Well maintained, clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for three couples. Spacious kitchen which was adequately appointed, within the open floor plan living room/dining area. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds. We spent a good bit of time in the screened-in porch overlooking the canal. Enjoyed watching various waterfowl feed their young. The pool was clean with refreshing water temps. Visited downtown St. Petersburg, John’s Pass, Clearwater and Fort DeSoto Park’s North Beach. The Saturday Market in Williams Park had many vendors with a large variety of food and giftware for sale. Stayed here for my niece's graduation from University of Tampa. This place is very nice and quiet. I am an early riser 😔 (5 - 6am daily ) and it was so relaxing, that I did not get up to 8 am every morning. Enjoyed coffee on the back screened in porch and evening walks in the neighborhood along with relaxing at the private backyard pool. Spent a couple days at Maderia Beach and John's Pass, which we enjoyed and thought was nicer and has more options then Clearwater Beach, where we normally stay. And if you like Crabby's in Clearwater, they have one. This place was half way between both the beach and graduation ceremonies for us. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The house looks quite small from the outside but it is actually very spacious. It is super clean and comfortable. It has a nice pool area. It is located at the end of a very quiet street. Many different kinds of birds living there make you feel like you are staying in a bird sanctuary.

This meticulously maintained home is on a cul de sac in a quiet, St Petersburg neighborhood. The pictures on their website accurately show the furnishings in the house. The screened back porch is spacious. It’s location provides the option of hanging out at the private pool at the house or driving to beaches and boardwalks like James Pass or the St Pete pier. It was an easy drive to museums, restaurants, and the grocery store. It was our first time visiting this part of Florida and we had a great time.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in St. Pete's. A quiet neighborhood with a comfortable backyard (and multiple dolphin sightings!) and easy access to grocery stores and downtown St. Pete's. We stayed for three weeks, vacationing one week and then my husband and I working remotely for two weeks. The internet was great and had no issues with simultaneous video calls multiple times throughout each day. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the open air pool (not screened in) was a true gem. We took advantage of the two kayaks and even the fishing rods - caught several mangrove snappers and sheeps heads. The home itself was comfortable and accommodated our needs perfectly. Thank you for providing a great stay for our escape from the long Minnesota winters!

This is our family's second stay at this lovely home. Dennis is a wonderful host, the house is comfy and clean, and we especially love the setting on the water, complete with a big screened-in porch, heated pool, and kayak launch. On our last day, we were playing in the pool while dolphins swam by. Paradise.

Wonderful stay. Great property inside and outside. Very comfortable and easy location to get around to most areas of St. Pete. Would highly recommend.

This house worked perfectly for our four adults and our four-legged dog. It was comfortable, roomy even. Our favorite hang out spots were the kitchen and the screened in porch. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We were in town to race our sailboat so we didn’t get much time at the pool. The garage was a great place to organize our gear. All in all, we would choose this place again when we return to the area.

The property was just as advertised. It was in a quiet subdivision with a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The house was well kept and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our quick trip. We will definitely return to this property.

First of all, this was one of the cleanest properties I've ever checked into... we could tell pride of ownership right away. Everything is updated and bright and modern. There are amenities galore... towels, beach towels, chairs, coolers, kitchen utensils, both a regular coffee pot and a keurig so if you stop and grab groceries on your way, know that you have both. The only thing missing was a pizza cutter and we bought one of those and left it (we want to come back! :)). The location was great... we hit the beach a couple days, spent an evening in downtown St. Pete and hit a concert in Tampa... pretty easy to get around going in all directions. The outdoor space was probably our favorite! Whether we sat in the screened in porch overlooking the canal or by the pool, it was definitely the relaxing atmosphere we all needed. Dennis was great with communication the whole time. We are so glad we stayed here and are planning on coming back!

2nd year here. Clean! Quiet. Spacious. Love the house and big fenced back yard. Nice pool with sun and shade. Dolphins in canal every other day. Kayaks and bikes to use. Short beautiful car ride from downtown St. Pete (which is wonderful). Will come again!

This property was great! The location was just perfect for us. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, and right on the water. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks but used the pool most days. They had an abundance of pool toys/floats and the pool temperature was perfect. Plenty of seating around the pool as well as the screened patio that was equipped with two ceiling fans to help with the hot weather. The house itself was well equipped with lots of glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coolers, beach chairs, fishings poles, etc. I was very impressed with all the items that were available for our use which are too numerous to mention. I cannot complement Dennis enough for the way he made sure we had access to his home by providing us with the information timely. Lastly, I want to mention how quiet the property is. It really seemed as though we were the only people there for miles. It is lovely hearing the chores of bird song every morning and frog symphony in the evening. We could not be more pleased with this property.

This house was better than I could ever have hoped for. It is the perfect place in every respect!!

We usually rent from VRBO on the eastern side of FL and this year decided to rent on the gulf coast. What a great little house is a quiet cul-de-sac. Beautifully furnished, updated and clean. Lots of room to spread out (family of 4). Most of our time was spent in the sunroom or in the pool. Close proximity to beaches and shopping. The house was well equipped with everything we needed as side from food/grocery. We highly recommend this house for anyone staying in St. Petersburg. We would will definitely keep this place in mind for another visit to the gulf coast area (Tampa/St. Pete) Thank you, Michael & Mary

I used the washer-dryer, plates, utensils, pots, pans, blow dryer. It includes laundry detergent, soaps, cable tv, DVR, streaming. Decent Wifi with 30 speed (I never had an issue streaming 4K video). The sheets were super clear. Like staying at a Hilton Hotel. Want to return!!!

We spent a week at Shore Acres property and loved every minute of it. The pictures and description of the home are very accurate and the screened in lanai was a nice bonus. All four of us really enjoyed the heated pool everyday. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dennis :)

Dennis was an amazing Host!! Great communication and available to answer any questions. We had such a wonderful time!! We really had no need to venture out and do much, because it was so peaceful at the house. And watching the dolphins was an amazing experience in its self!! Thanks again for a wonderful week!!

This house suited our needs well. Fenced in back yard. Pool. Large great room. Large and comfy beds. Big TV with Netflix. 30 minutes or less to almost anything. Everything worked. Ample cooking space and supplies. We felt safe letting the dog out unsupervised without worry of her escaping. I think she didn’t want to leave.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It couldn't have been more perfect. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely rent it again. Close to everything in a great walkable neighborhood. The several guests that I had for a few nights each commented on how clean and well maintained it was. It was a joy to miss a month of winter in Virginia.

The house, location and ammenities were amazing. The area is safe, gorgeous, and there's plenty to do. I only wish I could've bought this house! Worth every penny...

When you walk in it feels like home. 3/2 split with great open floor plan. Kitchen is very well set up. Pool is perfect!!! Everyone always got a great night sleep and we were close to all of the things we planned to do. Off street parking and quiet neighborhood for walking.

Everything was very clean and it was just an overall great stay. The pool was my favorite we pretty much stayed in for an entire day due to it being very warm. Very relaxing trip I will be booking this stay again.
