Had the basics for an overnight stay. Room somewhat dated but reasonably clean and comfortable. I would stay again for the price

It was terrible the bed every time you muve it makes noise there was something bitten me most of the night maybe fleet I don't know what it was I couldn't sleep much so I got up at 4 am I left that place I still scratching some part of my body my wife too itwas horrible.

A good place to stay for a night. Nothing fancy but worth the price. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

The staff were great! Room was clean. Area was fairly quiet. It is a very old hotel needing lots of work on the outside.

Room was exactly as pictured on web. Bedding was clean, so was bathroom. Tv was smart could use your streaming services if you wanted to. If you did not it is a strugle to watch. No local stations or cable. Outside is being worked on I think. Conveince store within 1 mile drive. Downtown historic princess anne 5 min drive. Would use again.

would not stay here ever again. The room was dirty i had to purchase cleaning supplies to wash the bathtub and clean the toilet. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and had hole in the door. Very unsatisfactory

Check in and out was easy. Room was clean. It’s just seems to be an old establishment. Remodeling or a good over hall would be nice.

My husband and I stayed at the Econo In Princess Anne, this weedend. All, I can say is the receptionist was pleasant. The 1st room was filthy and the stove, appeared never seen any cleaning materials before. My second room was a little nicer. The beds felt like we were sleeping on a boc spring with sheets on it. Staff hollering at 7am and cussing to each other. I would never go there again, even if it's free.

the manager was not rude but wasnt very nice either. coughed the entire time he was setting up the continental breakfast.

Room was very dirty; non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Flooring and tiles were broken and trapped dirt/debris.

We were there just to take shower snd sleep. Thr purpose is served.
Nothing fancy nothing bad.
The bed Was comfortable and room was clean.

The front receptionist was very nice, and Mr. Patel (maintenance man) was very nice too when I informed the front desk that I didn't have any volume in my television Mr. Patel repaired it. The bed sheets were clean and sanitized. The entrance door to my room could be easily breached in spite of a dead bolt lock. There should be a tub mat in the bathtub so that a person would not have to be concerned about falling while taking a shower. The electrical outlets on the desk lamp were inoperable. I didn't eat the Continental breakfast.
I will not stay here again.

The hotel was very dirty, the 3 days we were there we killed 24 flies in the room, the floor was dirty when we arrived and was never sweep or mopped the entire time, the lobby had a foul smell to it. The breakfast was very poor , no fruit, very limited choice of food. The water was a dirty yellow. One positive note the pool was nice. Will never stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE Awful hotel and awful staff. Filled with roaches and bugs according to my friends. Booked it and didn’t even bother checking in when I got there, immediatley booked for a different hotel. And even better they didn’t offer me a refund. Money straight out the window. Hotel receptionist barely spoke English.

smelled of cigarettes and smoke. curtains had holes that you could see through with no privacy, lamp and chair were stained and light fixtures were broken. upon arriving, another guests was arguing with staff about their stay and prior to leaving, a different guest was in conflict with the staff as well. no where to eat nearby, no convenience stores, and the smell of cigarettes was absurd. would not recommend.

There are several families living at this hotel it seems. It is very loud there. The rooms were clean and beds were good but it didn't feel overly safe at night for solo female travelers. The hotel itself is very run down.

Do not stay here I repeat do not stay here ! It is absolutely nasty and not worth anything you pay to stay unless your in desperate need of a place to stay. The people are the desk are rude and act like your bothering them.

Everything was great. It was a one-night stay and I slept very well. The pool area was clean and nice treat from the heat. Check-in was fast and very professional, and Mrs. Bivens was very helpful. Overall, a nice stay.

Not to impress that it looked like the was residents at the hotel. Also that the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. They do not have anything for someone that is gluten free. Found out that stuff got stolen out of one of the forms at some point either on or last a day of the stay or right after we left

The location is good. They advertised breakfast however there was only coffee and cereal. It certainly misleading advertisement. That wasn’t even continental.

Not updated. Old furniture with stains. Bathroom was very clean. Room was clean but had a smell. Owner was not the friendliest but hospitality staff (maid) was nice.

Of course this is not a fancy-schmancy hotel, but it doesn’t need to be the staff is very polite and very helpful. The rooms are always clean and they are very accommodating I have stayed there three times in the last year and will again if we’re back in the area.

I don’t recommend this place for anyone especially families. We were in the room for not even an hour before we had to leave and go stay somewhere else. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe staying there.

They charged me 50 dollars claiming i brought a dog to the room when it was my hair .

First when we tried to get in our room , the keys were not program , so we had to go back to the office . Our original room was so Smokey and smelly I had to switch rooms and the go out and by room freshener. Then the bed was so uncomfortable. Then the manager came knocking on the door at 11:45 and tried to walk in, saying he was checking to see if we checked out, not acceptable. The toilet paper rack was broken. The security chain on the door was broken, the tv remote was broken. There were two tvs in the room , they were too lazy to take out the broken one and obtain a new remote. I took pictures of everything I was so disgusted, I would never recommend or return to this motel, I will gladly share the pictures if you like

I requested a non smoking room, my room was obviously smoked with in. The room was also dirty, the downstairs tv was non digital, the staff was rude coming into my room while we were sleeping in it.
