This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The halls smell terrible. The rooms were filthy. Paint was splattered everywhere. It looked like there was blood or something on the walls. They charge you $40 for parking. The pool was closed (that was probably a good thing). And someone’s dirty clothes were in the drawer.

This property requires some updates, increased cleanliness standards and professional customer service.

Place looked like it was going to collapse, the corners of the bathroom floor were filthy, the toilet lacked the power to fully flush, there was no hot water. The worst of it however was that they have to audacity to charge guests for parking. $40 a day

I checked in with expectations shaped by a booking error, originally requesting two rooms but ending up in a single due to "full capacity" which seemed dubious as I had to switch rooms twice the first night—once for a broken AC and again for non-working lights. Maybe they really were at capacity considering only one of the three rooms functioned. The hotel's second room was luckily defective, saving me from the hallway's loud music and scantily clad visitors. The final room, though settled for, had blood-stained sheets and mattresses with pubes entwined that left much to be desired. Even fetching a drink was a chore with three out of four vending machines out of order, compounded by the inconvenience of separately located working ice machines. Sleep was elusive with the TV next door blaring until late, unintentionally making me an unwilling expert on the Big Bang Theory's laugh tracks. Promised cleaning services never materialized, unless they were responsible for the added scent of mold. The highlight? Exiting my room to a Labrador's trail of waste along the hallway.

The toilet was meant for a preschool!! The seat was below my knee. My elderly father was not able to use the toilet! It looked like a cat had a fight with the curtain! The curtain was destroyed!! The floors were dirty - my feet were black just walking from the bed to the bathroom. I will NEVER stay there again!!! However, the valet guy was cool.

This place looked sooo sketchy and apparently has an issue with roaches so we just took our chances and drove the couple hours back home.
