Upon checking in, I checked my room and found somebody else’s hair all in the bed on the sheets. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had only pulled up the comforter and had not bothered to change out the dirty sheets that is disgusting and ruined my entire stay at this hotel.

The TV in the room next-door was so loud I could hear it in my room. They turned it off at 2:28 AM.

Terrible. Large children birthday party took over all downstairs public space. Parents drinking beer. Kids running wild down halls amd everywhere bumping into guests and screaming. Staff did NOTHING. Poor young staff member was ill equipped to manage the situation. Also bar across the street loud music until after midnight. Worse stay ever.

Was not clean when I walked in. They did not change towels or anything but on a second night, a staff tried to come into my room knocking without saying anything at 0845. Very strange, she walked away as soon as she noticed I was still in a room.
Breakfast was ok. 24 hr coffee and tea station. Ice machine broken.

Super clean, looked promising, but learned that walls are paper thin, can clearly hear phone calls in next door room. Hallway noise was loud. Then neighborhood was loud with commercial garbage pickup at 4am.

Really like the Tru design from lobby to room. Everything was good and would come back here again.

I loved all of the service except the fact that they did not have a working ice machine on any floors. One ice machine is clearly not enough to accommodate that size hotel. The One ice machine they had was broken; disappointing.

the property was ok. not in the best area of town. breakfast was a joke. no food available. out of eggs, out of sausage gravy, out of everything.. no refills. I know they just put out a small amount and if you get there at 8:30 or 9 you are out of luck. free breakfast is just that, none existent.

We had a one night stay at this hotel. We loved this facility it was really clean and well maintained. We had a minor hitch with the shower, the hotel staff was really courteous and had our rooms immediately. I highly recommend this place, the ambience and the staff are really amazing.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. Room was clean. Only thing that could improve is the pillows as they were too thick - but I think that’s a personal preference. Overall I recommend.

I really liked the lobby design

Overall the property was clean, room was fine but the staff was sub par. I understand things happen but a smile and kind communication can make up for it. The ice machine was broken and had a sign to ask front desk for ice. Upon asking for ice the girl was rude and seemed inconvenienced by having to get ice. Then claimed they had one bag of ice and refused to get anymore. If that’s the case fine but a smile and an “I’m really sorry for the inconvenience” would have gone a long way.
The lady at check in seemed annoyed we were there. Greeted us with a frown and a “checking in?” After a 5 hour drive and being exhausted a slight smile and a tiny bit of welcoming enthusiasm would have been nice. And had this happened the ice issue wouldn’t have been such a big deal. Poor service hurts the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff greeted us and check in was quick. Hotel clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. We will stay again when we come back to Savannah.

The bed was not comfortable and walls were thin. Could hear lots of noises when trying to go to sleep. Sounded like someone was pounding on the floor from upstairs.

Extremely clean, organized, and visually appealing. I checked in late and restaurants were closed, but the hotel had a variety of snacks available for purchase. The front desk attendant was very kind and made the check-in process a breeze. I am so pleased that I will be signing up for the Hilton Honors program.

Great amenities. Just didn’t like the late check in. Check in time 4pm and out at 11am. It’s located behind a bar so be ready for the loud noise outside.

The lady in the lobby informed me that she cancelled my reservation because “the third party you used to make the reservation did not pay us”. This is ridiculous. My AmEx was charged. I also arrived at 1am and the lady said she cancelled sit because of an audit (really?!?).
