It was good except for the first 3 nights next room was loud rambunctious drunks till wee morning. Idk if they were making love or fighting.

Vehicle was broke into during our stay. Front desk informed us they have no cameras on the property and are aware of the fact multiple break-ins have been occurring. However, they chose to “allow corporate to decide how to handle it” rather than taking the extra 15 seconds to inform guests upon check in. Hilton isn’t that nice of a chain to want to stay at again if they are going to be so flippant about their lack of security or concern

We were informed this morning by the front desk lady (no visible name tag) that she can only “handle one guest request at a time.” She was condescending and snappy for the second day in a row. Perhaps Hilton should get her some help as refilling the coffee pot is too much for her?!?!?

The Hotel itself was fine however I do not appreciate them signing me up for a Hilton Honors rewards program without my consent. I'm sure they have some percentage goals to hit with signing up new members. After Check-in I received a username and account number for a Hilton reward program, and it concerns me with what else they are doing with my information without my knowledge. Not a bad place otherwise but won't stay at this property again.

For the most part it was clean. The couch was gross the first room we were in. They switched the room up for us. The couch cushions were falling apart and the bathroom door did not fully secure.

This is by far my favorite mid-priced hotel in Anchorage. Consistently clean, quiet, such nice staff. I rarely use the pool/hot tub/fitness center at hotels b/c they're often crowded and seem unsanitary, but all 3 at Home2 are so well cared for.
The only downsides are no airport shuttle, and the breakfast is pretty limited especially for folks w/ food restrictions or allergies. But both are made up for by all the positives.
After being treated very rudely at another hotel in the area where we stayed one night (b/c Home2 was full) it's that much clearer that the staff here is excellent. To a person, everyone was polite, warm, and helped accommodate any request. When you're traveling, away from home, tired, etc, it makes SUCH a difference. Thank you. We'll be back!

Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous. The property was well kept, safe and clean. Hotel is easy to find and is within walking distance to several restaurants and coffeehouses. I’ll definitely be staying again.

The manager Lucas and his staff were kind, considerate and personable. Our reserved room was not available on the first of 7 nights and we had a minor maintenance issue. They handled the issues promptly. Breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast hostess was super helpful.

I liked the facilities at Home2. It was in walking distance to restaurants and in short driving distance to many shopping areas.

My family and I absolutely love staying here when we come to town. The staff is always friendly, breakfast is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable. I also love the extra steps they take to make it more secure!

Property was a good value for the money paid. Staff was good. The man and older woman who worked nights and or late evenings were the best. We are familiar with the city and knew we’d get Lyfts to/ feel m our favorite downtown restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room is clean. Breakfast included. No need to go out for breakfast in the cold weather. The air-conditioning system is good. I didn't feel too dry when we turned on the heat high. Close to the airport.

The property had all the amenities that we needed and more! The breakfast was good, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and clean and they offered daily cleaning which a lot of hotels no longer do. The bed was nice and comfy! Having a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer was so nice.

the snow had not been removed from th sidewalks to the parked guests cars. it Was 9 degrees F in Anchorage and yet the gas fireplace outside the entrance was lit around the clock; the seats around the fireplace were covered in snow and the path to this seats was snow covered. it was highly unlikely any guest would sit out there. it was entirely true that this is an unacceptable state of affairs, shut the damned fireplace off until April at the earliest

My daughter and I had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was so friendly. The cook, Yvette, made a great breakfast and she made it an even more special vacation with her fun and playful personality with kids. The hotel was kept very clean. This is a great place to stay for anyone, especially with kids.
