Great location for a visit in St Augustine on the waterfront of the bay just outside the historic quarter and right after The Lion Bridge.
Complimentary afternoon snack in the lobby on our arrival and delicious homemade cookies. The receptionist Ellen is very friendly and helpful.
Our only complaint is the poor and very unstable internet connection in the room. We hope that will be improved and upgraded, as we have met fantastic highspeed internet in most of the other hotels on this trip.

Convenient location. Stay was unpleasant due to many loud guests that were obnoxious. Management appeared unable to control the noise level, awakened at 1 am by slamming doors and crowd noise.

Our stay was great! We had a wonderful weekend full of wedding events for close friends. The location was perfect! We could walk to everything. The room had everything we needed for this stay. Water pressure in the shower was great. The pool looked nice but the weather wasn’t good for a splash in the pool. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Hotel was very nicely kept. Rooms were stylish and the beds were the best. All the condiment for coffee were plentiful as were the bathrooms accessories.

A perfect location to walk the old town area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and away from the road and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was basic but good. Nothing was fancy but I wasn’t looking for fancy. I would stay here again.

Great location - you can sit on the gazebo rooftop and watch boats on the bay. Clean hotel. friendly staff. Free parking. Close to historic places both sides. Only thing which could be modified is breakfast- taste wasn’t great

Unfortunately we stay on ground room on old building. When all workers walk you feel each steep because the estructural is wood, also the breakfast offered close at 9:30am. If you coming to one place to rest and relax like St. Agustine , you wake up late. We recommend close one hire more later. Finally the hotel or Motel is located front the water and close to all Historic St. Agustine you can walk from hotel.

Great service and location. Conveniently close to the historic St Augustine so no need for a car which is great. The rooms, at least the one we were in, need some TLC and some deep cleaning. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was included which is nice and the staff was friendly.

The room was clean. Bathroom extremely small. location of room 105 is a disaster. It was dark and had no view of anything. This particular room should be taken out of rotation and used as a storage area.

This small hotel was perfect for our overnight trip. It is walkable to the historic district and has a nice view of the bay. It’s an old style hotel so you park right in front of your room. It was very clean, nicely decorated, convenient, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are very outdated. The bathrooms did not feel clean. The caulking around the tub looked like a 4 year old did it. the toilet was so low that I had to help my mom getting up (not elderly friendly at all).
The first thing you smell when stepping in the room is mildew It even made our clothes smell.
We left to get coffee. When we cam back the room there was water all over the floor by the bathroom sink. When we looked at the sink, there was some sort of black gritty sand which looked like it back up from somewhere. Pretty gross!
of course, the coffee machine didn't work.

Just came back from 2 night stay,everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful.Was located close to old town so very walkable to everything.Buffet breakfast and afternoon snacks were a money saver.I would definitely stay again !

Very clean and quiet. Decent view of the river. You can catch the tram about 300 yards from there. Easy walk to St. Georges st. and pretty much any dining or shopping you want. The gazebo was a great place to people watch and check out all the horse and buggies.

Perfect location to get to restaurants and shopping. You don’t need to drive anywhere downtown everything is walkable. Beautiful view of the water.

Great location in the historic district. Older hotel but very clean. This is our go-to hotel when we visit to celebrate the Nights of Lights

The staff that waited on us were incredible. Very knowledgeable of the area and were very professional. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and amenities were great. It is an older structure but updated nice. Location cannot get any better as it is in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed our stay for the Nights of lights.
