Loved the pool table in the unit-it was fun Very clean and well stocked-just brought our food and clothes! Plenty of space and amazing pool/rec area

Condo was clean and very large for 2 people. Just off the main drag far enough to be quiet yet convenient.

The property was not ready. We were outside in the rain trying to open the door. Batteries were dead. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was after hours. A young girl got us help finally. Washer and dryer don’t operate. Found that out after clothes washed. Fireplace is for decorating only. Just not very good stay!

Property was lovely... But across the way ... men hanging out on there patios just looking around... kind of creepy since i was by myself

The location is central to Pigeon Forge activities. Property is located off main road up a slight hill which is great for noise control and nice view of mountain. The property itself was clean and quiet. The condominium was practical and needs a little help. The sink is clogged so if you let water run for 30 seconds, it will fill the sink and take a minute to go down. The bathrooms similar but not as bad. The bathroom nearest entrance scared me when it came to the shower because it will shake and rattle loudly unless you turn it all the way up hot first. Thought it was about to burst. The fitted sheets on both beds had dog hair on them and so did the pool table. Nice that it dog friendly, but clean with sticky brush or similar to pick up dog hair. Other than that, the property is nice for our 3-day stay.

One of the best places I've stayed before, super close to all the attractions, the price was right, the place is spacious and modern, the view amazing, and the on site groundskeeper is a very helpful and knowledgeable all around great guy.. I will be back for sure,,,

Great for family vacation

This property was in the middle of transferring ownership so there was a bit of confusion at first. Things turned out great and Josh, the property manager, was very helpful. The only issue we had was that all 3 bathrooms in the 4 bedroom unit were in a bedroom so the person stayin in the one bedroom without a bathroom had to go through someone's room. This would have been ok for a family but for a business trip it was really inconvenient. The unit needed a community bathroom with access from a public area.

We had an amazing stay! The code didnt work for us to get in, and they fixed it right away! They are super friendly and easy to work this! Will definitely stay here again!

Hard to find. When we found our condo, the lock didn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Were on 2nd floor but requested and told we would be on 1st. (Difficulty climbing stairs) very unsatisfactory.

The floors need work with the cleaning, dead insects on the floor and the couch smells like pee- needs to be steamed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location. Off the beaten path but close to activities and restaurants.

We absolutely loved the condo, it had plenty of space and very clean. I would definitely recommend and look forward to renting this condo again in the future.

When packing to leave I pulled off the sheets and pillowcases and my daughter's pillow had MOLD, I took pictures.

We liked the location and the communication with the property management. The response from the onsite manager was very prompt and friendly. He quickly got us the items our unit was missing. We were caught off guard upon arrival when our assigned unit was under construction. The management apologized and they quickly reassigned us to another unit. The unit was generally clean. The couches are needing replacing and the air vents definitely need cleaning/replacing. The kitchen was not stocked for 8 guests as advertised. The onsite manager quickly obtained what we needed for our stay. The TVs could use updating. Master bedroom remote did not work and the bunk room did not have a remote. We had to use the emergency door code during our stay rather than having a personalized code... a little uncomfortable but we did not have a problem. In summary, we had what we needed for our stay. It was basic but met our needs. We would probably not stay here again unless we couldn't find something better for the same price.

The unit was amazing-far better than I was expecting. Very spacious, clean and all the amenities we needed! Was very impressed and the location was perfect

No elevator access. Kitchen poorly stocked. Black spots on ceilings. Ceiling fan filthy. Floors dirty. No drapes to windows. Linens felt used instead of crisp. Noise level poor from other units.

Showers were nasty hair all in the shower and the towels and wash cloths

Location was great however the condo was not the cleanest. I don’t know that the floors have been mopped as we ruined our socks and was unable to walk around without shoes on from the dirt. Beds were not very comfy, furniture could use some updating, extra linens and towels would have been great. No wash cloths, hand towels, dish towels were provided. Luckily there is a washer and dryer close for use for free so we were able to wash our towels to re-use but had to wait for the availability of the washer and dryers as they are for the whole complex. Very limited dishes if you plan on cooking/eating in. We stopped at the DG to grab paper products as there was only one dishwasher pod and nothing to clean dishes with. We did have someone walk into our unit while we were home which was odd, we had to contact the office our first day leaving as the batteries went dead on the door lock so we were unable to lock the door. We were gone most of the time and ate out mostly as it was cheaper since we had limited sources for cooking in. Overall we enjoyed our time in the area, lots to do.

