This is a motel type. Bathroom was clean but very small. Beds were clean and comfortable. All the amenities were included and free breakfast.

We never stayed there and were unable to get the room cancelled.

I had called ahead and asked for a down stairs room. We were held up from an accident. We got to the room around 1 am. We were given a n up stairs room. The clerk said it was the last room available. Me and my wife are handicapped. It took us over 20 minutes to get to our room. The bed was old and worn out. The room smelled and very noisy outside! I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! What a waste of money!!!

The stay was ok. Our stay was for 3 days. Had to call the front desk and ask for room trash to be emptied. The breakfast was provided was loaded on carbs. There should have been more fruit offered.

The curtain is not hung properly and the pillows lumpy. But the room was clean and the shower really nice.

We enjoyed the walk-in shower and grab bars. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

The rooms were outdated, there was mold & a smell in the bathroom. Had to ask daily for room service otherwise the room would not be cleaned or receive clean towels. Walking on the floors barefoot resultied in black feet. The website & reviews were misleading, the breakfast was a small contintal breakfast, very disappointing!

They only had one roll of toilet paper.
They had 2 small refrigerators in the room, but neither were working.

Use of disposable utensils created huge amount of plastic wraps,forks,knives and spoons.

It’s an okay place for the price, but kinda outdated. I’ll spend a little bit more money to stay at a better hotel.

The stay was awesome, the staff were super friendly and the bed was so comfy, cleanliness was great in the room except the bathroom, the tub was a little stained. Overall was a pleasant stay.

It was quiet not a lot of noise and the room and bathroom were clean. Last stay at this hotel the bathroom was dirty. The comforter was dirty, I told the hotel and they said I should have called and they would have brought a new one.

We booked late and got two rooms on the return leg of our trip. Rooms were dirty and smelled of disinfectant but there were still remnants of body hair all over the sinks toilet and bathtub. My daughter put a towel down to get out of the bathtub and the floor was so dirty after having the towel on the floor we decided not to walk around without either socks or sandals on. Location was super noisy being close to the freeway and a Dennys. A/C in our room wasn’t super great so it got warm really fast. Door did not seal either so it wasn’t able to be locked. Had to utilize a chair to block the door. For a place to put your head it, it was liveable but do not recommend this place if you want to be comfortable.

The floor was filthy. Had to wear socks because the floor had black soot everywhere. The room was very dim with lighting. There should be more lamps. The chair at the desk was broken and about sent me to the floor when I tried to sit down.
The night attendant was condescending to my wife.

When I first entered the room, the lights didn’t turn on it was dark. The room was clean didn’t like the smell didn’t have enough outlets. The bed was small than that. It was nice and comfy. Slept warm satisfied with the room for one night been staying there every year, your breakfast snack or whatever you call it didn’t have anything just coffee, an apple cereal bagel that was it last year had more stuff at the buffet

Check in was smooth and quick. The employees were all very friendly. The room was very clean and fairly spacious. The beds we’re comfortable and they had two types of pillows to choose from. Really enjoyed our quick stay

Hotel could not split up a one night stay between two cards, and when asked why the front desk clerk became rude. the cleanliness of the room was appalling. if you walked through the room barefoot, the bottom of your feet would be noticeably black and brown. WIFI was adequate. we will not stay here again.

Took 30 minutes to get checked in. My door key would not work. They re-did the key and still didn’t work. Took 30 minutes to get into my room.

When i first walked in it apeard to be clean but when i opened the bed up the sheets were dirty and had a persons sweat on it the pelos smelled of human sweat Nd i saw hair strans in there was pee on the floor around the toilett and towels were rehung not washed

This place is not recommended. Dumpy room, broken stairs to get the 2nd floor. Scary parking lot where they I had to park.

Facilities were okay, everything worked, and overall it was clean. Some things were updated--flooring, not carpeting was good. Window coverings outdated and need replaced. Linens were older, some with stains, like coffee, that weren't treated in laundry.

very bad service 😡 in this hotel, we arrived around 11:30 at night and the person in charge was in the lobby talking on the phone and I was waiting for him to see what time he would vacate, so at the last minute he told me no I had rooms, and I "HAVING A ROOM RESERVED," and it was too much trouble finding another hotel at that time, very bad service at this hotel
