This was my first stay at a Homewood Suites, and it did not disappoint. While the front desk staff was not overly friendly or forthcoming with information (what and where the amenities were located for example), my overall stay was great. I was exhausted from working all day and then traveling. I went down to seek advice on somewhere to get a light dinner and much to my delight found that there was a guest reception. I had soup and a salad, and a glass of wine and it was PERFECT! My room was very large and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. Another great Hilton property. Thanks for a great stay - I would return and recommend.

The staff was so nice! They were welcoming from the get go, when we did not have enough supplies in the room for the number of people we had, they kindly gave us more. The continental breakfast was awesome! The room was spacious, enough room to move around with 2 adults and 4 kids. The two TVs was a plus! Not having to argue over which show to watch or cartoons! The hotel was plenty busy and we had no issues hearing other people within our room. The beds were comfy! The only negative was the pool was closed, but we were able to use double trees. If we need a hotel in a future this is definitely one we would return too!

Room was in good condition. We wanted to go the pool as we typically do on our hotel stays but it was closed. The hotel is connected to a few others so they offered we could visit the next pool. Their pool was small and dated and I also did not like the longer walk through their conference area/lobby or bar in my bathing suit. Also, closest entrance to our room was closed for exit only so we had a longer walk to room with luggage.

A bunch of stadf were around a breakfast table and ignored me when I went to check in. When I was finally helped, they said they overbooked my room and switched me to another type. It was not good.

Cigarette smoking at every entrance. Including the front main entrance…gross to have to walk through smoke to enter the building.
Lighted bathroom mirror didn’t work, front desk said they would have it fixed…. But didn’t follow through or communicate why it wasn’t fixed.
Reserved two queens…. We were a given a room with a king and pull out. We understand that we are not guaranteed the room we reserved with a 3rd party provider, but there was. It sufficient bedding for the pull out and we had to request that too.
Really, really poor customer service!! Will not stay there again!

I pulled back the sheets after I woke up in the morning and found what looked like feces smeared on the sheets that I had just slept in. I was disgusted - I sent an email to Hilton. They called me back but said they were a different management company and couldn't help. I complained to the front desk. The girl there was nice and said the manager would call me to discuss but he never did.

If we booked the room and paid how many persons are in the room? The persons who were in the room then get equal accessories for example - 6 persons and we get twelve pillows, 6 water bottles, 6 bath towels, 6 face towels, and double essentials. (not 4 towels in room - how many persons in the room to get each person).

The patio area was very dirty. Cigarette butts on the ground, the couches to sit on outside were dirty and there was trash on the ground. On our room the couch was n bad shape and stained and our fridge quit working and we had to have someone come in and fix it.

Nice rooms, quiet. Breakfast was a welcome benefit. Room service every 3-4 days is something we're getting used to; getting clean towels, etc....not too much trouble.

AMAZING. That's the one single word I would use to describe this hotel. From spacious, clean rooms to the continental breakfast (which was more like a buffet!) I wish we could've spent more than one night here. Fabulous! We will be back and next time .... longer!

Room are not as clean as I expected from an Hilton will be. My initial room had a bed with a lot of pet hair on it. I requested a room change and the next room had a lot of crumbs on the floor and missing curtains which prevented me from covering my windows as I would like at night. Definitely not worth it for the price.

Great and clean. However all four suites we rented there was no side chairs. Odd for a suite with a full kitchen couch. Table etc. we had to sit in bed and business chair. Uncomfortable.
But hotel was great.

Unfortunately our TV remote wasn’t working so we needed to call the front desk and they responded promptly with replacing the batteries. Then we realized we didn’t have an ice bucket so needed to go to the front desk to get one. They couldn’t locate one so gave us a pitcher instead. I’m addition to all this the room was subpar for cleanliness. Disappointing as we paid over $200 for the night.

Just for starters, the pillows themselves smelled like rancid hair oil (the kind that doesn't wash out, it just builds up and gets more rancid).

The room was larger than a standard hotel room and was great for my 9 day stay. The DoubleTree that's connected has a restaurant that was open during the recent snow storm. The plumbing in our room wasn't great and both sinks took a long time to drain. Our room really needs a plumber to clean out the drains and tighten the fixtures. The sofa should also be replaced with something that doesn't stain. Despite these issues, I would actually consider staying here again.

Called to hotel the morning before checking in to let them know I would be checking in late. The manager made note on my account, and confirmed my booking, and that I was “good to go, see you tonight”.
Arrived around midnight to only find out they did not have a room for us! So we had to haul all of our luggage and items back out to the car and go to their “sister hotel” at Four Points to spend the night. And that hotel was old, dirty, and disgusting! Never again! The only response for not having a room for us is because we booked through hotels.com which is a third party. I will never go again through this company or this motel!!

Room was dirty-used toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. Smears of something…? on towel hook in bathroom. No hangers in closet.

The sheets had “poop marks” as my kids called it- I needed to change the sheets before sleeping. The whirlpool was down- had to go next door for this. Staff was great.
