Enjoyed the stay Staff extremely nice

Nice little place to relax and recharge. Clean.

I really enjoy this property because the management is really nice, they make check in so seamless and are always eager to please the customer and I appreciate that so much.I have also never had a time where they didn’t match the lowest price I could find online,and they always notice when I return and I enjoy the personable nature of the management.I define recommend this as a great stay on the run.

Tolerable place

This is the kind of place where you wear shoes in the room. Hot water was not hot and generally the place was just old. Definitely not 5 star hotel, hopefully it dosent have bed bugs. Not the worst, but was expecting better.

Excellent

Check in procedure was a disaster, an hour waiting in the lobby… We’ve stayed here before and will return because the price is reasonable. Room is not great, but OK, paint chips, average clean. Location is perfect for us.

Shower diverter leaks badly as does the sink valve. Loud traffic and barking dogs. Very thin walls and noisy.

Nice place

This property is the definition of “don’t judge a book by its cover”. While it may seem like a smaller and older hotel from the outside, I cannot say enough good things about the staff and inside of the hotels. Rooms were clean and quiet, with nice bedding and LOTS of pillows. It stayed cold, and the bathrooms didn’t even have cracking or water damage on the ceiling like a lot of places. The owner/front desk person (a middle-aged gentleman) was so kind and helpful, and even allowed me to check in early since I was just getting off of work. Great water pressure and temperature. Will definitely be back!

More a motel than a hotel. By 11:00 PM the office was closed and transactions were only through a small window with very bad communications. I got the impression it was a place where couples go just to spend a few hours but this is only my impression. I won’t book it again.

I was very happy with the stay

It was an outdated property with no amenities. It is not family friendly.

The room was very dirty. The sheets and towels were dirty and dingy. The cleaning staff entered my room EVEN THOUGH I had the do not disturb sign on the door and I was not in the room. Very rude and not acceptable. I will not be staying here ever again.

Super friendly and quiet as can be. You are 20 mins away from every city. Right in the middle.

Safe area, clean, friendly staff

I chose this place because it backed up to the neighborhood i was going to be apensing most of my trip. I paid $98 a night for a stay. Yes that seemed cheap, but a brand name hotel 8 miles away was only $34 more a night so i thought it was just a good price. Once i arrived the staff that greeted me was nice. The exterior looks nice. I went to my room and that is where the problems started. I walked in and it was hot. The AC was off, which makes sense to save elwctricity. However the AC was not adequate enough to cool the room down. It never got below 75° in the room. The sound of running water was coming from the bathroom and i noticed the toilet was constantly running. Thats where i also noticed the towels were hanging and 2 out of the 6 had dark spots on them that made them look dirty. I go to put stuff in the fridge and it was cold, but smelled terrible. It kept the beer cold so thats all that mattered. Upon pulling the sheets back and inspecting, i saw black specs all over the sheets. I brushed them off not thinking anything of it. Most of the pillowcases were a darker white than the sheets. As if they had been heavily spiled and stained. They seemed clean though, just looked gross. When i woke up i noticed i had welts all over. And saw a bug in the bed. Bed bugs. I called Hotels.com to complain and ask for a refund. The hotel did not approve my refund for the remained of my stay and Hotels.com basically said, "Oh well." I left that morning. Do not book!

For the price i would say it was good. I did not expect to be in a five star hotel because that is not what i booked. The room was clean, the shower worked. So overall it was good.

Overall cleanliness was ok. One problem. The drawer between the beds hand food crumbs, aleft behind book and an old room card. Also there could be a printed tv channel listing page available.

As soon as we got there, we needed our sheets changed. Front desk was very helpful. But the room was obviously for handicapped people. The shower was very low, as if for someone in a wheelchair. It was noisy there all night. Vehicles coming & going. Neighbors were smoking weed & we smelled it in our room.

Went to lay down for bed and there were bed bugs inside the pillow case when I told the staff he did nothing to help. Room 144 to be exact. Do not book.

easy access and inexpensive

Stay was fine. Mattress was uncomfortable for my liking. We could hear every step the people upstairs took.

I just didnt like that the other room guest was loud, playing loud music and was arguing.

Our stay was pleasant.

I liked the room it was clean. Towels could have been a little bigger they seemed smaller than most hotel towels. Wasn't offered internet access or wifi information. Rooms were clean, however the mini fridge in my room was tilted back and could use a defrost. Over all it was good. Check in and out was easy.

It’s an old place…needs re-model

This was an awful hotel. There was a man standing out front playing with himself. Our room reck of chemicals.

The actual stay was quite acceptable . The staff was also pleasant and helpful at the time of our stay. However when I called back for some information because I could not understand information on my bill as it showed in my bank account the person I spoke with on the phone was not very patient in helping me. He actually hung up on me. Not very nice.

Close to a golf course

I had a nice deluxe king bed room. Personally when I travel I bring on own sheets, comforter, and towels so I can’t comment on cleanliness of linens but the bed was comfortable. Pillows were a bit worn. The pictures online are a tad deceiving, it’s right off the highway, pretty good food in the area (smokey bones/TGI Fridays)… Overall, 7/10

Staff was nice but forgot to give me the password to the internet. The bathroom and floors of the room are nice. I don't have a problem with the bed but I don't think that I slept well and that could just be me. There isn't much close by to eat.
