The community is safe with security staff present around the clock! Our home is just a few minutes to the local springs, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach and 1 hour to Disney World and Universal Studios. The home is only 10 minutes from Blue Springs which has swimming and tubing available and plenty of manatees that flock there in the winter! The Saint John’s river is just 15 minutes away where there are plenty of places to eat and water actives like fishing, boating, kayaking, and so much more. If you want to take a short drive you can zip over to Daytona Beach and have toes in the ocean in 35 minutes or head over to Disney World & Universal Studios which is only an hour away!
