We did not stay here. When I called to ask about access instructions, I immediately got a call from Vrbo telling me that the room was double booked. It’s a good thing. I was able to find another place at the spur the moment.

Nice place at a decent price. Good location, close to everything in Amarillo. Unit in good condition. I wasn’t bothered by the highway noise but it does get pretty loud. Nicely equipped kitchen. Nothing luxurious or fancy but I think I got a good value for the price paid. Clean, with all amenities.

The apartment was overall clean and tidy, but the floors were so sticky I thought my shoe was going to come off my foot. I checked my shoes to ensure I did not bring anything in from the outside. So much so that walking barefoot in the apartment for about 5 minutes left the bottom of my feet completely black.
The biggest problem was communication. When we arrived and used the code that was emailed to entire the room, everything was great. We unpacked and decided to go grab dinner. When we got back to the room after dinner, the code to the room did not work. We attempted multiple times with no luck. I attempted to find a phone number or an email address for the owners or the property managers, but found no email address and the only phone number listed was just a bunch of 5’s. We had to call Hotels.com support, and even they were not able to get ahold of the owners. I had to go through another website and create a fake inquiry about the property just to get a response. When I finally got a response from a property manager, we were told that our payment did not go through. I fully understand that non-payment should not result in us being able to stay in the room, BUT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD TO US BEFORE WE WERE EVEN ABLE TO ENTER THE ROOM. We were stranded outside of the room with all of our belongings already in the room. I had no problem with paying the room and would never try to get away with not paying, but it should have been communicated sooner instead of locking us o

Check in was horrible. Was given the wrong code, took a while for someone to respond. Fridge was dirty, there was a dead roach covered by tiny ants in one of the closets, above range microwave didn’t work, no power even tho it was plugged in. Towels smelt bad as if they were left in the washer over night.

Easy to find, close proximity to everything we needed to do. Was very impresed upon arrival with the cleanliness, comfort and amenities. My family and i where very pleased with our overnight stay and will be back on our next trip. Would highly recomend to anyone going to stay in Amarillo for a night or few.

The morning of, I got an email from Hotels.com with check in info. Within minutes a text message from the host. Provided me with the code and that I could reach out with any questions. Host was readily available and responsive. Location is close to the highway for easy access. Parking lot had space for our little UHaul along with our other car. Check in was easy, place was clean, nice big bath towels, little bit of coffee for the morning. The decor was cute and there was lots of space! My bed was comfortable, but it was very squeaky. I was tired enough that I didn’t do my typical toss and turn or I might have had a hard time with the squeak if I was restless. Shower has good pressure and there’s shampoo/conditioner and body wash if you need! Check out was also easy - basically be a responsible guest - wash your dishes and pick up your trash! If I’m ever in Amarillo again, I’d stay again!

The unit itself was mostly clean and comfortable. The couch is disgusting and literally the springs are practically sticking through the fabric. The mattress is really soft and not good We appreciated the kitchen and having a washer and dryer

Property was clean and cute. Right next to the interstate so its loud so bring earplugs or white noise. Biggest complaint was communication, the email that was supposed to contain the passcode for the lock had no code, so we spent 30 minutes sitting outside waiting for customer service. I would suggest booking far enough in advance to ensure the necessary information comes through. Also, there was no paperwork or list of housekeeping requirements like you usually find in this type of setting so that may be helpful for future rentals.

This place was great! Parking right outside the door, clean spacious and lovely. Definitely bring your earplugs for the highway noise. That being saying said, excellent highway access. I will definitely use this location again and again.

This place is a scam. The listing was fake. Received an automated email message explaining a key code would be sent to me— it was never sent. The phone number listed is a fake “(555)555-5555” number. Talk to customer service and they also could not reach the owner. Do not book!! You will not be refunded, Ended up having to find another place to stay.

It was perfect my only problem was I couldn't get anyone to respond for the wifi password. But I figured it out myself the password is on the router up in the closet so I was happy lol.

This property is a scam. I paid for it through Orbitz and when we arrived in the evening, the key code would not work. When I reached out for help, I could only communicate through messages and no one responded. We sat in the parking lot not knowing what to do. Finally we had to find another place to stay. For the last few days I have tried in vain to get a refund and Orbitz responded finaly saying they also could not get in touch with Madison Square and they would not refund me for them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The unit was very clean, smelled good and was comfortable. It is a 2 bedroom and if you need to stay in the front there is highway noise. We stayed in the back room and had no issues at all. Highly suggest!

We’ve stayed twice and both times were good. Clean and well stocked and the snacks and waters provided were a nice touch. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Amarillo.

The bedroom on the front side was super noisy because of the highway and the back bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan so the room got really warm. Other than that the property was adorable and had everything we could have needed for our multiple night stay.

This place was cozy and just what we needed after a long day of driving. There was plenty of space for my husband, myself and our two dogs. The only “downside” was the second shower has terrible water pressure. The apartment was in a central location, close to tons of food options, and in a cute neighborhood where we walked the dogs. It’s located right off of a freeway which was a little loud but super convenient when traveling. Love this apartment and will be booking this anytime we come through Amarillo!

I would give it five stars––excellent––, but because the key code sent to me by text was incorrect, there was no way to get ahold of someone to get the correct code. Thankfully, Expedia emailed the correct code, or I am unsure how we would have gotten in.
Back in the master bedroom, it's quiet. The front bedroom might be noisy, with the freeway right outside.
The place, however, was clean and comfortable, and I'd use it again.
Again, the biggest gripe: whom do you get ahold of at 9 p.m. when you have the incorrect key code?

Pros:
The bed was very comfortable.
Cute decor. Pleasant aesthetic.
Not cluttered.
Handicap parking very close to front door.
Easy to unload car.
Temperature controlled. Heater worked nicely for my dad.
Shower and toilet very clean.
Clean tile flooring.
Washer/dryer available.
Right off the service road to the interstate so very convenient as we were only stopping for the night on our way home. You can hear the cars on the interstate but I'm used to hearing traffic so was soothing white noise for me.

Gave wrong code to get in but responded very quickly with correct code.
Door locks automatically. I left my phone inside while emptying car and door locked on me. Be careful if you are travelling alone or with small children as you will be locked out if you didn't memorize code.
Internet didn't work.
TVs didn't work. Dad wanted to see a movie but could not. I needed to use the WiFi for work and for planning where to get food but no WiFi available. Management took a while to respond. Said they were looking into it. Never got back to me on what the problem was. Antenna not hooked up so without internet there were no entertainment/streaming options.
Microwave didn't work.
Teflon pans badly scratched. No other options for heating food.
Dishwasher broken.
Dusty. Should dust fans and light fixtures so as to remove dust and webs. Flat surfaces should be wiped.
Dad's bathroom sink did not drain properly.
Sofa very stained.
Sofa extremely uncomfortable.

I had a problem with the wifi, so they moved me to another property that was very nice.

Pictures look nice but is very deceiving. Counters were dirty, the floor was very dirty, as if they mopped with a dirty mop, it smelled as if there was some type of chemical used for bugs and irritated my throat, ants in the bathroom why I don’t know. The place was very noisy right next to the highway, was given a wrong code for check in, oh and both vizo tv’s wouldn’t connect to the internet so all you have for entertainment is a very noisy freeway! I told the people but they never responded, and the bathroom needs some type of handle to get in and out of the tub someone is going to slip. now I know why it was cheap.

We loved our stay at 3 Oaks! Traveling cross country with 2 dogs and 3 of us family members, it was perfect! The dogs especially loved the yard. Hattie thank you for the cold beer waiting for us in the fridge.😍
