We had a lovely stay at this Montauk cottage! It was perfect for our family of four with two young children. The layout of the house worked really well for us, and the backyard was a hit with our kids. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, and the kids loved running around and exploring. The living room was perfect for family movie nights, and the kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. The location was great--super quiet and close to everything. Milton and Megan were very responsive and helpful as we prepared for the trip. We had a great time and hope to stay here again sometime.

I had a great long weekend at Milton and Megan's cottage in Montauk. The house looks exactly like the pictures and gets great sunlight and is very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was extremely comfortable. Milton and Megan were great hosts and very responsive and helpful. I hope to be able to stay there again for future Montauk visits.

My mother and I stayed at the cottage for the long weekend. Initially we were going to bring our dog (pets permitted) but at the last minute decided not to, since the weather was questionable. The cottage is clean, with two bedrooms, updated bathroom and kitchen. Communication with the owners was easy, check in process was easy. Very quiet street, within the walking distance to the beach, or short driving distance (we did both walked and drive). There is no car garage to park your car in, the garage was turned into a second bedroom. All the necessities were provided at the house such as dishes, towels, small kitchen appliances. High speed WiFI. Thank you for your hospitality.

Really nice house with lots of space and a great location within walking distance to town and the beach.

My husband and I recently rented this home for four nights and five days, and we truly loved every minute of our stay. The cottage is well maintained and has a very nice lawn and back patio. It is tucked away on a quiet street with a lot of deer and various forms of wildlife around. We enjoyed the peace and quiet but also loved that we could walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and there were also two beaches within walking distance (our dogs had a blast). The cottage itself is equipped with all of the basics as well as Apple TV, bikes, etc., and very comfortable furniture. It was the perfect mini getaway from the city, and I would love to visit again someday. Thanks, Milton and Megan!
