There is a pocket door in the guest hallway for your family and friends' privacy. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside includes enclosed lanai with loveseat and chairs, fenced in, pet-friendly courtyard with gas grill, dining area, and lounge chairs. Continue your relaxation in the evening hours with solar powered tiki torches. You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive. Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart.
