My Mom accidentally was charged for the room even after we had paid through Hotels.com. The manager, Sadie, was super helpful in getting my Mom's card refunded and taken care of. She was very pleasant and professional.

Very nice property. Check in was very smooth. Lots of plugs and usb access. Very clean.

We enjoyed the large room with kitchen and living room. The king size bed was very comfortable. Pool area was noisy due to large group of children.There was a birthday party / family reunion being held so common areas were very busy with lots of people. Hallways were noisy with kids running around. Assumed it would have been quieter.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable and warm. Breakfast was nothing to brag about, but o it's not at most places. However if you have a bar why not a short order grill for a real breakfast?

Excellent size of room, comfortable bed, nice sheets ! Bathroom was large with excellent lighting. Only thing that would be nice is a makeup mirror

When we paid that much for a room for two nights, the least we could have gotten was shampoo and conditioner.

One room the AC unit was extremely loud and affected sleeping as when ran was loud and was hot and uncomfortable to sleep

The pro’s - clean, good breakfast, relatively quiet, liked the small bar for happy hour
The cons - kept running out of coffee, bed was too firm and pillows need updating

Room was nice, but breakfast was sad. They ran out of hot food and took forever to make more. One morning totally ran out of coffee and juice…after 1/2 hour neither was supplied.

The lady at checkin acted as if she didn't care if we were staying there or not; very perfunctory interaction with me. Otherwise, no complaints.

Everyone was great from owner to all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel...It's in a small town that's growing fast... but it's located in the right spot... Thank you everyone for making our time comfortable and even their guest laundry was very CLEAN!!!

Really nice hotel clean,comfortable beds. Breakfast ok. But we didn't get to hotel till about 10. Went to get some coffee. And was just a bit left. And the desk clerk. Said no way she was going to make anymore either. I thought was always available. At least at others it is. And rather rude of her.

We stayed one night on our trip out west. Easy checking, great location for various restaurants and shops. Room was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. We would stay there again.

Very clean. Wine and beer lounge open until 1am. Breakfast included some hot items and was 6-10, which is better than a lot of places I’ve stayed. Area is a little sparse but Squealers was really good and Scooter’s has pretty good coffee. Only complaint was that the water pressure was a bit low. Definitely worth the short drive south off of I-90

The shower curtain is a bit short that water leaks out when you take a shower.

The breakfast was horrible. Bread was unavailable for toast. The scrambled eggs and sausage were COLD. No attendant to speak to about the temperature of the food. Poor way to start the day.

We are on a 2,000 mile trip and this hotel stay has been the best. Clean, comfortable beds, awesome customer service.

Hi there....i arrived on 09/01/2023 @ 5pm....my check in was well taken care of...I asked for a first floor room which was no problem...everything was clean and nice in my room...i was there for a run event at the Good Farm in Lennox, SD....my 2nd night after my event i rested great again...I checked out after my 2nd night since i did not need my 3rd night...my stay was peaceful and my room was very clean...I tried to get a refund for not staying my 3rd but I have had issues...otherwise it was a great experience staying with you...and as hot as it was outside i can say your air conditioner worked excellent...thank you for the great service and staying with you and i would recommend anyone to stay with you at any time...

We got to the motel and they overbooked and we had no room so we were there for a wedding and had no room and had to miss the fun with our family
