Needed a room before night flight and this was easy and comfortable for the time needed for sleep. The younger guy at reception was not accommodating and uninterested so we couldn’t check in early. However the one who clocked in after him was great.

Nice area, with a Starbucks next door. The room was big, booked a 2 queen bed room. A lot of things in the surrounding area and also close to the Metro stop.

Liked the affordable pet boarding fee. Staff we checked in with had attitude, and called us late in the evening to move a vehicle that wasn’t even ours. Bathroom amenities were left on the floor near the shower (?) and not on the counter next to the bathroom sink. I would describe the renovations done to the place as “ the landlord special” uneven paint job, clear drywall patching, debris. Window was off the railing and had to be forced into place in order to close. It was cheap. We got what we paid for, and luckily we were only staying overnight.

The lady at check-in was not really friendly. Low voice with a cold expression and fast speech make me feel I’m not welcoming here. The room is big and clean, convenient location. I just don’t have good check-in experience. Everything else’s good.

Nice area. Love the Starbucks outside. Room is updated, no complaints. The bed was comfortable. I think I would like a room facing the street. Top floor. Quiet.

The service is very bad, I asked for a non-smoking room, but inside the room it smelled like cigarettes, I had to buy a lysol to eliminate some of the smell. One night I asked for 4 packets of sugar, they told me no, that starting at 6am they only can when they put the coffee on. Another day I asked that they do housekeeping for the room, they told me that they won't do housekeeping until I just leave (so in 6 days). One night I asked for towels because they were dirty but I wanted 3 large towels, they told me to bring the dirty ones to the reception and they would change them for me. I did that but my dirty towels were two large and one small. They flatly refused to give me 3 large towels in exchange. My experience was not very good with this hotel. To finish, I left 3 days early because I couldn't stand being there any longer. They told me that they couldn't even give me my money back for the days that I don't plan to use, because I bought with Expedia or hotels.com and they can't do anything. The stay was not that cheap, it was more or less $110 dollars per night. I bought it because it had a good location to go to Hollywood and other places and it was not far from the airport. But a total disappointment. I recommend everyone to pay a little more and ask for their services by phone or email before booking. I have been to other hotels and at least they told me that if I needed cleaning to call and they would do it. They do not do it.

The check in was seamless warm and professional. The room is comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed in the room is there. 1am the room was freezing cold, we called the front desk an immediate response took care of the issue. We would stay here again.

We needed a place to stay last minute, this hotel wasn’t far from our home and the rates were decent. The lady who checked us in was very nice, however a couple of the other night clerks were a little rude. The room its self was okay. When I first walked in I could smell something weird. I found the smell over by the fridge which smelled like vomit or spoiled milk. House keeping was suppose to go up and try to clean it the next day but the smell was still there. The beds weren’t terrible but my bed sounded like it was going to break every time my husband and I went to lay down. The room was spacious and they had a small couch that had a hide a bed so my son slept there comfortably. If you need a place in a pinch this will work, just don’t have the highest expectations.

I'll tell you what made this spot truly worth it - (1) the price, I needed a single day's layover in Los Angeles for good price and I got it, (2) the friendliness of the staff - very very kind man behind the counter, (3) a Little Caesar's pizza was two blocks away.

It was a big comfortable room in a decent area. There was a really nice park behind the hotel. We walked to it with our dog. Im in a wheelchair & both the room & bathroom worked out great. The only thing we didn't like was our very loud guests above us. And the parking lot isn't very big.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are spacious and clean, there’s lots of places to go around the area to eat, shop or get services, but the staff is lacking in customer service.

The appearance of the room was nice. But after being there less than 1 hour i was bitten 3 times by lord knows what... and i guess the roaches smelled my food because they were everywhere. I went to the front desk to complain and was given another room two doors down... same thing going on ... so i preceeded to get all my things go back to the front desk and request a refund. It was no way that i could sleep there.

Great clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of parking space, and in an area with a lot of food and grocery options nearby that cost a little less than downtown LA. The only con is that there are very few amenities (no gym, small pool, etc); and there seemed to be constant noisy construction at least while we were staying there. Besides that 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

This was a last minute need, so reservation was made at about 11PM and I was not able to arrive until almost 3AM to a locked lobby. I called the front desk and woke up the desk person to let them know I was here to check in. At first they said they had no reservation, then said they had no rooms, and after I said they showed several rooms available, she said "I cancelled the reservation, who checks in at 3AM?" and would not rent me a room. Although I am there now, I had to find other accommodations for the first night. Rooms are small and dirty, I had to to ask for a rag to clean the multiple sticky spots off the floor. Bathroom was clean, and the bed was made well, but there was partially wiped debris on the desk, and the floors were not swept let alone mopped.

Too many people there with no room key trying to get up to a floor. The toiletries and other essentials that are basic in all the hotels/ motels we’ve been in, studio 6 do not. When needed an extra bar of soap, I was told it would cost me a dollar and change. Yeah that’s the way for people to say too many thumbs down just for a cheaper price and free parking!

Everything was ok for the price we paid. But the floor was not vacumed for a long time, and the bed was not comfortable. I've been to many motels this one was a poor experience that I wiuldnt like to get again.
