The location great, across the street from the baths. The food in restaurant seemed to be prepared from frozen foods. The $450 per night room was about a $250 room. The "pull out" bed really a couch conversion and too difficult to use. Staff friendly

We really enjoyed our accommodations - the room was clean and comfortable. The food at the Tavern was outstanding! However, the best part about this Inn is the staff who work there. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome the entire stay.

Room was wet and clean. My only concern was that none of the shower products would come out of the little bottles. We used the bar of hand soap to wash our hair and body. No cream rinse so we were glad to be coming home because of the scarecrow hair. The included breakfast was very good with homemade quiche and apple cake as well as generous servings of fresh fruit. We also had dinner in the dining room. Home made desserts 😋. I did feel like we were grossly overcharged for the scollops They were tasty but 32$ for 4 was just too much. Perhaps a disclaimer is in order. The staff was attentive and lit a fire outside for us but they were obviously short staffed.

A picturesque space that's closer to the warm springs than the Omni, that includes lots of freebies and charmed my other half. Great for a couple's getaway.

Very responsive staff: courteous, friendly, helpful with any questions,problems, local information. We made a couple improvement suggestions and will probably see them implemented when we return on another trip.

The coffee shop and continental breakfast was amazing.

The main part of the Inn is nice, clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room we stayed in was definitely not worth the price. Broken light fixtures, marks on the wall, cob webs and ceiling was peeling in one spot. We won’t be staying there again.

Beautiful option outside of the resort in town. Loved the free warm breakfast. Was noisy (thin walls) but good for a night. And hot springs are right across the road. The location and property were worth it. The room less impressive but perfectly doable.

Beautiful inn! Toilet seat was dirty and there was food left in the freezer, but everything else was very clean. I called to inquire about dinner at the Tavern for just myself and did not feel very welcomed, as the staff acted like it was a burden since there was an event happening.

This is a great location, right across the street from the Warm Springs Bath facility. The few staff members I met were courteous and helpful. The only negative thing I have to say is I’m disappointed about the restaurant not being open the night I was there

The property was unique and in a extremely scenic surrounding. There was nothing to not like. Complimentary breakfast was very nice.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful! Great hospitality! Their continental breakfast included "homemade" quiche, muffins, biscuits, pastries, and other delicious offerings. Several dishes we enjoyed for lunch was fresh and "homemade". 5 stars for the staff, food, and hospitality!

I would say the stay was like visiting my grandma on her farm. Just felt like home. Everyone was nice. They had a little breakfast area where you could get like pastries or quiche. Then go sit outside to stare at the beautiful mountains. They also have a cafe for lunch and dinner. Which was delicious. Another plus is its right across from the warm springs pool so you wont have far to travel. On the downside and its nothing to do with the inn. Everything closes at like 8 o'clock so make sure you have dinner before then.

Loved the room and extremely nice people! Would like to have more dinner options, burgers etc something less expensive. No kids menu was one negative.

We stayed so that we could go golfing the next morning. Very cute. I would stay again. Since it is pet friendly maybe have bigger tables and not bar tables to accommodate having children. Was a great stay all in all.

Super cute Inn in the middle of a mountain valley. Me and my husband booked a dog friendly room and it is right across the road from the warm spring pools! The stay was quiet and much needed, the room has an antique atmosphere so it was very nice. We went to eat dinner at the restaurant inside the Inn and the food was DELICIOUS, expensive but worth every penny. I will definitely be visiting again!

This was my second stay at the Warm Springs Inn. It is such a lovely place to stay. It is charming, clean, quiet and welcoming. If you are looking for a space in the Hot Springs area, do yourself a favor and book your stay here. It’s truly lovely.

The Inn at Warm Springs is a lovely historical property that is conveniently located across from the Warm Pools. The staff was friendly and helpful . We stayed in room 30, located at the front of the property. The room was small but very nice and the bed was comfortable. The only negative we have is this. One night we roasted as somehow thermostat got turned up. It is located in the back of the building and our baseboard heaters were on all night. We had to sleep with our door wide open. The free breakfast was great and go to the happy hour on the weekends for free drinks and food. Overall rating of 4 due to the thermostat problem.
