I purchased a one night stay for my daughter and her husband on the wedding night. I chose this hotel because it is quaint & unique. I ordered a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board to be present that night. Everything was wonderful except they went to the dining room the following morning for breakfast and no one was present. They arrived at 10 am and left at 10:15 because no one approached them. When I questioned this, I felt the innkeepers attitude was “sorry about your luck”.

We absolutely loved how unique this hotel was! The entire place was historical, fun, clean , and welcoming! I would highly recommend!

Great stay overall, I had a quick stay overnight while traveling for work. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, netflix on the TV, breakfast & free parking. A few things that aren't deal breakers but good to know: the covered & gated parking is not connected to the hotel. It's a walk & it's not the best area to be walking at night. We'll loosely call it breakfast, while i was there it was yogurt and i couldn't seem to find the coffee to save my life.

Historic property, fun decor and rooms, great location, friendly staff, nice perks in room, roof top patio was a nice spot to have a rest.....if I had to point anything out would be that breakfast was "ok", mediocre, nothing special considering the price of hotel....it could use a little work. Coffee was very bad for my taste, perhaps others would like, maybe it was the water.

A nice thematic hotel. Room is smaller than typical hotels, which you should keep in mind if you need typical space.

We had such and amazing stay! Everything is so clean. Rooms have complimentary water and snacks. Ashlyn was so nice and communicated very well. All of the staff were amazing and welcoming! Definitely a bed and breakfast vibe. The breakfast is included with your stay and was soooo good!! Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants. They give you a garage door opener and have a private garage right around the corner that is all included as well.

The innkeeper Ashley was very helpful and made everything easy. Room was clean and comfortable.

Had a great time. Easy and safe walk to the stadium downtown. Lots of things to do in the area, all easy to access walking from the hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel with pleasant staff, well stocked bar, live music, dinner and delicious breakfast that’s close to events and arenas.

Clean, convenient, friendly.

The building was beautiful and decorated very nicely. However, it was not communicated to us that the restaurant and bar would be closing early the night of our stay, which really dampened our plans. Overall, I would stay here again as everyone was kind, the location was excellent and parking was close.

Great people nice place

Omg even the parking garage goes along with the whole motif …Mozart Garage along with portraits of all the composers and beautiful chandeliers…in the very safe, very convenient indoor parking garage. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating, Location is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I fell in love with the city!

This is our 2nd time staying at the Symphony Hotel. We have enjoyed both visits. This hotel is very unique and quaint. I love that each room is different. The weekend breakfasts are amazing. The hotel is so convenient to the free streetcar, getting around downtown Cincinnati is quick and easy. We had friends join us, which made our trip even better. If you're looking for a unique experience, the Symphony Hotel is a must.

I was apprehensive about arriving solo in a destination I'd never been to a place with a nontraditional checkin procedure. I was pleased and relieved. Melissa greeted me at the door after I texted and called that my plane arrived. The whole experience could not have been better. Dinner Friday night was awesome, grouper and roasted veggies were fresh and delicious. The jazz was a treat. Symphony is comfortable and in a great location in the heart of Over-the-Rhine, next to the Music Hall and Washington Park. The choice of nearby restaurants and the free tram to major attractions is a plus. Definitely will stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was extremely friendly and my room was really nice and cozy, i would definitely stay here again. The included parking was also really great as i had family staying in a different hotel and they had to pay for parking every night. The only complaint i had was the coffee maker still had a used pod leftover from whoever had stayed there before and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise i had a great experience here

Nice quiet setting and clean

This hotel is right off of Washington Park where the Music Hall is located. The free tram stops at the corner. Walkable to the Findlay Market. Good breakfast included with the room. Free parking off site at their own garage by the soccer stadium, so 2 blocks away. I was concerned about the possibility of noise from the street, but that was not a problem when we stayed there. One window did not have a blind, but they provided sleeping masks with the room. I actually used it! Our part of the building required steps to the room. We investigated the rooftop deck the next day - it would have been a nice place to hang out if we had the chance.

We received a very personal greeting, a free upgrade, and the room and hotel are beautiful.

Best thing was the EXCELLENT mattress & the location (next to Music Center). Also, if you're into "cutesy," the "cutesey quotient" is A+++: staggeringly crass ornaments, poor-quality recordings, etc. etc. covering literally every available surface and wall space. All else was below average. Hostess seems ill-suited to her profession, appears to resent any intrusion on her time or patience, lacks even minimal charm or empathy (other than obviously forced); food is over-rated, over-priced, and disappointing: mushy over-cooked veg, starch is fried soggy potato chunks, crab cakes have zero "chunks of crab," house wine poor quality, service adolescent, well-intentioned but unskilled. Rooms are awkward, poorly lit, inadequate cumbersome window coverings, no protection from glaring street lamps other than "sleep masks" (!!!). Showers have temperamental hot water (basically non-existent); basin has no functioning stopper. Toilet paper: a half roll only?!!!! Jazz & lounge patron noise very loud till well after 10:00. Lock on door malfunctions. Complimentary breakfast? Not till 9:00, and no notice given that there is yogurt, juice, etc. that can be picked up going out the door earlier--I just stumbled onto this. It could be mentioned at check in, for those of us giving notice that we need to leave before 9:00 a.m. who have paid for breakfast. This place could be a real treasure under better management. It has a great location and lots of inherent charm.

Hotel is special, but service is not good. Hotel included breakfast from 9:00, but waited until 9:30, no staff showed up to open breakfast. Had to go to another place to have breakfast

The room was so nice and cozy! I loved that it wasn’t your basic hotel hotel style room and that each room had a different theme/style. Also Melissa was super awesome with recommendations on where to eat/go as well as getting checked in and out. Very nice stay and would definitely come back!

Great location for a concert we went to and our host Melissa was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Loved the size and vibe of this boutique hotel. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and night spots. Would definitely go back

The hotel is older so it has lots of charm. It only has 9 rooms so there is plenty of privacy. There is a restaurant and jazz bar downstairs. It's perfect for a weekend getaway. They also have a FREE parking garage right down the street. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is full of historical reference materials and has a very eclectic blend of quirky and antique decor which was overall very fun. I enjoyed spending time in the history room before going out.

Uniquely themed rooms. Stayed 2 nights-disappointed no maid service after 1st night.

Restaurant is in the name but only open Friday and Saturday. I booked with the promise of onsite Restaurant and Bar..
