It was a great place, but some of the floors were very dirty when we first arrived. Other than that i would of given it a 5 out of 5 across the board.

This was a top notch place to stay for my group and I. Everything was clean and it provided everything we needed for the weekend. The elevator was a huge benefit as I recently had leg surgery and would have struggled to move up and down the stairs. Would highly recommend staying here!

We celebrated a 70th birthday here with family. We had plenty of space and didn’t feel on top of each other. The kids loved the pool. The beach extras - wagon, towels, chairs - were put to good use by our group!

My extended family of 12 stayed here for a week and just loved it. Plenty of room for everyone- included small kids - to run around and play. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were all in good shape and the pool was nice and warm. Easy walk to the beach and arcade. Next time we visit Hilton Head, we will be staying here again!

My family stayed here for quite a few days. The house had everything we needed and wanted. My grandmother was able to maneuver throughout the house using the very convenient elevator. The pool was heated. The walk to the beach was short and it was near grocery stores and good restaurants. Michael was a great host. I can’t recommend staying here enough. 10/10 would definitely come back to the same place.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool so much as well as the bunk room! Lots of space and it was great for all 12 of us. We were in town for a wedding so spent time in the area as well. Very fun!!!

This place was absolutely awesome. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Extra toilet paper and paper towels as well. The owner thinks if everything to make your stay more comfortable and stress free. I hope to be back to this property, maybe when it’s warmer.

Plenty of room, and amenities, stocked well, close to everything and would totally do this again! We could have had more firewood and some of the beach equipment was broken but that was nothing compared to how amazing our stay was!-lovely spot- we felt comfortable and spoiled!

We rented this house for a family vacation to bring our parents, sister & brother-in-law, their adult son, & our adult children together. Some of our party are not water lovers like we are, so we thought this would be perfect and it was! We who wanted to visit the beach either took a short walk from the neighborhood using the beautiful paths or our adult children rented bikes and rode there. The house in itself was a dream! The heated pool & fire pit were a huge hit with us older folk, while the younger group enjoyed the 4th floor where the table arcade game & huge tv are. The open floor plan with the large dining table was perfect for meals and visiting. The elevator was an extra plus for our senior citizen parents who have trouble with steps. The owner Michael was absolutely amazing and accommodating as we arrived in Hilton Head earlier than expected. We messaged him and explained we expected some traffic going through Atlanta but had smooth sailing and he allowed us to check in early since the house was ready. He was extremely responsive every time I had a question. The house was fully stocked too! We are already talking about when we could return. I highly recommend!

This house worked perfectly for our family trip (8 adults and 3 kids under 4). The house was well stocked and having the crib and the high chair available for our little one was such a nice extra touch. The walk to the beach was easy and straightforward. With little ones we still took the car and parked (about a 1-2 min drive) but some of the adults walked every time. In line with most reviews, the mosquitoes were pretty bad so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor areas as much as we would have liked but there was plenty of room inside and the pool was screened in. I would definitely stay at this property again!

From start to end, Michael the host was wonderful. He always responded quickly to any questions I had and my questions were not complaints or needs just questions. Everything you need is at this property. The first place I’ve stayed where I didn’t have to strip beds and do extra work. I definitely plan to return.

Great location, clean and very well supplied home. Plenty of space for 15 people. The 7 kids loved having the third floor to hang out! Little walk or bike to the beach was not a big deal. Thanks so much for the memories made!

There were 14 of us (7 adults and 7 children ages infant to 11) and there was plenty of room for everyone! The indoor pool was a blessing as it rained quite a bit while we were there, and the kiddos could still swim. The kitchen and closets were well supplied! We had a wonderful time.

Our mini family reunion was a great success thanks in part to this property and it’s excellent amenities. Everything we needed to have a beach vacation was available including a buggy, towels and chairs. Beach was a reasonable distance to walk. We also enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Michael was very quick to respond to any questions. Cleanliness could have been better and the house was dusty upon arrival but overall this was a great experience.

We took our five adult children, dog and a significant other with us. This home offered space for everyone to "get away" or "get together" as often as they liked. The basement pool area was a huge hit! The elevator was a huge help so carrying things up and down stairs was not necessary. The community is gated and it seems like a huge block party of vacationers. We were literally a 10 minute walk from the beach and there is parking or we dropped each other off. The kids did the walk several times. It was relaxing and a fun place, fairly centrally located on the island so we had no issues there. It was incredibly well-stocked with laundry soap, dish/dishwasher soap, and dishes/cookware. Great responses from Michael the owner and it was all worth it! We love Hilton Head and this was a fantastic and wonderful place to spend a week. Highly recommend this rental.

