The staff was nothing short of amazing! The rooms tv didn’t work There was only one set of towels which I had a tough time getting another. I was only there over night which I didn’t feel the need to make a big stink about the tv.

Outside is outdated. A bit noisy. Room clean and updated. Weird you have To put the key in a power block to make the TV work. Water drained slow in the shower.

We stay in Orlando ALL the time sometimes twice a month. I take my reviews seriously. Negatives: Very very loud. The hotel is old and definitely does not have the sound proofing newer facilities have. We stayed at the front of the building facing I drive. It was very very loud, all night long from vehicles. The facility is being moderately renovated. I say moderate because we stayed in a renovated room that was renovated very poorly and cheaply. The beds were new but were like bricks. I basically did not sleep for two days. Very difficult if you hav back problems or Ny physical ailments. The beds were literally like sleeping on a pool table. When talking about cleanliness, know that I look at the places that are not immediately visible. Behind bathroom doors, like door trim, doors, light switches, etc. while the basic room was very clean, the areas I mentioned above were not. Meaning behind the bathroom door there was hair, dirt and debris that would have easily been cleaned with a mop. Door ways, switches, even the tables were not thoroughly cleaned. outside is being renovated and is in desperate need of him. Ground conditions were poor. There were a lot of young adult hanging around, I made the assumption that several were prostitutes. AC unit in our room rang out a loud clink every 20 minutes when it cycled off. Positives: location l, close to everything. We stayed here only because the city was full and this was affordable that seemed decent. We would not stay here again.

Our tv did not work and that inconvenient after driving 16 hours.. the breakfast was not so accommodating.. the rooms are okay but the staff is a little dismissive.

We unfortunately checked out the same day we checked in. The window rocked every time the door opened or shut. The tv didn’t work, toliet wasn’t installed properly, the fridge also didn’t work the floor was incredibly slippery to the point where my child fell. At the door the tile was cracked and has pieces coming out. This is in addition to fact that the bathroom door didn’t shut. The manager on property was incredibly helpful and shocked at the condition on the room.

This was definitely the worst hotel my family ever stayed in the room was not clean it had a bad smell the bathroom had broken the door was hanging it was horrible. The only good thing about it the booster location

The room was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. The bathroom/shower had lots of hair (from previous guest(s)) the floors were dirty. The shower floor was disgusting- the bed was ok and the area was ok to where we needed to be. I would not recommend this hotel. The ice machine was so gross and unsanitary. Very disappointing.

Do not waste your time or money here. You might as well sleep in the street. Bed VERY uncomfortable. My back and shoulders hurt for a week. Only 1 chair in room. Guess you are suppose to stand all night. Lots of women working the parking lot. Lots of cars coming and going. Very unsafe and very dark. Tv was very tiny. Could barely see it. Heard every word said next door!

Great location. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and sites/ activities. Spacious room. Good price got the money. Would stay again.

The property was ok. The room was clean, but I had no door latch as it was broken and in the middle of the night someone used another keycard to open my door. Luckily I was awake enough to yell at them and they said sorry and closed the door. When I addressed this with the management they had no clue as to what happened and they said they would speak to upper management. The pool also had a homeless person sleeping inside the gated area. It’s in a good location but they need to step up their services.

The hotel itself it’s under construction. However we only needed a room to sleep, and it served its purpose. Room was super clean, staff was very attentive. Even when TV didn’t turn on they sent maintenance right away to fix it.

They were working on the whole hotel. But we had to switch rooms the first night because one of the beds was broken, plus the room was so dirty. The second room was a little better, but still not great. No microwave, the tiny fridge didn’t keep things cold, and every time you showered/use the sink water leaked. I broke out in a rash from either the sheets or the detergent they used. The price was good and we were there for a week, the front desk ladies were very nice and so were the maids. But we will not stay here again though.

It was ok.You get what you pay for…..sort of. I asked if I could check in an hour early and was told I could for an additional $25. No thanks. I was charged an additional $9 as a “hotel fee” even though I had already paid for the room on hotels.com. I gave them $100 bill as a security deposit and was initially told my bill would not be accepted because there was a small tear on the bill. The desk help eventually relented on this. The hotel is old and in a state of disrepair, although it appears that they are in the process of construction and renovation. The room was serviceable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nothing to rave about, but nothing too terrible. Overall, probably won’t stay there again.

While the property is close to all of the major attractions in the area, the construction on the front of the building is not conducive to a relaxing stay. Will give kudos to the quick resolution to a problem with the plumbing.

As our plans were to go to Universal, the hotel was very well located, with several food options around. The hotel is outdated, you can hear a lot of noise around it. But it was quite clean and ok for our proposal. The breakfast was very strange and was in a very small corner at the reception. I don't know if you could really call it breakfast. Another issue was that there were 3 of us in the room, and they insisted on leaving only 2 towels in our room. Every day we had to go to reception to get the third towel. But, again, it worked well for our purpose.

Ive stayed at a lot of crappy places, some cheaper than this, and this was the worst. Ignoring just the dilapidated state of things, i was given a single key to a room that had not been touched between guests. Bed not even made. Got moved, the new room had a towel with orange stains. A blood spot on the quilt. General grime and mold in floor gaps and wall seams. Tv barely worked light was uneven and sound was super buzzy. Construction jackhammering in the morning. Soap dish missing. Key stopped working. Shower head had to be replaced because it kept falling out. New one had a crooked piece that sprayed water onto the toilet.

Seen a number of bad reviews but I gave it a shot anyways and glad I did! So few people who have positive experiences leave reviews so I thought I’d do so. Had a great room, stayed there for 6 days. Only thing I could possibly complain about was the shower drained a bit slowly. I’d definitely pick here on a return trip!

DONT STAY HERE!!! This place was absolutely disgusting. The rooms had mold on the walls and in the bathrooms. Clumps of hair in the corners still present after they “cleaned” the room. You can smell the mold in the air , it smelled so bad. Beds were broken , doors didn’t close all the way. Had to check out early from how bad this was, and they wouldn’t issue a refund !!

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly & informative. Unfortunately, half of the building undergoing renovations and we were in what I think was an older room. It seems like the room was mostly surface renovations in order to still have accommodations (such as newer coat of paint, new floors & doors).

The hotel was pretty nice. We did have issues with our door, getting it to open/close while we were in the room. Dresser drawer was broken along with the drawer under the sink. Not a lot of outlets to charge things. Good place for the short timing we had trying to find a hotel.
