It was fine. I’ve definitely stayed in cleaner places - the bathroom walls here had weird stains, and the toilet paper holder was taped to the wall. The kitchen was very clean though. Staff were ok. We had to request they talk to the people above us who were stomping around at 10 pm and I don’t know if that ever happened, because the stomping didn’t stop.

This was my first time at a Home2. The hotel was clean and overall experience was positive. It is definitely a family friendly hotel. If you are traveling with young kids, its a great place to stay. If not, be awarw that you will potentially hear babies crying at night.

I was charged a smoking fee. I smoked outside during my stay. When I arrived at the hotel I emptied out my car and brought in an ash tray n emptied it in my room the next morning I left. Without warning or a consultation about the issue. I explained I did not smoke in the room. The smell was from my car ashtray. Very sad

This hotel was very nice. The room was large and clean. The outside was also very nice and had a good smoking area by the pool. The breakfast was only mediocre but otherwise the staff was quite nice and we would stay here again.

The Home2 Suites is a great place to break my trip traveling both north and south.

Perfect for our family of 5 driving through Georgia to get home.

Clean large room, kitchenette perfect for a family. We will definitely come back.

The only problem I had was that the carpet was still damp and wet in the room. They just had the carpet cleaned. I know they have to do this, but it just was bad timing on my part. Otherwise, the room was roomy for 4 people.

A lot has changed at this location and not for the better. The receptionist was more worried about the Uno game she was playing on her phone and lying around on the couch in the main lobby. She barely made eye contact and pushed a paper in our direction quickly stating two rules and telling us to sign it. When we arrived to our room, the bathroom floor was covered in “wax remnants” which made it look filthy. Thankfully, another employee came to the room and cleaned the floor to show us that it was not dirty, but wax remnant was left over from when the floors were waxed. The toilet paper holder was broken and a shotty patch job had been completed (it still wasn't functional). When I went to the front desk to show pictures and to ensure we were not charged for damages, it seemed to be an inconvenience. The other employee (who cleaned the floor) attempted to find us another room; however, none were available. If these issues had been highlighted at check-in, it would have saved everyone time. For a newer location, maintenance is lacking and it will be run down in no time. Additionally, this was the worst customer service from a receptionist that we’ve ever experienced at a Home2 location. Luckily, the beds were still comfy and the bedding was clean.

Nice room that looked clean. The hall had a pet smell. I had a pet so I understand but I’ve stayed lots of places that didn’t have an odor.

The hotel stay was great. It was convenient to where we were going and the staff was nice and the breakfast was more than adequate. Easy to access the room and all around a great place. The room was big and nice.

Home2 Suites is our new favorite hotel. The one in Savannah-Richmond Hill was welcoming, clean and comfortable. Breakfast has variety, and the kitchenette in the room is an added bonus. We would stay here again, and will definitely stay at other Home2 Suites in the future.

Customer service is great!

Great experience checking-in. In the process of moving from FL to SC and had been on the road for hours with my pup after a full day of moving. The gals at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and got me checked in quickly. The hotel is very clean for a per friendly hotel, and very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.
