign was not lit. It was located down a small dark alley. Had to stand out in the cold with a small window that the paper to sign would not ever fit through. Did not feel safe and was very scary. The room was ok but the walls were paper thin, and the hotel was run down.

The location of the Inn, was terribly sketchy. The whole place smelled of cigarettes. The continental breakfast was just bags of bagels thrown in a box. And the noise was really awful. The only thing I can say was that the room itself was clean, which was appreciated.

I didn’t like the bugs crawling on the wall or the fact that it took the staff a long time to answer the phone but for the most part the staff was very friendly.

By far the WORST experience I've ever had at a "hotel." Nothing was as described. Wyndham should not put it's name on this property. It was more like an hourly rental for thugs and prostitutes, dirty, not well kept, mold in the shower, cigarette butts everywhere, roaches in the room, broken and boarded up windows on property, pimp yelling at his prostitute outside our window at 4 am, then her voice in the room across from ours 10 mins later. Beyond awful experience.

We had no toilet paper for two days. There was also no cleaning service done for the 5 nights that we stayed. There was cockroaches crawling everywhere.

The facility did not match the photos online here at Expedia. The breakfast indicated was supposed to include cereal, fruits, yogurt, waffles, sausages, etc. However, they only had bagels, coffee, and a few apples... Dry bagels with jelly.
I went to the Days Inn in Newberry the next day, and they had all of it, including extra snacks for sale in a clean presentation, and a small fitness area (but no pool at all which was fine)
The pool was also out of service, and unkempt, and the gate was locked. However, the pool was immaculate in the photos.
I came for the budget rooms, which were clean enough and comfortable, but I missed out on the pool and breakfast. Those were my reasons for choosing Days Inn.
I got value for my money because the goal was to have a clean room for as cheap as possible. However, they dropped the ball on the basics.
It's ok for the cost if you don't mind the bare minimum.

the wall had a huge dent like someone smashed a head in it. there were live bugs crawling all over in bathroom. smelled of Marijuana being smoked in place. doors dented and looked like people trying to break in. worst experience ever

They could ve put more effort into the Street Signage as was a pain in the rear to find them however tge bed sheets were in pristine condition as well as the pillows. Very comforting for a night's rest

Because my son only had a screen shot of his ID (was lost) they left him on the street at 3 am. Would not give him the room that I paid for. Mean cruel inconsiderate I will never ever book a Days Inn again.

the emergency doors did not work, anyone who was not a guess could enter freely. the pool was closed due to poor maintenance. The hotel offered complementary breakfast, when I went to have breakfast (7am) the only thing they offered was coffee with the apology that they did not have sugar or cream

The rooms and stairwell smelled like mildew and smoke , the pictures are by far inaccurate. The latch on the door for my first room was broken the clerk showed no concern in return asking me if the door locks ….(I eventually got another room which reeked of cigarette. By that time i was frustrated so I opened the sliding door and dealt with it . The only good thing about this stay was the bed shockingly. Seems as they have young people working in , i was not greeted walking in and out of 3 not one of them asked if i needed assistance when clearly i was confused on where to go. The traffic off this street was insane we sat for 5 minutes trying to get out its so inconvenient. There is also construction and building going on out front so its hard to rest during the day. Overall book this if u just have no other option at least the bed is soft.

It was a one night stay for me and my daughter. First, I didn’t know ahead of time that I had to have a $50 cash deposit. The hallways smelled horrible, the pool was green and disgusting and you shouldn’t even be able to call that breakfast. All they had was coffee and blueberry muffins. The room was ok, but I would tell anyone that asks not to stay there.

had to be switched to 3 different rooms as the first was dirty (bed not made) when I arrived, ther tv didn't work in the second and the third had bugs and was woken up by someone banging on my window...not safe! not to mention the coffee maker didn't work and breakfast was a joke!!

I hate to give a low rating but our room stank like Marijuana and cigarettes on top of that the bathroom had black mold and vent had some kind of water leak and on top of that i woke up in the middle of night to use the bathroom and freaking Roach was runner around...yuck i should of check the reviews first..never again. They never came and did room service to put new towels and vaccuum the place....called the front desk....no awnser. That was room #140

Shower curtail and towel rack falling off wall. Bugs crawing on walls. AC couldnt leep room cool enough and fan would not run constant. Lobby supposed to ooen at 6, at 6:15 no one there. Breakfast was lukewarm coffee and cereal boxes. Place is falling apart. Only good things were towels were pretty good and fellow that checked me in was very nice.

Although it is close to the airport and I was desperate because my flight was cancelled it was shady.
No Shuttle bus and felt dangerous.
The bed was clean and done but the overall hotel needs a makeover.
I guess you get what you pay for.

This hotel was around $100 for the one night. The room was not clean, yellow stains were seen on the ceiling, sticky red and orange gunk was on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom area. The tub didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile. The smell was a sort of deodorizer and was noticed every time the air conditioner fan came on. The patio door was broken. It just so happened that where we parked late at night, we were right next to an ant colony in the sidewalk. Needless to say, no one showered, used the free breakfast, or slept well.

Property enclosed within dilapidated fencing, limited hot water, desk chair was broken, electric outlet on desk broken, 2 oxygen bottles outside door?, bug in bathroom, breakfast was sub-par-guess it was clean-did not feel clean-
check in and check out and the 2 people who did the check in were the best things about the stay

When I first approached the property and seen the plexiglass I should have turned around and lefted but I continue to check in. Got to my room 215 the door was loose as if someone kicked it in. I admittedly book myself in another hotel room in a different location that night. I went to cancel and told I would be charged for the one night which was fine with me. Checked my email and the room was never canceled.I DEMAND A FULL REFUND!

Killed 3 roaches in the room, the breakfast provided was laughable. Room was very musty and mildew smelling and the hallway always smelled of weed and cigarettes. We had to request the room to be serviced. Also requested an accessible room and was denied, when asked if we could move to one the front desk had no idea if one was going to come available.

The place made a bad impression since I arrived at the parking lot. There were people fighting in the lot and it made me feel unsafe. I was also woken up by a drunk person banging on a door and it scared me a lot. Had I been alone I probably wouldn't have slept- ladies come with someone. The cherry on top were the roaches, not an overwhelming amount but I did bump into a few in the bathroom (yikes!). You have to order housekeeping or they won't come to your room at all. The restaurant Azteca does not have good meat but it does get busy there so maybe we ordered the wrong item on the menu. The lot has many potholes. The staircase has a bad smell (urine). The only good thing is that it is close to everything and the price for a long stay. I have a bad knee so going up and downstairs was inconvenient so keep that in mind- no elevator.
