Neighborhood is sketchy, front desk lady didn’t saw a single word to me, outside very noisy because there is drag racing happening on the street in front of the hotel, rust on everything in the room, found a cockroach in the bathroom. Those are the main things

This stay was our worst stay in 8 days we vacationed. Could hear the neighbor's noise all night. Husband had to borrow tape to fix the trim piece that was broken going into the bathroom..Drapes were Filthy. Towels felt like sand paper. "Breakfast included" consisted of 3 in a package mini donuts and black coffee. Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m a very rough part of town-hookers and drug dealers all around the hotel. Stains on all the bed sheets. Shower had someone else’s hair all over it. Floors have probably never been vacuumed. Customer service was terrible. When I reached out about the sheets was told that I should go down and get a new set. Those sheets should never have been on the bed in the first place! Ended up checking out. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bed was totally broken no support stains on everything the smell was horrible totally unclearly and everything was broken there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the door and another man hiding by vending machine harassing you as you get out of vehicle completely unacceptable left immediately and would like a refund in full as this was completely disgusting and unsafe so me and my wife could not stay there I didn’t even feel like my vehicle could be safely parked there much less my livelihood

This room was last minute and I wish I had book another room in advance. I feel like I’m in the hood and I’m sleeping with my gun next to me .

It was a bad part of town to stay in. The hotel was not helpful with anything. Housekeeping never came. Had to produce own toilet paper. Bed covers stank. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone

When we got to the hotel, the clerk was very friendly. When we got to the room, it looked like it had been broken into. As soon as we walked in, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though i asked for non-smoking. I have asthma and cigarette smoke is a trigger. The door wouldnt lick. We opted not to even stay and just call the money a loss.

Property was clean but much street noise and noise from adjoining rooms.

The photos online doesn’t look anything like the place when you arrive. We had to pay for rooms we didn’t even stay in cause the outside of the place was nasty and run down looking and I wasn’t staying in a place that looked like that I couldn’t imagine what the rooms looked like.

Knowing this was a cheap hotel, expectations were already low, and yet I was disappointed. I felt unsafe for most of the time I was on property. Very run down. Door peephole was scratched and unusable, door security lock was ripped off and not repaired. Felt relieved when my stay was over. Continental breakfast was generic packaged pastries inside the saftey glass and a pot of coffee. (pictured)

We were promised a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. After we ran the AC for a while things were better, but our clothes smelled like smoke after we checked out the next morning.

This place is a dump. I wouldn’t let a homeless person stay there. They lie in your face. Drug infested, transactions are made in broad daylight. I have videos of transactions between made. The first room they gave me was ridiculous. The bed was sunken and dirt on the floor. Requested another room, not much better. Then drug transactions started. At that point I was furious. Booked the room for 2 nights. I told the desk manager I was checking out. He stated that I would have to pay for one night and would refund the second night. Well that was a lie. Now I’m out of money for the refund. Someone overdosed but someone revived that person. Please if that’s your last resort, sleep in your car.

We didn’t stay it was unsafe too many junky’s around

place was super gross, lady in the front didn’t care when checkin us in at all, hotel had stains all over, broken bed, and broken bathroom door. never again and highly wouldn’t recommend

You shouldn’t list this property on your website. We arrived and we’re afraid to get out of the car. It’s a disaster. We drove to a different hotel and rebooked a stay with a different hotel.

There was some needed repairs, Requested a iron, never got one. Noise from the second floor all night.

Room was very rundown and a huge disappointment!

We arrived at 9:30pm after driving from Little Rock over 5 hours away to only be turned away telling me that my reservation has been cancelled. The hotel said that Expedia policy is the hotel can cancel if customers don’t show up by 6pm So we had no room, the staff was rude and unhelpful. This was awful. Rooms everywhere were sold out. So stressful

We checked in, went to the room then left keys at counter and left. Curtains ripped and hanging so zero privacy, sink had no handles to turn on, open filthy hole in tub, phone dead, security lock broken, security fence broken, area was in disrepair. We felt unsafe.

The first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner and the room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The room were moved to was missing its smoke detector. Just wires hanging from the ceiling! It’s under new ownership and they claim to be renovating it but they have a long way to go before it should be used by guests, in my opinion.

Hotels & Motels are expensive in Nashville. So for the price I knew what I was getting. It’s an older Motel but it was clean. It is near the interstate so there is a lot of traffic noise. We wer we so tired so it didn’t really matter too much

The way breakfeast works. Poor and strange.

The "Continental breadfast" was a snack cake and coffee. Random people constantly hang out outside my room smoking all night. Holes in the walls. Black mold in the room. Sink faucet was broken. Poorly lit. No chair for the desk. You can hear people walking above you and everything going on outside.

I was woman traveling out of state with my young daughter for the first time with my husband or either of my sons. That thought never occurred to me until we got to our “hotel” or cheap pay by the week apartments that the locals probably called it. When we got to our room we realized that the lock had been completely busted off the door! So when we went downstairs to see if we could check into another room, possibly they basically told me that we should suck it up. They said that that they had 24 hour surveillance and that we were in no danger. Mind you they were in a part of town to where there might have needed to be some security but not once did I see a security guard a security camera or even anyone wearing a hat that look like they might be keeping a lookout. So my daughter and I had to push the heavy broken table across the room and wedged against the door as best as we could to try to feel safe enough to try to rest. We did this both nights because we were in all honesty afraid. I would’ve never complained if she would’ve at least pretended to have a little bit of sympathy or understanding, but she gave no cares and she let me know that we were inconveniencing her by inquiring about something that should have been non-negotiable. I believe we were cheated out of our money and out of our two days that we stayed there. It ruined our trip because we were exhausted and uncomfortable and then to be quite honest, we were both afraid. I will be taking my business.

It did it’s job by providing a place to stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great, but the condition of the hotel is very poor. There was a gap around the room door, and the deadbolt had been removed. The sign outside had a piece of metal flapping that looked as if it could fall at anytime. The breakfast options were limited to a pot of decaf coffee and a few pre-packaged pastries.

The checkin staff was pleasant. The room was ok. My sister's room had a terrible smoky odor. The motel is right next to a busy street

That place was awful. Nasty and in the ghetto

I've seen crack houses on an episode of Cops that was nicer than this place. I'm not sure what hotel the owner stayed at to get the photos shown in expedia but they certainly arent from this dump. The AC unit didn't work, you could turn the water on but couldn't adjust the temp cause the knob wasn't really attached. The bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and so was the clothes hanging shelf/rod. Beyond run down with no sense of pride shown with the establishment. 10 out of 10 would never recommend.

Room was very clean and everything worked properly, but outside noise didn’t make for a restful night.

We had a smoking room m whole the floor had been replaced the rest of the needed alot of repairs.the lights by vanity and the best had been taken out. The telephone didn't work. The walls had graffiti on them and covered up with a thincoat of paint. The TV was in Spanish and couldn't get the the front desk to come up and fix it after we had to walk all the way down stairs to tell them .
