Great pool and hot tub. Open early for kids. Great family hotel.

We had a queen room on the upper floor. Very clean and quiet. Check in was easy and lady at the desk quite friendly and helpful. Check out was just tossing the cards in a bowl on the desk. Can't get any easier. Lobby was nice with a Christmas tree and fireplace going.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and comfy, pet area accommodating. We checked in late and left early so didn't have an opportunity to really experience anything else.
Had a great sleep, but the shower was just ok (water pressure not great, and it did get "hot" but not as hot as I like it)

I’ve stayed here in the past, apparently during its prime. The facility appears great overall. However, the room had a wafting odor, the bed was beyond its use date (broken down) and the coffee maker was unusable. We purposely requested an upstairs room to sleep wit the windows open, however there were lots of bugs trapped between the window and the screen making it impossible to open. Just not what I was expecting. Just needs more attention to detail than what they’re currently doing.

I booked the silver Suite which had the private jacuzzi. That tub was huge. The room was clean and spacious. I only wish there were dining options on site in the evening as most of the restaurants in town closed up fairly early. I ended up buying sandwich fixings at the grocery store.

Was really excited to check out this area and had some questions for the check in clerk and she never hardly looked at us. Wasn’t able to answer any questions about the area and never even said thank you. Hopefully other members of the staff are better but wasn’t impressed

This is the second time we have stayed here. The people are always nice and it’s always clean. It hasn’t changed much in the 4 years since we were here last.

The price was way to high for the locations there was no place to eat. The restaurant in the hotel was very poorly ran they should give the hotel customers a discount when eating there & is only open in morning. The lounge didnt even open at all.

Was seated for Breakfast at 9:49am, waitress told us Cook said he was Done with Breakfast, don't take anymore orders!! Period...

Do not eat breakfast there. They charge extra and It was terrible. They claim it was cooked to order, but if it was, they cooked it to order long before we got there. The eggs were way overcooked a d dried out, and the sausage was barely chewable and looked like they had sat in a pan for quite some time. Go eat somewhere else.

Customer service was exceptional! This guy is amazing defiantly do not lose him, all reps were amazing and accommodating here. We have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. parking can get full but there is an overflow and trailer or big rig parking available.

The property is great. Expedia you are a disgrace as a booking service. You screwed up my reservation and did not apply my bonus points. The hotel staff who were great but we’re powerless to make any changes. They totally agreed that one should never use Expedia or Hotels.com to make a reservation.

Property and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and equipped with all the normal amenities. Enjoyed our stay at the Wallace Inn and the surrounding area.

Perfect stop on our way through northern Idaho. The pool and spa rejuvenated us after many hours of being on the road. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.

Great, clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a good location with a fantastic indoor pool. They provide coffee and newspapers in the morning. Wonderful place to stay!

Great place to stay while in Wallace great staff. The restaurant was under staffed and we felt bad for the single waitress having to try and take care of the whole hotel list of guest for Breakfast

No elevator. We were on the 2nd floor. It’s a little bit of a pain. But otherwise fine. Friendly staff.

The staff was very nice. We arrived early with two impatient kids and the woman working the front desk went out of her way to try and accommodate.

Located near a nice old downtown with restaurants and whatnot. The facility didn't have an elevator, but I didn't mind.

Place was ok. No elevator to second floor rooms. No continental breakfast so you have to pay expensive prices for on site "cafe" with pretty blah but edible typical hotel diner food.

This is the newest hotel in the city but not much to be impressed by. Not at almost 300.00 per night with taxes. Hot tub maybe fits 4 comfortably except it was luke warm at best considering it was the main reason I picked it initially...
