The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We were able to walk about parts of the town easily or catch the public transportation. Having parking on the facility was a plus! We had a private patio. It was an amazing place to stay. Should we return to Savannah, we would choose to stay there again.

Gorgeous victorian room! I stayed in 301 which was a corner room, there were four big windows, a fireplace and a nice bathroom. Bed was huge and the room was always cool. I do however wish that the hotel had more food options for breakfast/ snacks.

The manor is amazing and the location ideal. We did not move our car for the 2 nights we spent here and we walked everywhere. Walking to the river was about 30 minutes. Our room was large and comfortable. We received a great welcome on arrival and shown where tea and coffee could be made and where we could use the microwave. We did feel it should be staffed more as after 6pm and before late morning there is no one around if you have problems or questions. It felt like the Marie Celeste!! From reports I read, it used to be a B&B but there is no food now. This is a pity and it would also be a great way to meet other people staying at the manor. There was a fridge in our room so we made our own breakfast. We would definitely stay at Godley Manor again.

Very nice historic home. Our "check-in" person was very friendly and showed us the house. After 6pm or before 1pm no staff is on propety for questions and check-out. Would have been nice to some type of coffee or light breakfast.

We loved the character of this lovely property and especially appreciated that the furnishings were authentic to the period of the house. It's located in a nice area of Savannah. Our room and bed were very comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay in Savannah! Walkable to everything and on a beautiful street! Felt safe the entire time. The room was clean and spacious and quiet! The house itself is beautiful inside and out! Will stay here again!!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Even though all the rrooms were full for SCAD graduations it was also very quite as you felt like you were therre alone. If you ever go to Savannah, this is the place to stay. Blessings, Jeanette Leese

What a nice stay in beautiful Savannah! Godley Mannor is a mansion full of history and yet due to renovation it offers all the ammenities to make you comfortable. The staff is super friendly and we enjoyed every minute.

This is a beautiful old home. Unfortunately,.due to the fact that it was a historical home, it of course has its quirks... Minor issue, but caused some frustration was that room 303 where we stayed had a door knob on bathroom that was held on by only 1 stripped screw and fell off multiple times, causing a bit of alarm with attempting to get out from after shower. Messaged in keeper, never received response. Zero staff in site except for check in at 3pm. We were booked for 3 nights, and the maid service was unaware we were staying, so was not scheduled to do any towels, soaps, bedding, etc. She did however offer after we requested. Shouldn't have had to request when booked for multiple days. Stairs outside should be marked or have safety strips as both my wife and I tripped while descending from 3rd floor on the outer exit around back.(stairs are a bland gray and blended not showing distinction between steps). TV in the room did have a streaming device connected, but had no local channels and was difficult to figure out how to operate it. Another guest in room next to us was very loud as the walls are very thin, and this caused some minor annoyance. Now for the nice stuff... Again, the home was historical and well taken care of considering it's age. The furnishings were true to time period and beautiful antiques. Coffee, tea, and ice machine are in second floor, among with complimentary coke and diet cokes. We left a day early due to lack of staff and issues.

Loved Godley Manor! The decor was beautiful and our room 105 was huge. The bath was perfect with the walk-in shower and at least 6 food claw foot tub. It is an easy walk to Forsyth Park. Our only disappointment was no breakfast available.

Had a great stay. Very nice restored mansion with very comfortable rooms. Location was just close enough to walk to the entire historic district and just far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion. We realized it going it, but having some sort of breakfast option and brewed coffee (other than the room coffee) would really add to the experience. Clary's Cafe, about 3 blocks away, was a good alternative.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet, peaceful, and close to everything. It was the old history vibe which was appreciated. The room was clean and no issues. Bed mattress was a lil soft but I prefer firm....other than that no complaints.

Loved our stay. So many historic and charming details throughout the place. It had all the amenities to make it cozy: good pillows, soft sheets, fluffy towels, good water pressure, fan, A/C, rocking chairs.

This was an old historic house in the historic district of Savannah. The room and all of the charm was amazing. You would have to pay an entrance fee to see a house like this on a tour! I will have to look for places like this to stay whenever I travel.

Location is the only asset of this property. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly. The bed was atrociously uncomfortable and the 2 wing-back chairs weren't much better. There was no table or desk to use for working or eating. The water from the shower wasn't much more than a dribble. And then - last but not least - I accidently left my iPad mini in my room when I left. And no employee turned it in. End of story!

We had a happy stay. It's a beautifully decorated old house that's just few minutes away from Forsyth Park. Room and bathroom are good size and clean. Towels are super soft. Pillows and the bed are very comfortable. The only drawback is a big stain on the ceiling like a thorn in the eye.

The garbages could have been emptied. The television did not work properly and the internet was very weak.

This property is located in a beautiful, quiet, historic neighborhood in walking distance to Forsyth Park. The home itself was well maintained and very clean. It's a lovely building. For these reasons, I give it four stars. The negatives: 1)no lock on the bathroom door and the door doesn't close. 2)no water pressure in the shower. I could not wash my hair 3) the TV was smaller than my home computer. It was not watchable.

Godley Manor was absolutely beautiful and the perfect location in the Historic Savannah district. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this amazing city!

Godley Manor is open after a major renovation bringing it back to it's former grandeur. Over the coming years I expect it will add dining options, but for now it is all that we needed. We loved the ease of access, and the staff are wonderful and accommodating. A great stay. Thank you.

Really cool space and Ms. Pam was very very helpful in acclimating me to the surroundings and hotel stay. Room accommodations and overall space were spotless and comfortable.

Nathan was awesome. Check in/out was great and the house is absolutely beautiful. Loved having a room with an exterior exit and the tub was to die for. The only thing is we didn't bring our roku or other device to hook up to the TV/Monitor in our room...wasn't too bad since we didn't come to Savanah to stay in bed and watch tv. The WIFI was great and we were able to stream the news from my MacBook with zero issues. Highly recommend!

Loved the Inn. Room was exactly as described and pictured. The Godley Inn was built in the 1800's and has all of that southern charm with some beautiful upgrades. Location is great. It would be awesome if they could add a continental breakfast. Loved it.

We had a very pleasant stay here for 4 nights in room 304. The room was just as described and very clean. It's within walking distance to all the attractions and dining. The staff were wonderful too. Two thumbs up!

Historic house so everything is old and noisy. Love the neighborhood and close to Forsyth Park.
