Whether to ski at at Deer Valley in winter or boat in the Jordanelle Lake in summer, this amazing home will offer an ultimate four-season mountain life experience to everyone in your family at your door step. Enjoy all 2,700 square feet of this home, which feels much larger due to its vaulted ceilings and open concept design. The great floor plan will make everyone comfortable sleeping, dinning, entertaining, and working. The huge fireplace extends all the way to the top, giving you an expansive feel of this home. The two smaller bedrooms are both served by a queen bed, a full size futon sofa bed, a night stand, a dresser and a folding desk for remote work. Bistro tables and chairs can be found at the front porch and the back patio. Don't forget to BBQ using the Weber Genesis® grill. Immediate access to the Provo River, one of the best trout rivers in the west. 3 minutes to the Jordanelle Marina and its Aqua X Zone – an inflatable water sports park open to swimmers 6 and up; the marina also allows for water-skiing, wake boarding, sailing and some of the best fishing in the area. 10 minutes to scenic Midway and Heber City, with family-friendly activities during the balmy spring to fall season. 15-20 minutes from glorious scenery such as the Alpine Loop Scenic Backway (Highway 92) and the Sundance ski resort and Mount Timpanogos to the south. We really enjoyed the proximity of this property to both Park City and Heber City. We walked around the reservoir and the view of it from the front porch was lovely. We enjoyed the summer storms and hiking- biking the area was super fun. If we ever come back in the winter the new Mayflower ski area is so close. Its a perfect area to come any time of the year.

My family, two sheepadoodles and I stayed at this home for two weeks for a summer vacation. The home is a short drive from Park City and walkable to Jordanelle Reservoir. We rented a boat, went hiking, and swam in the reservoir. It was lovely to wake up every am and walk part of the lake perimeter trail. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable and Johnny was super responsive. Recommend to anyone - we would love to come back!!!

This place is amazing! Johnny was great to deal with. The location is perfect, 15 mins to Park City slopes. The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan with plenty of space. Our family had a blast skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and enjoying all of what Park City has to offer. Thanks Johnny!

Beautiful brand new town home very close to the mountain but quiet area Well equipped kitchen, they also provide shampoo soap lotion. Spacious living area and great place to bring the family. We highly recommend

We loved staying here and would stay here again! The Decor is beautiful and tasteful! It’s new! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if your cooking . I forgot to bring lotion and they had a big bottle in all the bathrooms. Provide shower gel, and shampoo and conditioner. They didn’t skimp! I love it when owners are thoughtful! It’s so close to Jordanelle! Great location!
