Entire house. We have smart tvs the family room has a 58 inch tv with cable ,Netflix Roku all bedrooms have tv's with Netflix and Hulu. Location is perfect! 2 miles from St.Bonaventure.Rock City is close.Niagra Falls 1.5hr 30 mins. To Ellicottville You can walk everywhere. Tasta Pizza place across the street.Grocery store is 3 blocks away and the movies &Walmart only a mile.Great restaurants are also a stones throw away.We have a fire pit which is also a grill. Dont forget to watch the video on this house. Ask about monthly discount . 15.00 per person per night over 5 quests. Dog fee 35.00 per dog per night.

Pictures are accurate. Older home that was equipped with all we needed! Able to prepare nice meals because of well equipped kitchen, including seasonings!

We came from PA for a baby shower. The house is nice. There is a driveway that can fit several cars. The house has most of it's origonal charm such as beautiful woodwork throughout and antique furniture inside. The downstairs gets nice and toasty warm, and the upstairs has 2 vents, so if you like to sleep a little cooler, this is the place for you. Plenty of towels and things you would need for your stay. I would definately stay here again. Check it out!

The house was a perfect size. We had 4 couples and it worked out great for our family. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was in a central location where we needed to travel. The recliners in the living room were so comfortable. I would rent this house again next year if available.

Beautiful home with bath and kitchen upgrades. Location was perfect for each of us arriving separately. Close by to stores and restaurants. Beef and Barrel restaurant is a go to for us and it didn’t disappoint. Easy check in and out with good communication. Will stay again.

Wanted for nothing! Was FULLY furnished! Everything was in working order. Close to everything. Would definitely say again if I return to the area!

Cute old house that is well equipped for a family stay.

We had five 60 something adults in our traveling group. We were in the area to visit family. The home was very nicely furnished. We enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table in the evenings. The home made you feel comfortable. All 4 bedrooms were upstairs which could pose a problem for some folks. When we return to the area, we will be checking to see if this lovely home is available again!

What a wonderul home to make memories with our family! First time tubing, skiing and snowboarding as a blended family and though the location was 30 min from Ellicotville - we had a terrific stay! Home was clean! Well equipped kitchen with plenty of all you need to make full dinners. ALos had 2 washers and dryers! Thank you!

The house was great for our family of 5 (and our dog too). The kids all enjoyed having their own room - with a TV in each room. The neighbors were very friendly and we really enjoyed running though Olean and on the Allegany River Trail which was nearby. The house had everything that we would need. We enjoyed spending time away and explored the Southern Tier of New York from Olean. The second bathroom was in the basement near the washer and dryer. It was fine as a second toilet if needed, but our kids were scared to go down there by themselves. Thank you for opening up your house to us for our vacation. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
