Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over two miles from the townhouse if you're looking to start at the hub. A 4x4 is required to reach this townhouse in winter. One parking space is in the garage and one space is reserved outside. *Summer guests should note that this townhouse does not have air conditioning. Very clean place, short walk to the lifts and downtown! Very fast responses from Vacasa too! Beds were a little uncomfortable but not a huge deal. The kitchen/living room area was nice with plenty of room and was great to watch shows together in front of the fireplace.

The townhome is nice but a little worn out in furniture, carpet, bedding, etc, I was also not aware of being on a major busy road with big trucks. The master bed sheets were good, but the blanket had dust in it. None of the fans were working which is a must have in the summer. But, the service guy brought 4 new fans. Awesome. The top bunk in one room is not useable bc the fan is not high enough. Fan hits you in the head if you sit up. The other bunk bed room has one bed on the floor and 2nd bed is hard to get in & out of. I want to make it clear that we had all adults. It's probably fine for kids. It's a great place, it just needs a major refresh.

Clean property. Kitchen had everything. View amazing. Negative listing says we can use pool and jacuzzis. No key in house because you need key to enter the jacuzzis but positive Vacasa management are super sweet and accomadating w Pool and spa passes

The space and location were good. The place definitely needs updating overall. As a property manager myself, I must say that everything was "a little broken" as one of the guests said. A chair leg was broken but had clearly had attempts made to fix it. The couch is very worn and falling apart. A dresser in the triple bunk room has a leg that falls off constantly making it tip over. The futon in the triple bunk is not suitable as calling it an additional sleeping space. We made it work by putting the futon mattress on the floor and then it was actually reasonable. There were multiple knives and even a salad spinner and yet no reasonably sized spatula for flipping pancakes or moving anything in a pan and no can opener could be found, but multiple wine openers were. There are no "everyday" cups or glasses except like 4 or 5 large glasses. There was an abundance of wine glasses. Smaller or more useful cups/glasses would have been appreciated for everyday use. The vertical blinds by the slider close with the pulley mechanism but do not open without manually moving the blinds. There are significant drafts by all of the sliding doors which made sleeping very chilly on the nights it was below zero. The instructions said to put the dishes in the dishwasher when we left and run it and yet there was no dishwasher detergent provided for such use. On a positive note, the showers were great and nice and hot. It was a reasonable stay, but the details are lacking in attention.

This place was dirty and smelled bad. The lock on the sliding door was broken so my young child could get out onto the deck that is by a busy street. Wi-Fi didn’t work. No info on how to access the pool. I reported problems to the property manager and Vacasa and got no response. It was so gross we left early and lost money.

The place was nice. Location great. It does seem like this is a rental full time and no one actually owns it to vacation. It needs someone to walk through & update things. Example, there are only 1/2 the blinds on the slider looking out to the street. And the blind box was resting upside down on the wall above the blinds that were there. Also a few blinds missing from the queen room. I saw them in a closet. That room is street level and I would expect the privacy. There is a night stand in the twin room that has a leg broken off. It is just resting on it. Probably the reason why there are so many scratches on the wall behind it. The master bed mattress is pretty lumpy. And more toilet paper would have been appreciated with a large group staying 6 days. And maybe I missed it on the info I read about the place, but the pool was closed due to the season. Which was fine but only 1 spa was open. That should also be listed in the add. I am a believer if no one tells you these things, how would you know. Thank you Judi

We were extremely happy with our stay. The listing was accurate. We were right next to the chairlift and walking distance to downtown. The garage spot was awesome and the master bed/ kitchen area was accommodating for our group. Downstairs bedrooms were a little small, but it’s nice to have so many sleeping options to hold a big sized group.

Location is great, shuttle station is just at the other side of the street, which is 1 minute walk distance. And 5 minutes walk to the busy street. House is great, comfortable for 9 people. But not enough supplyment. We 9 people living 4 nights there and we only got one shampoo per room, which is clearly not enough. And they didn’t give us the key and told us to enter from the garage. Plus, the pool and hot tube place need key card , and they didn’t provide that even we called them about it.
