We were very unhappy that we booked with you and it was 139 per night. When we checked out it was 200. It was a beautiful facility but we will never book again

Had a great stay at this Fairfield Inn. Very convenient location for walking around downtown Savannah. My room was very comfortable and modern. The staff was very attentive, especially the concierge Cate who provided many good suggestions for activities/dining.

Location was great for Savannah. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. 10 minutes to the river. Parking is expensive @ $35/night for valet... Our first valet person didn't know how to put a stickshift in reverse. Our second valet person couldn't drive a manual gearbox at all so I had to go get the car myself. Also, the breakfast leaves plenty to be desired. It was okay for the price but I wouldn't write home to mom about it.

The property was walking distance to River Walk. We arrived late at night and we had trouble finding the hotel. We called the hotel to ask for directions. Luckily we were parked at a Chevron gas station located right next to the hotel. Sarah, the hotel front desk receptionist, walked over to the gas station and instructed us how to get to the front door of the hotel. She went above and beyond and we were so appreciative for helping us. We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah.

We were misled by the nice pictures of the hotel without realizing the unsafe surroundings. My wife and daughter got so cared, so I had to drive them away immediately without checking-in. As the booking is non-cancellable, we could not get a waiver even after Expedia’s reaching out to the hotel. Most importantly, it totally screwed up our plan for enjoying a peaceful pleasant Christmas Eve in my dream vacation place in Georgia!!!

The concierge Cate was very helpful in making reservations for us. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The location is good, we parked in garage across the street instead of using valet.

Service was not good at this hotel. When we checked in person at the front desk was not friendly and didn’t really give us any information regarding the hotel. Normally a hotel room has a book in the room that shows the Wi-Fi password and places to eat or pizza delivery places and there was nothing. We found out when we asked that there was no password, but that meant the Wi-Fi was not secured which is ridiculous. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible and the room was not clean.

Horrible customer service. I came back to my room on 10/21 and the door was open and unlocked. Front desk personnel was nonchalant about the issue. It took maintenance over 45 minutes to respond and rectify the issue.

The property was excellent. Vallet parking is required at $35 a day, and there is no other option nearby. Vallet service was spotty. Several times, we waited long periods for our car.

Check in time was at 4 pm arrived at 4:30 was told my room was not ready yet. Finally got a room a little after 5. Only had valet parking. The location was great the hotel was very clean. But for the cost it was not worth it. Next time I will stay outside of town and take a taxi downtown. Much cheaper and easier.

While it was a perfect location to the venue it was a disorganized mess. Three days before I started calling for an early check in to get to our wedding in time. Every person I spoke with had a different excuse as to why we couldn't have an early check in. One person even told me they don't do that. I checked in through the app and my mobile key was never processed, the check in process took 15 minutes at the desk! Cleaning person was still cleaning our daughters room at 3:15!

PROS: The room was clean and very quiet which surprised me, since this is close to a busy intersection in Savannah and we faced out towards the pool which has a few of the intersection. But I did not hear any car noise at night which I was happy about. Another thing that I was impressed with was the water pressure. Sounds strange but I have been in plenty of hotels were the water just drips out. Not here - they had very good water pressure for the shower. Even my daughter commented on it.
CONS: If you bring a vehicle the parking situation is tough. They do the best that they can but you have to valet and it can take some time to get your car if you need it. If you need to drive somewhere plan ahead to call down a little early to get the car.
