Welcome yourself to our Cozy Blue Door Cottage located in the heart of Canyon Lake, TX! If you're planning a weekend getaway with some friends or family, this cottage has everything you need to relax in complete comfort. The central location is close to local restaurants, hill country activities, and the beautiful Canyon Lake. There is an upstairs gameroom and very spacious outdoor setup with plenty of room for boat parking. Take a look inside and let your Canyon Lake vacation begin! The space Location: - Short drive to Canyon Lake boat ramps and marina - Minutes to local restaurants and grocery store - Tons of local hill country activities just a short drive away - 30 minute commute to San Marcos and New Braunfels Sleeps: - Up to five people - Queen bed in the master bedroom - Bunk beds with a pull out trundle upstairs sleeping three (one full, two twins) - Upstairs bedroom is open to the game room without a door Bath: - One bathroom with tub/ shower combo Kitchen: - Keurig coffee machine with coffee, creamer and sweetener provided - NO DISHWASHER dishes must be hand washed Amenities: - Large porch to enjoy your morning coffee (provided) - Huge front yard for activities - Well - lit outdoor area - Outdoor fire pit - Plenty of space for boat parking - Short walk to small local playground - Outdoor corn hole setup - Outdoor dining area - Charcoal grill provided - Deer corn provided to feed - Arcade games - Shuffleboard table - Foosball table - Gaming table - Wide selection of board games and children's books provided - 50 inch smart TV with cable - Wifi included Guest access This is an entire home rental. You will have access to the entire home and it is your own private rental for the duration of your stay. Other things to note - The property does not have a fenced in yard - We have a ring doorbell camera overlooking the front of the cottage for the safety and security of both our home and guests. Very clean and comfortable.Quite neighborhood.Easy to get to wear ever you want to go.Game room upstairs a plus.Would recommend if you don’t want a hot tub or pool.

Our family of 3 decided to have a last minute getaway for Christmas. This cottage was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The game room was fun, great for family time and we loved the book nook with the bean bag chairs. The location was convenient to the lake, Wimberley, and San Marcos for hiking and dinning and other activities.
Tithe added bonus was the deer feed. The deer came from everywhere once you threw the feed out.

We loved the coziness of this cute cottage. It was equipped with everything you may need if staying longer than a few days.
Feeding the deer and enjoying a campfire was so much fun!! We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for our daughter’s 3rd birthday and she had a blast! The house is just as pictured and had all the activities to keep her entertained. Feeding “Santa’s Reindeer” was her favorite part. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Had such a wonderful visit. Austin is an amazing host. Great communications and provided a lot of details for our check in and stay. Very accurate and clean listing. Had so much fun with our family visiting this place. Would recommend for your next trip to the area.

The property was very clean and Austin was a very attentive and responsive host. Coffee with creamer and sugar is a must and they had plenty to pick from. Clean and comfortable linens. The deer coming so close to the house was an added bonus. If ever back in the area, wouldn’t hesitate to book this cottage again.

We stayed for a few days in mid August for my husbands birthday and we LOVED it! The home is adorable and perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we met were very nice. We looked forward to feeding deer and were NOT disappointed! We saw deer in yards even before we got to the house. We put corn around the yard and had a ton of furry visitors throughout all hours of the day! Deer are my daughters favorite animal so she was in heaven. We spent so much time on the porch throwing corn out and watching them eat. We took a short drive down to the lake one day so the kiddos could swim. We also sat in the back of our truck at the end of the driveway late at night to watch the meteor shower.
The loft is great for the kiddos and we had fun playing games as a family. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We would definitely book again in the future.
The hosts are very communicative from beginning to end! They do a great job making sure the house has anything you could need.

We chose this house to stay in when we took our boys to the lake. The game room was the big selling point for us! No shortage of fun there! The size of the house was perfect for the 4 of us. The house is very clean and cozy. It’s in a neighborhood, but it felt private. We had a lot of deer come up to the front porch and fed them corn that the owners provided. The rocking chairs on the porch were nice with morning coffee. The location was great! Since Canyon Lake rents boats with tubes and skis we may stay here again. Thank you!

This place was amazing. My kids LOVED their room. The games are perfect. My kids always had something to do while at the home. The beds were very comfortable! My favorite was in the mornings going outside to feed the deer, then sit and drink coffee and watch the view. It was so relaxing and comfortable. The owner Austin was very responsive from the very beginning of our booking till we left! Any time we needed anything, we would reach out and we would get a fast response. Very attentive. Over all it was one of the best stays I’ve had. I definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our stay! Very clean & comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped for making all of our meals. You get a small start on things you may need (Papertowels, toilet paper,ect). All the games are perfect for keeping you entertained inside. The open layout (balcony upstairs over looks the downstairs) makes it feel so much bigger.
The real hidden gem is the fire pit outside you can sit watch (&feed with corn provided) SO many beautiful deer all day long! No lake view from house but you are a few min drive to do many wonderful places to access it.
Lastly, the owner is TOP notch & quickly answered any questions or concerns i had even going above& beyond. Would Def stay here again

This property is top notch. Proximity to the lake is great. Property has everything you need to have an amazing get away, with or without children. My boys 19 & 10 enjoyed the gameroom and arcade setup. The deer coming up to feed was incredible, corn was provided which was a nice extra touch. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the owners staying in constant contact down to every detail inside the house. The house was decorated very nice and cozy which made it feel like home. They also thought of everything down to an iron and blow dryer for you to use. The house had tons of games and space for my family. We also made great memories drinking the stocked coffee while feeding the deer in the morning. The neighborhood was nice, friendly, quiet and close to everything we needed. Most definitely recommend and we will be back to make great memories on Canyon Lake. A huge thank you to the best host we have rented from thus far.

Five of us went to Total Archery Challenge at Natural Bridge Caverns and stayed here. The house was perfect for us. We went to Baja grill on the lake super cool. They had corn to feed the deer. Had a nice k-cup maker. Over nice place and host.
