Very nice new hotel with very helpful workers. The Breakfast time could be extended to 9:30 instead of 9:00. The room was a nice size but the bathroom was very large with sliding barn doors on two sides, The room had NO CLOSETS at all. Behind the doors when closed there was space that they could install a rods on both sides.We had a three day stay and my wife likes to hang her clothes. She couldn't do it. I sometimes hang my stuff. I would have added a photo but it didn't work for me.

Bathroom was huge, perhaps too huge. The nightlight/alarm clock was too bright, definitely too bright. Everything else was fine. The Howard Johnson's sign next door was way too bright, but our room had blackout shades that almost blacked it out.

Wheater was great, front desk Theron was friendly and the cleanness of the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was enough and different options for kids and adults. I love it. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Room was a great size, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Didn’t like the random $150 deposit that you’re hit with. Regardless if you get it back or not. I stayed at the Tru by Hilton a week later and the deposit was only $25 a night????

Continental breakfast was not good. Watery eggs, breakfast meat didn’t look cooked. Room would have been more comfortable if the vent wasn’t closed. Room did not cool below 71 degrees. Knob for temp in refrigerator was missing. Overall a nice stay for one night.

When I checked in I was charged another $150 that I was told I had no choice w paying. Additionally the water in the shower was quite cold both during the evening and the next morning.

Check in take a long time. Continental breakfast isn’t that great.

Terrible workers

Room was not clean. There were bugs. The radio in the room was dirty and rusted. There were stains on the desk chair. The public areas of this hotel are modern and new looking and it was surprising that the room was so dirty.

Only thing I didn’t like was the $150 hold even though my room was paid in full prior to stay.

Hotel is clean. There is a deposit per night that will be charged and refunded as long as all goes well. Kind of different. Front desk says it will be refunded with 5 to 7 business days. Breakfast was the usual but not too bad. There are many restaurants and fast food near by. I would stay again.

Terrible idea to make a charge on everyone’s card of $150 for incidentals! Also, the rule to not allow food from the breakfast room to guests rooms is very weird, especially when microwaves are located in each room. The shower door leaks water all over the floor even when completely closed - something is wrong with the design. The whole experience left a negative impression.

I like the property itself. Breakfast was fantastic; so many choices. The only thing I had a complaint about was the water; it wasn't very hot, nor did it have good pressure. The shower door also leaked and put water all over the floor. Other than rude guests slamming the doors all night, it was a great stay.

I liked that it is not pet friendly because of my allergies. I like that the toilets are chair height. I also like there are no carpets in the rooms. We would visit this hotel again.

I rather enjoyed my stay at the GLo. There were a few things not perfect, but it was a comfortable stay. - You definitely see the bright blue light from down the street. (quite a spectacle) But I'm sure the hotel guests across the parking lot see it too (blinding). - I stayed on the 3rd floor. Hotel room was very clean BUT several items could've used cosmetic touches or removed temporarily. (chair had some stains, clock had rust) - Shower was warm enough (didn't get extremely hot), but the seal on the bottom of the shower door was non existent so thankfully the floor mat I placed down collected it but it was soaked. Had to use another towel to sop it up. The drain was visibly rusty, and grimy. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. - Would've been nice if breakfast had bacon. Consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits n gravy, juices, coffee, fruit cups in juice, cereal, yogurt, waffles and a few other pastries. The presentation of the eggs was a shock because I could understand them being a little watery, but these eggs were in a pool. Then the biscuits were more cakey than a regular biscuit you'd put gravy on. Food was tolerable and I didn't get sick from it. - Lobby coffee was 24/7 in a sense that the coffee available after hours might be there, but it could be cold or empty. There was also a small snack and drink shop available. Regardless of what I pointed out, I would definitely stay again at this hotel cause these are minor issues for me.

I hated this hotel! The room decor was meh and the room itself was extremely small. Every inch of space was utilized. Down to them placing the microwave on top of the safe in the closet! The breakfast was horrible!! The cost of $168/night was extreme for such a mediocre hotel. They even charge a $150 deposit for incidentals of which is paid upon arriving!! Although refundable. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

The hotel and staff was very nice.

There was mold growing on the shower tile and bathroom ceiling. No housekeeping was provided for 2 consecutive days.

From check-in, I just felt like there wasn’t any care from the staff. The man checking me in was on the phone the entire time and then spoke with another customer while I was checking in. I understand a deposit, though it was extremely high ($150), but giving me a paper, handing me the keys, and not giving me any information about breakfast times or where things are located is just bad service. The fridge didn’t seal and I saw spots of black mold and rust along the top and bottom of the shower. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and you could hear every little thing. The deposit paperwork warned that a person could be kicked out for a noise complaint and so I was on edge, worried that my toddler would get us kicked out for being “too loud”. I’ll just add, because why not? Parking was also terrible. There are at least 2 other hotels that all share that parking area and it was difficult to find anywhere to park. All around, it was a poor experience and I will not be returning.

I stayed at this same property 2 years ago. Today, the property is not kept up well. It is certainly not clean to the standard Glo advertises. Hall carpets are stained and the elevators were washed with dirty water. It was disgusting. The room was dusty and in ill repair. There were dark stains on the yellow lounge chair. The alarm clockwise covered in dark stains. I could not wait to leave in the morning. This place is not worth the advertised rate. Stay somewhere else!

Love it. Arrived pretty late, around 1:30am and had no issues. Room was clean and ready-to-go. Beds were comfy and the shower was nice as well.

Our stay was fine. The hotel was clean and looked exactly like online. The only issue we had was that it must have had children right above us and they were running and bouncing for a long time.

Simple hotel, but elegant…..beds were excellent.

The stay exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this very modern hotel with a unique look.

No water pressure in the shower, have to wait for hot water, dirty room in all corners, cheap toilet paper, shower leaks all over the bathroom, cheap pillows. Overall seriously overpriced!

I could hear everything in the room next door and above

The hotel is nice however the noise level is absurd. The people above us were literally stomping on the floors at all hours for 2 days straight. You can hear every noise in the hallway. For the price and renovations I would have expected some insulation from noise. It was more like a motel six. I was woken up repeatedly. Also, I contacted the front desk for a late check out about an hour before check out time and the lady was very rude. She told me I should have asked for a late check out when I checked in but now it was too late because I would push everything back for them. She finally said she would grant it this time but not next How rude!
