This beautiful home is located in a community nestled between Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, with Englewood Beach less than 5-minute walk. There are plenty of dining and entertainment choices, all within walking distance. A very nice community pool with books and games available for use by guest. Also, if you don't feel like walking, get in touch with Stumpy's free ride serving the Manasota key area. Minimum age requirement of 30 years old and a 1-week minimum rental.

Easy to walk to local restaurants, beaches and areas of interest. Of course, we had the most beautiful views of the sunset. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and the host/hostess had thought of everything you could possibly need or want! The local pool was clean and well-cared for. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Roost and Key for a wonderful place to vacation!

This cottage was perfect for my group! It was clean and the beds were comfortable! The hosts had everything we needed for a perfect stay!
It was close to the beach and to restaraunts!
The pool in the complex was awesome!
Roost and Key (the hosts) were great in any communications they had for us! I would definitely stay there again, or with any other properties they have!
