About this villa rental
Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this charming villa for $189 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to The Coast is Clear. This one level (no steps) vacation rental in quiet Stones Throw Villas is the perfect vacation spot for a romantic weekend getaway, golf vacation, or beach experience on the best S.C. beaches! Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is an easy walk to the beautiful Folly Field Beach boardwalk on level paved walking / biking paths. Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our beautiful island. Accommodations include one king bed in the owners suite and a sofa sleeper in the living room area. Regime rules are 3 adults, or 3 adults and one children, or 2 adults and two children with maximum capacity of 4 people allowed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Outdoor gas grill is available for your use or if you prefer charcoal grilling, there are grills located near the villa by the pool area which is steps away from the back patio. Our washer and dryer in the condo for use during your stay in the bathroom which contains a walk in shower. Bedroom and living room boast flat screen TVs with excellent WI-FI service available. Beach chairs, wagon, and pool toys are provided for your use. The pool is steps from the patio. Dog friendly. Pet fee is $150.00 for up to 2 dogs. No more than 2 dogs allowed. No cats or other animals are allowed per community restrictions. We are very hands on with making sure we can offer the best accommodations possible and to be available for questions or concerns. Local shops and delicious restaurants are all nearby. We look forward to sharing our lovely beach home with you.

We stayed 3 nights in route to Florida and it was very nice. Host was super communicative and helpful. Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Can’t think of anything they didn’t provide.

We were here during a cold snap but were nice and cozy indoors! The unit is nicely decorated and comfortable. The pretty, short walk to the beach was perfect and our dog loved it! Pamela was a delight to work with. Friendly and responsive! Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for a week while in Hilton Head. The unit is impeccably decorated and has every comfort of home. The king bed is very comfortable which to us is important when being away from your bed at home. Everything was immaculate. All the needs for your home away from home are covered. The property is located in a quiet complex but close to everything. Pamela, our host was helpful in every way. HIghly recommend this property!

I wanted to treat my mother to a vacation just the two of us, however we both have older chihuahuas, traveling a very long way. This was a perfect location. Pet friendly, very close to the beach, all the kitchen essentials, very clean, beautiful decor, pool access, and excellent communication from the hosts. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Pamela is the hostess of the mostest!! It was cozy and we felt right at home! It really is just a short walk to the beach! And literally the pool is just steps away. The pool is gated but one of the gates is in your back yard! One last thing we brought our fur babies and it is the perfect property to walk your dogs outside because you are on the first floor and the back yard is secluded. Oh Wait! One more thing a lot of the neighbors are owners and are more than nice. The one neighbor said, “ He would miss my pug. We visited Im quite often. Promise you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Coast is Clear. The condo is beautifully decorated and is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pamela even has a dog crate and towels for cleaning doggie paws! Thank you so much for letting us bring our little Beagle/Doxie! We walked to Folly Field beach (multiple times) every day and it's an easy 10 minutes or less. We also made a couple of trips to Fish Haul Beach just to walk around and take photos. We took Pamela's recommendation for Kenny B's and really enjoyed it. We cooked several nights and recommend Barnacle Bill's Seafood Market on Wm Hilton Pkwy for buying fresh fish and seafood. The condo is located at the north end of the island which is great for bike riding because you can find some long stretches of bike path that are not as busy as other areas. We headed north and took some side roads through the Mitchelville area to Fort Howell on Beach City Road. Pamela is an excellent host with great communication and we highly recommend her condo. We hope to be back one day!

Everything was in tip top condition and spotless.
The decor was pleasing and the bed comfortable.
The best part might be how well it is stocked.
From sugar to coffee, laundry detergent etc.
Along with ample kitchen supplies and extra beach towels.
The owner thought of everything.
We look forward to returning.

Excellent all around! My husband and I and two Golden Retrievers stayed for a week at this property. Quick walk to the beach. We had everything we needed. Owner communication was awesome. She made sure we got in and was available for questions. I hope to return to this property in the future.

Pamela was phenomenal from the minute we booked our trip 6 months in advance. She answered every question very quickly and provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire stay. The place is clean. It has all of the kitchen items you need. It is very close to the pool and not a far walk to the beach. This is the second time we have stayed in the community and I highly recommend this specific rental. If you need a break in a nice, quiet area in the well-known Hilton Head area. This is your place! Host very attentive; property very nice. Clean and well maintained. 4/5 stars due to difficulty obtaining parking pass( management company didn’t seem the best) and cleanliness of pool. Water clean but a lot of debris from trees in pool. Needed to be skimmed.
So actually 5.0 for condo and host ; 4 for management team and lack of pool maintenance.
If renting here, you will have a host who is quick to respond to any concerns. Be sure and submit parking pass request early to arrival.

Been traveling to Hilton Head for the RBC Heritage for 17 years . Head and Shoulders above any property I’ve rented ! Immaculate property ! So properly organized I was blown away ! 5 min walk to a Beach that is not overpopulated with people . Pamela’s communications sets the standard high for all other competitors! We will see ya next year ! Also a 5 min walk to an arcade with miniature golf for the fam ! It’s a 10 out of 10

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. It was walking distance to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and the king-sized bed was super comfy! Pamela was very easy to communicate with and has all the amenities we needed for a great vacation. Definitely recommend!!

The villa is exactly as described and did not disappoint. It is very dog friendly, a short walk to an awesome beach, across the street from good food and on the main level which made it easy access for us and our pup. The community pool is right out the back patio door as well. The communication with the owner is top notch and very helpful. She strives to make your stay amazing. There is a welcome booklet that covers everything you need to know and the villa is well stocked with all the essentials. It was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. The cleanliness and comfort of a home away from home. We definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a getaway on HHI. Our stay was perfect!

This cozy villa was a perfect place to stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. The decor is chic and functional, and the amenities provided helped us have a seamless stay. The first floor unit with a beautiful backyard was perfect for our two dogs, including one who has mobility issues and is in declining health. We recently moved away from the area, and this is likely our pup’s last trip to the beach. We can’t thank Pamela enough for giving us an amazing space and experience during this time. She provided great communication before, during and after our stay. We can’t wait to come back to stay!

This is the second time we have rented this property for our adult son and his dog, so they could be close to our timeshare just down the street! The villa is imaculate and beautifully updated!
