Note: the top bunk bed should only be slept on by kids (no adults should sleep on the top bunk for liability reasons) Property Features: 600 square feet, high-speed internet, smart TV in living room and master bedroom (ability to log into your streaming services), baseboard heat, 2 window AC units, 3 portable fans, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, 1 full bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 pullout sofa, 1 bathroom with tiled shower, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, washer/dryer unit in kitchen, dedicated work-from-home desk space, gas grill, three-seasons porch, kitchen table and off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. There is no access to the loft areas and no one is allowed on the actual roof of the property. Any witnessed attempt will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. Also, please know that there are small openings in the fence where small dogs may be able to slip out. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your furry friends and ensure they do not escape through these areas. NOTE: The tank for hot water is not a huge tank - so if hot water run for a while, it would run out and then take time to reheat. Please be aware of this when planning your showers.
