This hardly seems like a Wyndham property. Person at the desk hardly looked at me when we arrived and not very responsive to my request for a receipt. The room was large with one queen bed. Lots of room for a cozy chair or two, but nothing but a hard desk chair. There was a chair in the bathroom, but that was for towels because the towel rack was broken. The wall mount for the hair dryer was also broken off. The sink plug would not move up or down. It was stuck in the closed position, so I simply removed it so we could use the sink. When we left we told the same desk person about all the issues. She said she would put a maintenance order out for it. It needed a maintenance order before we got the room! A note of regret for the room we got would have been appreciated and professional, but no such luck on that, either. The place needs new management, new staff, and real improvements. Even the wall clock in the eating area did not work. Don't they care about anything? Wow!

I requested extra pillows and coffee packs which were not supplied at all and called for extra towels and coffee for the next day which again were never supplied for our room

I booked through Hotels.com and when i got there they charged me two more times for the stay. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get it refunded.

The hotel was good for the price. Candy at the front desk was always friendly, bubbly and willing to help us. She was very knowledgeable about Uber and gave us great directions when we were driving ourselves somewhere.

The only downside was the spring mattress and the smell of smoke in the hallway. I had a smoke free room. The smoking rooms Should be on a different floor from The smoke free rooms. Great inclusive breakfast. PS my room Coffeemaker was broken. I didn’t notify staff due to the number of People checking out.

I accidentally booked a night here while on the road without looking to see if it was Pet friendly first. I had to call Orbitz and have them cancel, and they gave me a full refund. Problem is, I used a $75 coupon from Orbitz. The hotel is refunding what I used on my credit card, which was the remainder after the 75, the Orbitz is refusing to, give me back the coupon. I will be calling tomorrow to hopefully resolve this. For tonight I will find a new service to find a hotel.

Our bed was not comfy. The housekeeper had given us one bath towel and three mats. Not fun drying yourself with a bath mat!! The men drinking a six pack in front of the maid door was not appropriate. Well not stay here again.

Knowledge of employees were low

Stayed here one night July 2023 as we were passing through. Convenient to I-94 and great for a one night stay.

The carpet was not vacuumed, dirty and the bathroom behind door had hair and dirt on floor, disgusting. Some things broke in room. Some one hurried and just didn’t pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom hotel sleeping area. I will not stay at this property again. Plus they charged me twice for a day we did not even stay and still have not received a credit.

Overpriced at $205.00 for the cleanliness of the room and inconvenient to access and distance from any restaurants. The bath amenities had been used by previous guests and not replaced with new. 2nd Queen bed looked like someone had been laying on bed before we got there and didn't straighten the bedding.

Great stay and experience. Great hotel value. Clean and comfortable! I look forward to visiting again!

Rooms and facility were not clean. Someone tracked mud from the elevator and into the hall. When we left two days later, the mud was still there. We found dirty towels in both of our rooms.

Not bad

This was our first time at a Microtel - and we were extremely surprised and happy with our experience. From friendly staff, to clean - SUPER clean cozy room, and great breakfast - we will absolutely be staying at this chain again.

We stayed one night. The property was decent, it’s in a more industrial area. The room was smaller, but I am ok with that since we typically do not spend a lot of time in our room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay, I did like that they had a few hot options along with waffles, cereal, bread & bagels. I always appreciate a hotel that has a complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly.

Very nice help and clean rooms

The room was comfortable but cleaning and upkeep seemed like it needed a little more attention. This was mostly due to some dirt on the top of the bedspread and a very questionable stain on the bed runner. The guest directory/info book had part of a page torn out. Other than that, it was a good room. The staff in the lobby were very friendly, and the breakfast was pretty standard.

I booked this stay 3 hours in advance of anticipated arrival during a road trip. 2 hours prior to the originally anticipated arrival, I called the location to request a refund after we experienced a blow-out on our trailer and were waiting on road-side assistance. Call placed at 10pm....pleanty of time for hotel to re-book the room for the night. Manager Terry was very rude and condescending on the phone. Refused my refund, stating that she could've "re-rented the room 6 times over"....which was what she still could've done after issuing my refund. No compassion, no professionalism. We travel this route often but will never book at this location again because of this experience, and I plan to tell everyone I know about how Microtel Management treats their patrons.
