Was a great stay! Beautiful location, well taken care of property, and tons to do to stay entertained!!

Everything was very clean. It was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor patio was amazing at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was always available when we had a question. The home was decorated so nicely, the beds were comfortable, the a/c blew cold, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to be able to let our dogs out easily. The coffee was a nice touch. We loved the porch. The only negative was the seating in the living room was limited. We loved it!

The house is exactly as pictured but in person it is even more beautiful! We loved it here and could have stayed much longer! We will be back for sure.

Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, etc. A toaster would have been nice but the microwave was used for toasting. The primary bed was VERY nice and we spent much time enjoying the back deck. Because of other comments we didn’t shower back to back and had plenty of hot water for our needs. Host give information on nearby restaurants. The full size washer and dryer were added benefits.

Not only was the location just as adverstised (well kept and visually pleasing) but also came with plenty of running around space on the property. On top of that the hosts were exceptional. They were quick to respond and even came through in a pinch when we needed some tape for a wedding gift, I mean how over-and-above is that?! Seriously, would stay again in a heart beat.

Great location not too far from the city, but far enough to see the stars. Little house had everything we needed. One small hiccup with water pressure but it was very quickly fixed. Will return

Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for us and our two kiddos. Beautiful area in Spicewood. Close to many local attractions and a great base camp to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

Very clean and somewhat secluded. There was plenty of space and all essentials were provided. I would highly recommend this place for the price paid.

We stayed at the flower child for our honeymoon and loved our stay! It was very easy to find and get into. It was the perfect mini getaway while still being close to restaurants and shopping areas. The stay was very accommodating with lots of linens, kitchen supplies, newer appliances, fun yard games, a fire pit and a great porch area. The hosts were very accommodating for us as well. The house is decorated very lovely and felt comfortable. We cannot wait to come back for our anniversary next year!

The Cottage was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, it's close to Lake Travis, and wineries. Close to Lake Travis

My family and I are looking for a quick nearby getaway from the city. This place was perfect! Drive to the property was beautiful. Secluded enough yet nearby to larger towns and downtown Austin. The rental had everything we needed including extra towels which came in handy since it rained during most of our stay. Our girls loved playing with the outdoor games on the patio and tv had all the streaming apps to enjoy a movie night. We did find it hard to take multiple showers with even warm water. It was wet cold during our stay though. Matthew was a great host and gave excellent local restaurant recommendations.

This beautiful tiny home had a modern decor and was spacious enough for my family of four and our two dogs. We really appreciated how cozy and warm the home felt - it was the perfect retreat during our stay. We ended up cooking all of our meals at the property, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, I would give this vrbo property a rating of 5 stars. It was an excellent choice for our family and we will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

We come to Spicewood every NYE and always need a nice place to stay with our dog, this place fit the bill perfectly! Very nice house with great little kitchen and cozy outdoor area! The beds were very comfy and the AC kept us cool on those warm nights. Hosts were very informative about the area and quick to reply to messages. We loved it!

Quiet and relaxing place, with a amazing wineries within driving distance

We loved our stay in this tiny home! We had issues accessing the place but the hosts were great at responding and handling the issue right away. The place was so charming and peaceful. The outdoor patio along with games to play was a nice way to spend time with each other. Definitely recommend!

Great property and I was impressed that everything was well maintained, clean and easy to use the facilities. Only concern we had was that the hot water heater seems inadequate for the needs of just 2 people(can't imagine more like it says..sleeps 5). 1st person to shower gets kinda hot water, second person will have luke warm at best that will turn to cold before they finish. Should be an easy fix if you continue to manage the property with excellence. So , other than starting our day with cold showers, we would recommend you to our friends or possibly stay again. A friend and I stayed at the Flower Child Tiny Home for a relaxing weekend getaway. We were both thoroughly impressed from the moment we pulled up. The home is on gated property, which gave us peace of mind. The well lit tiny home had the best of everything! The master bed was insanely comfortable, all creature comforts were present, including a few bonuses (the filtered water spout in the kitchen). We had no issues connecting to the wifi or smart tv. The home is well appointed and bright. Very comfortable. Our absolute favorite feature was the patio, though. We spent hours rocking in the patio chairs and enjoying the breeze. We both agree that we'll be staying at this awesome property again. We also too the recommendation of the host and had dinner at The Lighthouse which is right up the road. Excellent food, excellent service, live music, what mor could you ask for? We will definitely be back soon!