Stayed at this property with my four children, and their spouses, friends , grandchild and pups. Plenary spacious for all 10 people and 4 pups. The elevator came in handy for my daughter on crutches and my old dog. The place was clean and a quick walk to the beach. There were lots of beach chairs (some which need to be replace due to rust ) umbrellas and wagons. If you plan on staying remember to bring beach towels, they do provide 2 but we used our extra bath towels and washed them. Overall it was a great place and we would rent it again.

All 6 adults and 6 kids 3-12, stay at this home with plenty of room. This is a 4 level home with an elevator. Elevator was especially helpful with unloading and loading car. Screened in pool was a HUGE success for adults and kids, especially to keep bugs out. Fire pit was another big success as a vacation isn't complete without smores and roasting marshmallows. It was particularly nice to have fire pit by the pool so adults could watch kids while swimming in the evening. Bunkbed room was huge and plenty of room for 6 kids to move around it as well as watch TV. Kitchen was well stocked and loved that there was a medium to big pantry. There was a checker set in the family room that a lot of us used. Washer and dryer work well. There are 2 beach carts in the garage that came in handy for our beach trip. We went to 3 beaches, bradley, folly field and fish haul. Folly field has limited parking but you can walk pulling the beach carts or go in morning or after supper. Its about a 10 minute walk if you have kids. This year there was a lot of jelly fish in the ocean. Some of the kids and adults got stung so we didn't go as much as we would have otherwise. Fish Haul is an awesome beach to for finding live crabs in their shells, collecting sea shells, etc. It really isn't the best for swimming, but a great activity and memory maker for the kids. They were so very excited to see the live crabs in their shells. The best time to go is low tide. Make sure you bring your sand buckets to carry shells. There really isn't a backyard to play in. Just big enough for firepit and grill area. Make sure you bring bug spray as there are mosquitos. Michael is an EXCELLENT host and communicator. If I emailed, texted or called with questions and/or needed help he promptly answered. Needed help with a overhead fan not working in bedroom and handyman came out that day and fixed. Thank you Michael for opening up this home.

Stayed here for a wedding in Hilton Head. House was huge. Fit our families plus room for more. Stocked with toiletries. Had beach chairs and some toys for the kids. Upstairs room was perfect for all the kids to share and included a full size video game that the kids loved. Lots of towels and beach towels. Location was a short walk to the beach and close to everything. Walked to ice cream and putt putt. I would highly recommend this home.

The place was very clean on our arrival. It was well stocked, with the minor exception of no dish soap or kitchen bags. I do have some suggestions for the owner and some things I wish we would have known before renting. Things to know: there is no shortcut to beach. It is 0.7 miles to the water. Some reviewers said six minute walk. No way. The owner is very clear on the distance. The view out the back is horrible. Two old mobile homes on either side of an abandoned house, complete with a junk car rusting away in the yard. A privacy fence luckily blocks the view from the main floor. The pool is even smaller than it looks in the picture. Lots of mosquitoes, if you spend time in the backyard. Suggestions for owner: neither beach umbrella worked. They couldn’t be secured in the sand. At least one of the beach chairs is broken. The master bedroom bath has one towel rack. There’s room and a need for at least two more. Someone should do utility maintenance more often. The HVAC filter and filter cover were very dirty. We replaced the filter and cleaned the cover. The water pressure seems low. Is there a water filter that needs replaced? One of the tubs drains slowly. Providing beach towels is a great plus. However, needing to wash and dry them before leaving turned out to be quite an effort. The dryer took forever. We ended up leaving a half hour after the 10am checkout, waiting for the last of the towels to get dry. For the large cleaning fee, could the cleaning crew deal with the beach towels? We always entered and exited from the garage. The plywood stairs leading up from the garage to the house seem cheap, especially with how classy and upscale the rest of the house is. Last suggestion is to do something to make the backyard more inviting. Overall, it was a great place. We ended up driving to different beaches after the first day, so the long walk to the nearby beach wasn’t a big deal. If you like riding bikes, it is a great place to pick up biking paths.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and neighborhood. The elevator was perfect for the older family members and for getting stuff in/out of the house. The heated pool was a hit for all! It was nice to have the wagons and beach chairs, a few less things to pack from home! We could have used a few things in the kitchen- cookie tray, spatula, dish sponge. But we made due without. The house the very clean and we felt at home right away! We hope to stay here again next year!

Very nice, very clean, communication and checking was flawless. Property is new, very spacious and very bright. Neighborhood is still being built out so area a little messy and dirty. Outdoor space was very limited.
