The open concept living area features updated hardwood flooring, new furnishings, a mounted Smart TV next to a beautiful stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The private balcony is accessed from the back of the living area. Relax and take in the mountain air and views or cook some BBQ on the private grill! The remodeled, full-sized kitchen, is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, new cabinetry, new flooring, and stainless steel appliances. There is also a kitchen island with seating for three. The dining area, looking out at the mountains, has seating for six. The master bedroom, behind the kitchen, features a Queen-sized bed with, surrounding windows, and a flat screen TV. There is ample space for storing personal items in the closet and dresser found in the master. The private washer and dryer are located in the walk-in master closet. The master bathroom features granite counter tops and a double sink vanity. A door separates the standing shower and toilet area for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Head upstairs, here guests will the find the guest bedroom and loft area overlooking the open-concept living area. Really loved the view in the balcony and it was spacious. Right next to Keyston. The only issue was being without a washer the entire stay, and we we're on the third floor so it was inconvenience to have to use the public washer and dryer. The public dryer didn't really dry that well and had to take the wet clothes to the lodge dryer wich did work. I understand things happen and I will still highly recommend staying there.

Unfortunately our overall impression wasn’t the greatest. Our family came to ski for the week and we were guaranteed on the listing that this condo was a pet free home with clean sheets. However, after a full day of traveling and renting skis, we were ready to go to bed only to find dog hair all over the sheets and long pieces of hair as well. There were food crumbs all by the couch and most of the outlets did not work. When we brought this to the attention of the property manager, we were told that they would refer our concern to higher management but to much of our dismay never got a response.

Great condo for our annual MLK Ski weekend! Convenient to get to Keystone. Clean well-stocked kitchen, cozy wood-burning fireplace. When we had issues getting the smart TV connected, management sent someone over to getting it working! We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, entire process of booking/checkin/checkout very easy. No major issues. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the property has not been properly maintained. Nothing outright broken, but there’s a good chance of breakages occurring in the near future. Two doors were leaning on their hinges to the point that you just lift the door to open/close. Most outlets need to be replaced as cables unplug by breathing on them and lose power. Water pressure very high- not a problem now but will be if the owners do not take action. Many fixtures loose and need to be tightened. One last thing- the rental is surprisingly difficult to heat. Recommend bringing a light jacket for inside the rental, and light a fire in the fireplace.

Our extended families stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped. There were ample linens and pillows. The property is close to the base of the resort. Overall we had a really nice time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property looks great in the pictures, but as soon as we walked in, I realized the condo was in worn out shape. One of the bar stool seats was literally hanging from its base, the upholstered furniture was stained, the carpets were heavily worn, except for upstairs. We found crumbs all about the hardwood floors and a half eaten pop tart on a window sill. Every table, and some of the lamps were chipped and generally looked like they need to be donated to good will.Management was very prompt in their responses to my complaints, but instead of offering solutions, they asked what I wanted them to do.Our key didn't work to the pool, and instead of offering to drop one by, they said to come by the management office and pick a new one up.The location is great, but FYI, the lake does not allow you to bring your own paddle board, you have to rent one of theirs for $40/hour. Overall, we were pretty disappointed in this stay.

It was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I as we spent time in the mountains. Lots of room and a great view of the mountains. The road outside was pretty loud (even at night) but that can't be changed. We noticed that there were a lot of minor repairs that needed to be made to this property, chairs that needed to be tightened (were unusable because they were so loose), smoke/carbon monoxide detector that wasn't attached to the ceiling, chips out of the base of a lamp and lamp shades that seemed to be a little dirty. Despite the minor repairs (which can be overlooked), it was a great place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo in good location but the management group is terrible! We arrived to the condo 30 mins after the 4:30pm check in time to find the cleaning crew hanging out on the couch. They did not rush to leave and after I asked them to they hung out on right outside my door for another 30 mins. I called Summit County Mountain Rentals to let them know and they apologized. After this I realized they did not actually clean the condo. The garbage from the previous renters was in the trash cans(gross), hair on the floors on the bathroom, carpet not vacummed in the bedrooms etc. The place was filthy and this made for a terrible start to our stay. I called back to explain the situation further and asked for a refund of my cleaning and disinfecting fee as the place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. They apologized and a manager would call me back that day. I texted the next 2 days for an update and on day 4 called again. I was assures a manager would call me back but yet still nothing....

We enjoyed multiple days with family. Plenty of space for family meal prep and sharing. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The wood burning fireplace was a perfect touch. Also enjoyed having the porch and grill.

It is a older place that's been renovated. Nice pool and fun lil place by the pond. The main road was close by so u could hear every car noise which I did not like at all.

We were only able to stay one night, but loved the condo unit. It was clean, spacious and decorated well. Located right next to Keystone Lake and in a very walkable, beautiful area.
