The neighborhood was not good. Listened to wanna be Dom Toretto race up and down the street all night. The bathtub was busted and had a huge gap that someone had tried to TAPE up. It felt like you would fall thru so needless to say it was a very short shower.

What a diamond in the rough!!! Need a place to stay that's really close to Lackland Air Force base? You found it! 2.6 miles from the Luke East Gate!!Also, downtown San Antonio? 20 minutes away!! Want a place to stay that is impeccably clean? You found it!! Quiet at night, awesome hot water, plentiful towels, a well lit parking lot!!! Everything we needed even shopping was minutes away!
We didn't partake in the breakfast that is offered every day because our room had a fully stocked kitchenette and I made our own. Friendly, helpful staff! Will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and nice people that own and manage the property. Rooms are large, clean, no bugs, fast free internet and they offer room service every day. Can't go wrong with this place!

Reservation was for two nights they only had us down for one. They did accommodate us at $84.99 per room per night. We utilized 3 rooms: 1(3 nights) 2(2nights) no continental breakfast.

It was noisey from the people living there it had roachs and then they sprayed roach spray while I was out and the smell was horrible

Booked this location because my daughter and I were there to attend her son's/my grandson's graduation from air force basic training.
Initially I had booked one room with 2 queen beds. On second thought for privacy sake I booked 2 separate rooms.
I thought I had cancelled the 2 queen bed room but had not.
When I arrived late in the evening about 10:30 pm due to airline delays at check in I was charged for all 3 rooms.
I tried to reason with the clerk who I assume is also the owner he rudely told me he would not credit the cancellation because his policy says cancellation only if sooner than 24 hours prior to occupancy.
So I had to pay $288 extra for 3 days for a room I did not use....

Clerk was rude. Found a roach dead on the floor. Floor was sticky. We checked the bed. The bed was clean and free of bed bugs. We can hear other people on the other side of the walls. Light is good outside to prevent crime. Homeless people chill at the bench with 2 dogs barking all night. Ac unit is built into the wall. It is bad and noisy. Tv is good. Remote sometimes worked. Pillows are bad and bed uncomfortable. Sheets were good. Shower was great and clean. Microwave was clean. Refrigerator was clean. Not worth 100 dollars. More like 40 or 50. Way overpriced.

Property isn’t in the nicest area around, but the complex itself is well lit and feels relatively safe. The property overall is great for the price. The staff are excellent and very helpful and accommodating.

We got this booking last minute, the front desk lady was really nice! She even gave us a free upgrade to a suite.
The room was big, clean and much more better than any motel 6 or 8.

They argued that the double beds were queens (they absolutely were not). Average number of roaches expected for the location. Loved having access to a kitchen in the room, we were able to eat much better on this trip. Very close to Lackland AFB.

The staff at checkin was very friendly and easy. Rooms were clean, parking in the back was a little difficult for the 300 rooms. Surrounding area is a little sketchy but no issues while we were there. Very convenient if your going to Lackland AFB. The only issue we had was in the morning when housekeeping came in within 2 seconds of the first knock, good thing we were dressed.

For the price its a great value. I selected the larger room and that apparently meant a full kitchen! It made it soo much easier to make meals and save money while we were there. Not a lot of amenities and the area is not the greatest but its just around the corner from Lackland and the rioms are clean and comfortable.

I booked a hotel online due to the snow storm in San Antonio. Right before checking in we were told there was no water or electricity. They refunded my card.

Room was fairly clean & comfortable. Room appearance was dated. Air conditioner worked great. No issues with the TV or other appliances. Room was quiet &bed was comfortable. Room cleaned daily. Felt safe. It was nice to park right outside the room. Staff was very friendly. Close to Lackland & easy drive. Limited breakfast options- mostly prepackaged options. Met our needs.

The property is quite dated - which is fine; however, maintenance and cleaning of the rooms is not up to standards. The staff is pleasant. Beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast is beyond sparse and the coffee (not sure it actually qualifies as coffee). Overall - passable, but we wouldn't stay again.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was serviced everyday. New towels, cleaned and beds made. Across the highway from Lackland was nice. Price was appropriate. The area surrounding was ok I read reviews that said it was noisy and dangerous. We did not see any of that. Budget hotel that was decent. If you want glamour stay at the Marriott.

Traveled to San Antonio for Lackland AFB graduation. The neighborhood may look a little bit rough but the courtesy of this family owned motel and the location was a mile away from base. We chose the 2 bdrm family suite older but clean and efficient. 15-20 minutes away from the Riverwalk and airport.

The owner's are the best! Staff is very nice and the room was perfect! We had everything we needed. They do not have breakfast anymore. The bed was a little hard for me but everyone has their preferences. We willbe back!
