We were just passing through and needed a hotel for one night. Attendant was very nice and helpful. Yet the property is in bad shape. All the vents connect in the rooms. First room we were given smelled very strongly of pot. Next room did not smell as bad but eventually smoke started to come though the vents. Walls are very thin. Can hear conversations and walking around in other rooms. Bedspread had stains on it. Bed was comfortable. Carpeting is old in the rooms. I'd drive to the next exit for a hotel next time.

We were in non smoking room. Bathroom and pillow cases smelled of smoke. Free breakfast consisted of granola bar and coffee. Bed was comfortable and shower adequate. Upon check in, had to pay directly to hotel with a different credit card. . They stated payment to Hotels.com was denied or did not clear.

Shower had mold and peeling paint, sink did not drain, looked like the floor had not been vacuumed (leaves and grass on the floor by the door)

All inclusive breakfast consisted of a box of nutrigrain bars. Since we drove from Buffalo, NY, they did allow us to check in early, that was really nice. The lady checking us in was rude and had an attitude problem. You get what you pay for. In the future, I will pay extra to go anywhere else.

I always stay at this hotel every other week.
The staff is very kind and friendly. I always get a good night's rest. No loud music, or parties going on.
There's also "Goofy", the hotel's four legged guest. He always brings a smile to my heart.
A lot of thing's to see and visit at Park Road's Crossing, especially for those with a love of civil war history. Natchez State Farm is just a few miles away.
I'd recommend staying here, weather for business or pleasure.

Check in was super quick and easy, the room was cozy and nice! Parking lot is a bit rough but staff warned me about driving slow due to conditions so that was nice.

Needed a basic overnight stay while travelling so chose a basic hotel. Check in was ok; the clerk mentioned that the continental breakfast was coffee, juice and a granola bar and to not expect anything else. I did expect a basic continental breakfast when I booked as we had to be on the road early. It was coffee (very weak), juice, a choice of a nutrigrain bar. Not up to usual standards. The hotel itself is older, dated. It was clean but the bathroom door stuck and was noisy. Grab bar in bathtub was missing

Days Inn has always been our place to stay, due it being affordable, clean & convenient. Our latest stay in Joelton Tennessee was less than perfect.The room reeked like an ashtray. It was awful. We had made the reservation a few weeks in advance. I reported the smell to the office and we were offered either a can of spray, or to move to a room further away from where we were parked. We had been on the road for over 10 hrs, and all we wanted was a good rest. We took the can of spray and we went to bed. It didn't fix the problem as well as we would have liked. We were out of there first thing in the morning with our belongings smelling like cigarette butts. The room shouldn't smell like cigarette to begin with-it was a non-smoking room. And if someone broke the rules it should have been cleaned and sanitized deeply before having other guests in it. This is not a condemnation of Days Inn as a whole-only the Joelton location.

Stopped at this hotel to spend the night on the way back home. The room had very old dirty carpet. The walls were old wallpaper peeling off the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling with mold all underneath it there was mold in the corners. I would stay away from this place if you’re looking for something clean. I cannot believe Days Inn allows such conditions in their hotel.

Very bad experience.
There were roaches, notably several in the fridge.
Mattresses were dirty.
That was supposed to be breakfact included, but there was only a collation (drink cereal bars).
We have complained to the staff (owner I believe here) and we have been told that, considering the situation they would reimburse us for the stay. But that could not be done directly, but through expedia.
@Expedia customer service, please let us know what is the process for such reimbursement. Thank you.

Staff was very nice. Room was good, however, the carpet could use a cleaning. We have stayed here before and there isn't any hotels in the area, so for the overall it is a decent place to stay and the bed is comfortable. Pillows, well...I'm particular to my own.

There were some unique hole patterns in the sheets and top covers. Other bedding items were gently used or slightly stained. Pillows were great. Would definitely recommend the showerhead. If you stay here, check the toilet when you walk in. Give it at least three flushes before you choose to continue your stay in that room.

Made a reservation for a non smoking king bed and they didn’t save any. We’re traveling with a 2 month old baby and can’t stay in the smoking area, they didn’t have anymore king rooms available had to switch to a double bed.
