Liked the fact this Garden Inn had a breakfast and dinner menu you could order ala cart. The lobby was also spacious and very well appointed.

Friendly staff! I am 6 months pregnant and I felt very safe! Room was clean and quiet.

Housekeeping entered the room even though the "do not disturb" hanger was on the door, in addition to signs posted that housekeeping cleans upon request only. I called the front desk to ask why my room was entered and half-cleaned, and the front desk associate was extremely rude. Upon checkout, I had an early flight and an uber on the way -- no one was at the front desk to complete my checkout. I waited about ten minutes. The staff could use some hospitality training.

Hotel is recommended however they did not have the restaurant open (no cooks and wait staff). Bar was open with very good service (3/18). We ordered pizza for our group and they let us sit at the restaurant tables.

Staff was kind. They even let me check in early. No bathtub is my main issue. A nice long bath with no interruptions is a perk I look forward to on solo trips. Also, there’s construction going on, so the surrounding land is not very attractive at this point, belying the “garden” in the name.

I would have given the place a 5 if their restaurant would have been opened. Closed due to no cook I believe is what I was told. Disappointing when you just want to grab something to take to your room. Booked knowing there was a restaurant just for that. Otherwise. Everyone was great and the place was great. Will stay again when I visit.

Fine place to stay but nothing special. The in room lighting was dim. The lamps were all single cone lights with exposed bulbs for task lighting. Breakfast was not free. Thermostat was some how messed up. I had to set the room at 70 cool so that it would remain about 72. If I set it on heat it heated about 10 degrees hotter.

Staff was friendly. Husband enjoyed the gym. The room was clean. It had a nice lobby and restaurant/ bar. Unfortunately, it was closed during our stay due to staff shortage

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in… the staff were all so sweet! From the check in, to breakfast, to “I left my tooth brush”, to check out!
