Free car charging in a well lit parking lot close to the main door. This allowed me to charge my car and continue my trip without delay. Every hotel should have electrical car charges.

have the payment methods not be so picky, card i tried to use had PLEANTY of funds on it but system declined the card. room was nicr, water pressure is unsatisfactory, hard to rinse soap from curly hair without taking a lengthy shower, but otherwise good!

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a great place for us to stay when we are on family visits in the Decorah area. The location is easy to get in and out, it's clean, and the complimentary breakfast is a plus. I am sure we will stay again the next time we come to NE Iowa.

The gentleman who check us in and out was just wonderful. He was friendly and funny and a great way to end a long travel day and start a college move in day.

Would come back again! Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only dislike was the bed was very hard.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff that we incountered were all nice! Bed was decent. Disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub! Breakfast pretty sad. Especally for the price we paid to stay there. All the coffees were empty at 8:30 and didn't see anyone replacing them.

The property was so easy to get to. The parking lot was immaculate. When we went inside to check in we were greeted, and noticed how clean everything was. Our room was great! Very clean, and spacious. If you need a great place to stay I highly recommend Fairfield Inn and Suites!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Convenient location with a McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and HyVee (grocery) nearby within walking distance. Easy parking. Clean lobby and common area.
The soundproof was weak in this hotel, water draining, toilet flushing, and footsteps could clearly be heard.
Spoke with the front desk staff, Maretta, about noise level around 10:30pm, her initial response was that if it's still noisy at 1am, then she would address it. I felt it's unreasonable as most hotels have quiet hours starting 10pm. She then changed her response and said she would address it. It took two phone calls with Maretta to resolve it.
The breakfast was average, not all foods were fully stocked.
In eastern Iowa area near Lansing, IA and along the Mississippi River, the lodging choice can be limited, so all are on the expensive side.
I personally would not stay in this hotel unless I can get a top floor room due to poor soundproof.
