Right across from Dollywood and each reservation comes with a free one day ticket to Dollywood and over a dozen other attractions! Our converted School House Cottage used to be a real working schoolhouse. The interior is full of its history. The owner actually attended this school, run by his mom and grandmother! The School House is super special due to its location directly across from Dollywood, making it the perfect family getaway. It's a great place to bring your family and is also pet friendly and has a small yard great for walking pets. There is a fully stocked kitchen, comfy and spacious living area with an electric fireplace and includes a sofa bed, upright arcade and 2 bedrooms located at each end of the house for great privacy. There is a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom. The full bath is located off of the living room and has a tub/shower combo. The patio is a great place to sit outside at night and enjoy the Dollywood fireworks or use the charcoal grill for cooking up some burgers for dinner. Our cottage is the perfect spot to be close to all the action but have but with space around it! Pet-friendly with a pet fee of $84.56 per pet for the stay.
