This spacious and cozy VILLA is located on 2.3 private acres in the heart of Poconos, about 12 minutes to downtown Stroudsburg and only 90 minutes to New York city. -One of the huge private outdoor POOL in Poconos (opens June 1st & closes sept 18th) Pool is NOT heated , but generally its temperature is pretty fine , after pool you can enjoy Hot Tub . -Outdoor 6 People Size Hot Tub -2 Gamerooms -75-inch TV in the Living room. -55inch TV in the basement -Pool Table -Ping Pong -Air Hockey -Foosball -Pocker Table -Roofed Cozy Deck -Grill -Fireplace outdoor -Gym -French cozy room for relax or photos -Trampoline -Playground Garden Swinging Chairs for Kids ***By booking this house, you agree that as the condition your use of the services, facilities and amenities(including but not limited to swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit...) is at your own risk.*** The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 guest rooms, 2 game rooms with Bar ,tennis table , pool table, poker table , foosball table , basketball hoops ,air hockey table , chess . gym, fully equipped kitchen and relaxing areas. 75 inch TV in living room , another 55inch TV in gaming room . Firepit familyfirendly backyard with Kids outdoor spaces -trampoline Roofed cozy and specious Deck with relaxing areas. another small deck near the pool where you can get suntan . Stone patio with BBQ Grill , chairs and tables + cozy relaxing corner under the gazebo. see the pictures. French room is designed specially for a coffee lovers PARKING: outdoor parking *Note: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras, at the front door and backyard. They do not look into interior spaces. We also won't check the outdoor cameras unless there are alarms. HOT TUB ( 6 person ) 1. The hot tub will be working properly (reaching maximum 104F) when the air temperature is greater than 50℉/10 ℃. ) 2. Please note that the hot tub usually needs 10hours heating time before your use. Increase 2℉ takes 1 hr. Please schedule ahead if you want to use it during your stay. 3. The Hot Tub has a safety shut-off feature which will turn off the heating if the set temperature is not reached with 72hours. This may occur in cold external conditions. In that case, guests need to re-start the heating. 4. Please set the temperature to 92F when not in use.

We were four families with kids ages 4-12. Provided enough space indoors and outside, for kids to play, with a variety of activities at their fingertips. Adults had enough room to relax, and with private space for sleeping. Beautiful pool and grounds. We had a great time!

This is the PERFECT multifamily home!!! Soooo many beds and sleeping options! And soooo many wonderful places to hang out and play, inside and outside! We were a total of 4 families; 3 couples with kids, and one couple without kids. Since my husband and I were the ones without kids, we took the gorgeous LARGE Master bed room with the comfortable King bed only! The other rooms consisted of; 1 room with a queen bed and bunkbeds (bottom bunk is a full size bed), 1 room with a King bed with bunkbeds (bottom bunk is full size bed), and 1 room was twin bed with a bunkbed (bottom bunk is a full size bed). This layout was perfect for us because it meant that each couple could actually sleep with each other in their own room (so no, dad didn't have to sleep on the couch this time!) Our favorite spot was the porch that lit up magically at night (solar). It was our 'go to' spot all weekend. The huge firepit was amazing too! The swing chair had a rip it in, but we were still able to sit in it fine! We didn't get to enjoy the pool because it was too early in the season, but I'll tell you... now that I experienced this GEM of a place, I will HAVE to find another time to come back when the pool IS open!! Thank you, Irine for responding so quickly to all my questions!! You are the best!!!

This property was amazing, the owner was great and good communication. We had a great time. This was my first rental on VRBO and I will say my only complaint was after looking around I realized I could have gotten much cheaper for same overall quality.

Irene was really responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was perfect for our weekend ski trip and we enjoyed all of its fun amenities like the hot tub and pool table!
