A band was playing with loud bass music until 11 pm the night my child and I stayed there, 2 floors below us. It was posted 10 pm was quiet hour but clearly not the case. Very bad experience as a result as we were exhausted from poor sleep, despite speaking to the front desk.

The employees were great. The room we said in had noisy people above us that was running and stomping until very late and we did not get a lot of sleep.

The property was safe,quiet,convenient.

Parking lot wasn't cleared of snow, slush in the handicapped parking. Room was set up for 1 person not 2... It was clean, staff nice.

The shower grab bar was placed right beside the toilet and no room to exit tub using the bar. This was a little dangerous for me exiting the shower, especially since it is higher off the floor.

It was a nice place to stay. The restaurant was quiet and the food was delicious!

Very Clean, the beds were super comfy. We were in town for a concert and will definitely stay again next time!

Hotel under upgrade construction. Stay clear of room 607, although room is spacious, it sits behind a column next to the elevators and is difficult to find and tight entrance makes maneuvering the luggage cart difficult. Housecleaning never left essentials, shampoo, conditioner, etc. and had to be asked for. Front desk personnel were never in sight and had to ring bell for service. Restaurant and staff are high class and worthily of highest praises.

There were a couple of minor items which could be improved on: night light in the bathroom; fan in the bathroom. The parking lot was under construction and there was a city parking garage across the street which, we were told, we were free to use by an agreement between the city and Holiday Inn. We learned later that there was a fee for use of the parking garage - parking at the Holiday Inn lot, if it were available, would have been free. The restaurant was very good and reasonable priced. Buying breakfast in advance is a really good idea.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. I’ve stayed several times over the last few years and I find the staff, rooms and facilities to be consist.

Perfect stay no complaints

Very convenient to the War Memorial arena. Parking very accessible given the construction. Stay here if you want to experience Johnstown!

This was our first time in PA and we loved this hotel!! Quiet, comfortable, clean and the staff was excellent!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were fantastic and very comfortable. An enjoyable experience.

The hotel is nice. It's clean, and it's really well kept. The rooms smell clean, the staff is nice but made a lot of mistakes that were really upsetting. CHOOSE ECONO LODGE OVER HERE. They gave me a better room when I asked, prices were better, and very accomendating. At the Holiday Inn a LOT went wrong. I arrived and was given keys and told "if they don't work, come down it's been happening a lot".. ok no problem (this has happened everywhere all summer)... THEN I FIND OUT from a CUSTOMER.. I was trying to key into A ROOM SOMEONE WAS STAYING IN! THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE, ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME... 3 trips back and forth to the desk with FOUR heavy bags... and I get into the room,... and it's the wrong one. "We upgraded your stay!" despite ordering TWO beds we got 1 bed, no pull out.... "we're sorry we're all out of those rooms" Well I needed two. They found a way to give us a pull out and king.... someone came up and gave me keys (my request).. THEN... didn't help me carry my 4 bags.. THEN even though "the room was inspected and cleaned"...... the PULL out bed was DIRTY. No sheets either. Another trip to the desk. Made bed myself....my 72 year old father is in so much pain from sleeping in the pull out bed. We CHOSE this hotel because it was nice. This was a treat for my family and I HAVE never been so upset and disappointed with a nice hotel.

Beds very comfortable and roomy room. Did not like that breakfast is not included.

The morning front desk clerk was extremely professional, courteous and helpful and all the staff we encountered were as well.

The staff is friendly and the pool stayed open until 11:00 which is really nice

Enjoyed the pool but was very disappointed in the restaurant on premise..

My one night stay bill was close to 155 they charge $5 for parking it just seemed kind of petty and it should have been included in the total bill which Expedia finalized at $150. incl taxes and fees?? The saving Grace was I bought breakfast as an option and it was much better than I expected!

We reserved a king premium room and when we got to the hotel they gave us a room with 2 double beds instead. Hotel was sold out and told us we had to call Expedia. We did. They did nothing. Won’t ever use expedia or book at a holiday inn again

Nice hotel

A rare gem. Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff was genuinely friendly. The restaurant and staff was absolutely amazing!

The Holiday Inn in downtown Johnstown was clean and comfortable. The service and all employees were professional and friendly.
