Walking the harbor; dinner at Fogo de Chao; concert at CFG Bank Arena; location was excellent for getting a Lyft to these locations. We had a parking pass that allowed us to park 2 cars in front of the property. It is very urban with a significant homeless population nearby. You may hesitate to walk around to prime locations during the evening. We used Lyft XL and Uber Eats; it worked out excellently. Had a little trouble locking the front door. We thought to lock from the inside and exit the courtyard. Oops...courtyard was padlocked. A gracious neighbor helped us out. Another lovely neighbor let us pick herbs from his garden. I took some mint to grow at home; a wonderful reminder of our trip.

The property was very nice inside. Didn't really like 2 drunk guys sitting on the stairs in front of the house as we first pulled up. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the constant tapping noises coming from the ceiling in the 2nd floor bedroom. Kind of woke us up a handful of times throughout the night. It sounded like the house was constantly settling. But we did have a great stay and would happily stay there again

Overall our stay was good. I don't recall reading that there were 3 flights of stairs, but maybe I missed it. Next door neighbor was nice. Nowhere to eat other than the coffee table. Bedroom doors had locks but the doors didn't shut enough to lock. Beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were roomy. Jets on tub sprayed water everywhere and there was a film. First VRBO I've stayed in that didn't have directions and a guest book at the house. Parking was the worst part. We had to park at least 2 blocks aways on dark streets and walk almost every night. Not the owners fault, just be aware, future renters. Overall, though, we had a good stay and the house was clean.

Met a few friends I'm Baltimore and stayed here. It was perfect and couldn't ask for more. The host was extremely accommodating. We all flew in from different states and no1 had any issues. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
