I had a business meeting in Corpus on Friday 5/2 and had booked this "resort" for that evening. We got there at 5:30 and there was a sign on the door that provided 2 phone numbers for emergency or after hours check-in. I called both numbers SEVERAL times. I never received any instructions from the hotel. I went back and looked afterward. I worked with Hotels.com who also had no luck getting ahold of anyone. Hotels.com did not help me as they deferred to the hotels policies. Unacceptable.After many many years of being a hotels.com customer, I will no longer use this platform. In addition to this experience, the new one key rewards program takes FOREVER to see any value.

We had a great time! The pool, pier and cottage were all excellent. The location is easy access to all restaurants, beach, and piers. The management was super friendly and helpful. It made our stay one to remember. Highly recommend!

Are was amazing the only thing was the broken shower head in cabin 1 that was held together with a hair tie. Other than that place was good .

Have stayed here MANY times - at least 50 nights. Have always liked its quirkiness and privacy. Improvements starting to degrade and maintenance falling short - even a trail of roach poop drooling down the BR wall.

Parking is a little tight BUT overall the amenities and access to a pier are very nice. Rooms seem a little thin in the walls as I could hear my neighbors. I'd still recommend for the price and location.

Great place! It was almost like a home away from home. Quiet and spacious, it was better than I expected. Also included was a private pier just a short walk away.

check in was easy for the most part, but the staff was very kind & constantly made sure we had everything we need & everything kept clean! me and my family felt very safe & cared for! the pier was my favorite part!!!

It’s a great place to stay to go fishing on the pier. The pier is lighted and nice. The only problem was that the lock to the pier was broken so anyone could get in there which takes away from the safety and advantage of staying here. I hope that they fix it soon. Everything else was nice.

The cottages are nice and well-kept, and if you enjoy fishing, there is a nice fishing pier. There is no beach access in walkable distance, and it is about a 10-minute drive from downtown shops, restaurants and beaches, but a clean and comfortable home base.

Nice location, a little older. Fairly clean and maintained. We only stayed one night but we slept well. Overall it was a good stay. Best part was the access to to the dock where we watched the sunrise.

Cute Resort with easy access to the lighted fishing pier. Nice pool and wonderful staff. Kathy was delightful. I will be back soon!

Overall the our stay was good but was extremely disappointed at the conditions of the floors that were extremely dirty. We could nit walk with out without our feet turning black.

Very, Very clean! My Family and I will definitely be returning. The Beach was close by, the only thing that was wonky was the water pressure. But everything else made up for it!

Office wasn't open emergency numbers nobody was reachable. One of the beds the sheets weren't clean and there were ants every where all our food had to be replaced because ants got into it

The place needs some allot of updating The front office lady needs a raise because people were not being very kind about the condition or the reservations & Hotel.com calendar is the issue mainly it’s so bad & no help at all with Hotel .com Will never use Hotel.com again.

Our stay in the lodge was phenomenal! We were blown away by the amenities available! Everything was so perfect! We will definitely be back!

We booked at Pelican Bay and were informed via text about 20 minutes before we arrived that we had been moved to their “sister location” next door. Come to find out this location was not on the water like Pelican Bay, no pier to walk to etc. The Oasis Resort is a few miles away actually, not next door.
The Oasis resort was very nice although we were right on the road so the road noise was hard to sleep through and all the lights coming in the windows were disappointing. There’s blinds but no curtains or shades so we were up super early because the whole place was bright with sunshine.
We met great people who also had been relocated and overall had a great weekend despite the last minute changes.

The Villa is completely private while being in the middle of everything. The house is large enough for many people to be together and still have places to sit if you want a moment. Great value and very comfortable.

When we book our stay we booked at the pelican bay resort because it had it own fishing pier and like the pictures. When we arrived they told is the have us down at their other property 3 miles away from the pelican resort. We were told that we can still use the pier we just had to drive to the other place which defeated the purpose of booking at the pelican instead of the oasis where the put us without asking. Watch out for the bait and switch if you book with pelican bay resort. They had a catch and release pond that only had turtles and fire ants to catch. Can’t say much about the pelican bay resort because we didn’t stay there even though we book there.

The accommodations were great. A sweet small pool and very quiet. Only suggestion is stay more to the back of the complex. There is a lot of road noise.