Very roomy and comfortable. Accommodated our family of five very well. Did have issues with the Wi-Fi working and cellphone service was hit or miss. Despite that, I would recommend this place.

The trip to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge was for a collegiate golf tournament. We have stayed in the Trailhead condos two straight year. The place is clean, comfortable and close to everything. We had one issue with our keypad initially not working upon arrival and it was fixed within minutes. The management company is easy to work with, pleasant and good to deal with.

A whole apartment cheaper then a one room hotel. I was not expecting what we got. Very nice

The property was displayed in the advertising with Photos that were not of the unit we got. The unit we got was more like a dorm room that the "upscale" classy vacation rental we were led to believe we were getting. I am not normally one to complain, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We got in and immediately noticed that the unit was not what we had though we booked. There were literally no decorations at all. Grey walls that were not particularly clean. Especially in the kitchen. The Granite on the countertops has mold growing in the seam above the sink. The cabinets were not stocked with enough glasses or coffee cups for 4 adults for even one meal. We had to drink coffee in shifts and wash in between. Not fun. In the morning as we were getting ready for our day at Dollywood we took showers and BOTH showers did not drain. Water backed up and took over an hour to drain leaving us embarrassed as we had brought some friends for a birthday weekend. If it had been one or them I would say that this thing happens.. But with both of them doing it is clear that this unit is poorly maintained and should be avoided. The two King size beds are actually a pair of Bunkbeds that were modified and bolted together with a king size mattress placed on them. There were no bed side lamps in the bedrooms. The couch was damaged and at one end if you sat there you sunk way down into it. Im sorry to have to post this but we paid over $650 for 2 nights. TERRIBLE Experience

Very comfortable place—quiet, but in close proximity to everything.

It is convenient to all the attractions but its quiet! There is little to no traffic through the area as it sit on a hill by itself. It was just a little difficult to find (hint - read the road signs don't listen to the GPS). It sent us around back of the property on a dinky little road. The condo was ok. it was an open floor plan which was nice for us. It was very plain, but I don't care about that. Out side lighting was okay. We were there for a weekend stay so some things didn't bother to us so much, like: -Limited cook ware -no cleaning supplies (except for a broom) and no daily cleaning -No rug on inside of door. Floor is slippery with wet feet -Cheap furniture, but I understand that. Bed is a little uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. -No linen service, limited towels and wash clothes, although they do provide a washer and dryer in another building. If you are staying any length of time you may want to bring cleaning supplies. You could not see the dirt on the tile floor but it was dirty. We actually went out and purchased some cleaning supplies ( swiffer floor cleaner, surface cleaner, etc). All in all it was an good place to stay for the weekend.

TV are dated and the landscaping could be better. The pool table had pet hair on it. The property is close to attractions and its has a nice kitchen

If you want to actually sleep, don’t stay here! Pros: the condo was large and set up so that a family could be be comfortable. It was “clean” but not deep clean. Vents were dirty, shower had hair in it, but mostly clean. Large area to walk a dog in. Parking was good. Location was close to everything! Cons: the pictures of our condo weren’t posted. The ones we were in were somewhat run down looking. Could definitely use updating. I probably would not have booked here if I saw the actual building. The laundry was Across the road, the condos did not have laundry. The water pressure is not good, showers took forever because it was so poor. And the water never got very hot. Now, for the REAL PROBLEM… we did not sleep at all. The noise is crazy! There is zero soundproofing. Which would be fine during the day. However all three nights we were woken up around 1230-1 am with yelling, laughing, fighting, talking, and snoring! We could hear conversations. People were loud and obnoxious. So we slept only an hour out two every night. It was horrible!!! So my vacation was spent being exhausted. It sounded like people were in our condo it was so loud. The sound came from above, below, and to the sides. Yes, below!! They said they were “working on the problem” but they definitely aren’t. We could literally hear the people below us snoring and it was as loud as if he were in the room with us. The beds were fairly good. Linens were cheap quality but clean and the kitchen has minimal items

The space was large, clean and very comfortable. Communication with our hosts was easy and they were very prompt with responses. This is a pet friendly property which makes this a wonderful find. There are minimal supplies for a being a condo rental. If you plan on cooking in, bring everything you might need...even the coffee filters if you plan on making coffee. Some quirks with TV, lighting and a lack of toiletries...but because we were traveling for a month we had a lot of what we needed with us, and management was very nice, responding quickly when we needed assistance. Pigeon Forge is a busy place and this is a quiet location up the road from all the action, it is also very close to the National Park entrance, which is why we were visiting.
